I can't say enough how pleased I am with the experience with Pawrade. At times the process seemed a little cumbersome, but I would do it all over again to get a puppy through your organization. All the employees that I worked with were very professional, helpful, courteous, and made the process easy to follow. Well done everyone and we love new fur baby. She is awesome and you can tell the breeder did a super job in raising her.

I'm sorry you did not explain exactly what I would be getting as I would have chosen an 8 week old puppy if I had known that a 6 month old puppy knew absolutely NOTHING. I chose him because he was older and wrongly assumed at that age he would be house broken, have name recall, understand a leash a little bit, know what a dog toy is and how to eat a dog chew. Boy was I wrong. My puppy knows absolutely NOTHING. Did not come knowing a name because the breeder didn't bother. He also had no idea to go to the bathroom on grass as he didn't really know what it was. I'm sorry that you either didn't research my puppy's breeders to know what the situation was or perhaps they didn't tell the truth. I would never give a dog back but to think what I paid for this one and flew him here is an atrocity. I will get him trained - but this was not what I had in mind. I would never trust you all again, since the truth was never told. Seems like a VERY BAD way to do business. Hope you learn from this!!!

My first time purchasing a puppy from pawrade. I was very hesitant to purchase from anyone honestly. I love the fact that Pawrade objects to puppy mills first of all and equally important to me was was how professional this service was from start to finish. We used their flight nanny as well and she was absolutely wonderful. I am extremely grateful to everyone from the breeder to all of the Pawrade employees who helped me along the journey. I can't say enough good things and would use Pawrade again and recommend the process to anyone looking for a puppy.

The purchasing process went ok, but the medical examine of puppy is a joke. My puppy had 2 parasites in his bowel and ear mites of which none were discovered in health check. The insurance also has not been good...they wanted more info which my vet tried to give. My vet called insurance and they were rude to them....3 days of calling the insurance and maybe it has been resolved.. not yet sure, since they are behind in proccessing.

The whole process from first exploring to yesterday's pickup was smooth. The connections, responses to questions and information we were given were all solid. Pretty much every question was answered right away. The transaction was easily handled and we were clear about expectations on both ends. Our puppy was as represented on the website and we asked for and received updated pictures along the way The puppy is healthy and well socialized and ... well ... fun to be with. She's a jewel. No downsides except the insecurity of web-based sales. As a customer, I felt well treated and respected and not pressured. There was a bit of crossed wires between all the agents we worked with, but it was quickly sorted. I wish I could have met the puppy's mom, but they didn't let that happen. Not a deal-breaker, but it would've been nice. It's only day two, but we've no regrets working through Pawrade at all.

A bit of a back and forth process that seems very secreative about the breeder. A few hiccups in the selection process, and I am still waiting for a refund of the price difference from the first pup I selected first, to the backup/second choice pup I actually purchased. That's a whole other unfortunate story, but all-in-all things worked out and I seem to have a beautiful pup. Still a bit skeptical about the breeder because I had to meet them in a parking lot for the exchange, just makes me wonder based on my past experiences with wonderful and forthcoming breeders. If Pawrade refunds me the price difference, I would give 4 stars. Addition: I have been refunded the difference mentioned in my original review and provided an acceptable reason for not meeting the breeder at their place of business. Hence the change from 3 stars to 4.
