5 stars! Other than some delay in communication, the process was great. Lois, my puppy concierge was helpful and professional. The puppy was/is perfect condition, clean and obviously well cared for. Can't recommend Pawrade enough!

I'm in love with my new puppy, Bella (formerly Isabela)! Thank you for your wonderful service. I can tell that Bella has been carefully raised and socialized by her breeder. She's comfortable with everyone and never fears sounds. I appreciate the care you took in shipping her by air. She arrived a little messy, but happy. The Nutri-Cal was essential immediately and especially the first few days. Now she is eating well and growing nicely. Thanks again.

Thank you for helping us with our new pup who has been renamed to "Rusty". Excellent customer service and almost daily check-ins to make sure the transaction was going well and all of our questions were answered. We visited our Vet yesterday and he was given a clean bill of health. We appreciate all of your help.

I highly recommend Pawrade, everyone in this organization are very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and organized. They helped me every step of the way, and kept me updated on what was happening. I received my puppy with in 2 1/2 days from being transported by Wags on Wheels. The Wags on Wheels guys were very efficient, professional , and caring of the puppies. They also kept me updated. It was a pleasure working with Pawrade in the search for our puppy! Communication was so easy whether it was a phone call, a text or a direct message on the website. The whole process was easy from the first phone call to the last. During my first phone call I was able to gather some general information and then was transferred to Tara who worked with us from start to finish. Tara is absolutely wonderful! She always answers in a timely manner and even set up zoom calls with the breeder so we could meet our pup! The breeder was also wonderful to work with. Her team is so nice and caring from the initial text messages to schedule transport of our pup to the nanny! Thank you so much to all who were involved! We are so excited that our new pup is finally home! I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who is looking for a pup!

To be honest at first hand I was scared, because I was scam a few weeks ago, but I have to say that Pawrade and all there representative that help me to bring my puppy Willow home did an outstanding job and I mean it. Pawrade made the process very easy. We were a bit dissapointed that our pup was delivered with dirty fur and very long nails. Delivery was also confusing as we believed she would have been flying in with a companion and not just cargo. She is happy and healthy and that's all that matters now

This was my first time purchasing a puppy online. I was super hesitant, because you never really know who you are dealing with online. I have to say, I was super impressed with the process. Once I chose a puppy, they contacted me instantly to help me through the process. They were in constant contact to help me with the contract and delivery process. My Yorkipoo arrived today and she is the cutest thing ever. She is very social and loving. The driver was so pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Parade.

Wonderful experience. The dog came in great condition it was washed. Staff was friendly.
