At first I was very nervous about this company with the bad ratings from the BBB...I was told to go to another web site to see other reviews, help out a little...I had canceled my contract with them at a certain point...But received a phone call from them asking why, we spoke felt a little better about it..After it was all said and done Palmer are little 2.5 pound peekapoo was delivered to our home right on schedule time...So I have to give company a five star rating because they know what they are doing and they watch out for these puppie...One more thing...I took who is now Ziggar for his wellness check and our veterinarian said he a very health puppy...So for you folks out there that want to get a puppy I highly recommend Pawrade...Thank you Don for that phone call...We LOVE ❤️ our Ziggar...God Bless

I bought a cavapoo from Pawrade and the process was fantastic. I was concerned about shipping her from Indiana to New York, but that process was quick and seamless and my puppy came in happy and healthy. Would absolutely recommend Pawrade!
We had an amazing experience using Pawrade. So helpful from start to finish. Everyone I delay with was quick to reply and always had an answer or sent me to someone who could help. I was amazed (and overwhelmed lol) with all for the info sent my way to prepare for our pups arrival. I am happy to know Pawrade checks breeders and doesn't support Puppy Mills. The health guarantee and month of puppy insurance is an added bonus. Super great experience! We love our new pup so much! Thank you Pawrade!

Tyler was great- communicated the entire transport. He said that he would be at our house at 1:30 am and he was right in time. He was very informative and professional. Gave us some tips and was in his way. Great experience and Tyler is definitely an asset to your company.

Everyone was super nice and helpful but I do wish that there was more information about the breeders because it otherwise feels a little sketchy. But overall the people on the pawrade end were very nice and answered so many questions.
