Pawrade has been Amazing! There follow up & Customer Service is Perfect! We receiced our puppy right on time as agreed & she had been so well taken cared of by the breader she was so clean and well gromed! & the delivery service was kind and courteous through the whole process! In these uncertan times were customer service has fallen by the wayside, Pawrade is the shinning example of how a Great company should treat there Clients! The whole process has been perfect! From our 1st contact with Pawrade to our Baby being delivered right to our front door! Its been truly Amazing! Everything was great and seamless, every representative I spoke to was friendly and professional. The only reason 5 stars was not given is because when I inquired about the micro chip information, there was not much given. I think a best practice or improvement that should be made is to be notified where the puppy is registered with their microchip. When my questions regarding the micro chip couldn't be answered the breeder contacted me.

We are so in love with our sweet puppy! We had a great experience working with Lois in customer service. She went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. She was so compassionate and understanding to our needs. We also briefly worked with Kelli, In management, and she was also wonderful to work with, and was so helpful! Overall, my experience with Pawrade was great!

We are so pleased with how everything was so smooth from beginning to end. Our pup couldn't come home to us for awhile due to him not being at the age they allowed. Our concierge Carli was the best. She kept us in the loop and up to date with our Maverick. They delivered him straight to our house and the service was great! The kept us in the loop the whole trip and we were able to track them the whole time. I would absolutely recommend going through Pawrade!! We are so pleased and so happy we have our little Maverick!

Everything went well with the transaction except for it seemed a little confusing with the multiple "pay" options for financing. The transaction went smooth and we had our new baby in arms in a few days. The transportation personnel stayed in touch until she arrived.

Let's begin with this: from start to finish we had exceptional communication with the Pawrade team, they always answered my questions within few minutes or even better, when we needed to speak to somebody over the phone there was a Pawrade member answering the phone and who knew most of the details of our case. We were really hesitant to adopt a pet via Pawrade because of contradictory reviews (BBB, Trustpilot); but my kids had selected the puppy they wanted then we decided to initiate the process. The whole process was carried out over Pawrade's (Petpay) internet platform, then there is always a record of the conversations. We decided to pickup the puppy at the breeder's location to avoid over stressing the puppy, the puppy at reception was fine and so far our goldendoodle is doing fine and getting used to our home. In my opinion if you ever have issues with Pawrade most likely are due to the breeder, in our case Pawrade and the breeder were ok. Thank you Pawrade team you did great!!
