Triniti is a fantastic little Maltese. Everyone helped along the way to make it easy to complete the purchase agreement and answer everything I asked in a relatively short time. There was almost no waiting for an answer. She is very sweet, not timid about anything, knows her name and is about halfway house broken. She seems to know what a wee-wee pad is used for. Her personality is very sociable so I believe the breeder spent time with her to get her used to people. She is also gentle with my 2 cats

Everything was greaT. We took Sylvia for wellness today. Vet said she's fine. Transportation to here was good. No problems. Sylvia likes to eat drink pee and poop. She loves belly rubs and loves her whole body rubbed. She's a happy little girl.

Pawrade kept us in the loop throughout the process. Briella's delivery was prompt and pre-announced. On her vet pre-check the vet found an ear infection. She goes in next week for an update; She has been spayed and has an ID implant. She is a happy little girl and fits right in.

This was a totally new experience for us and we didn't know what to expect but pawrade was amazing and walked us through every step answering all of our questions. Sue who delivered our precious girl was also amazing. She answered all our questions and gave some great advice and took a family photo for us. She even had a tracker on her phone so we can watch her make her way across the country to us. Our puppy is beautiful, healthy and happy. I can't say enough about this company and what a good experience we had.

I am very pleased with Pawrade. They organized their process with all details (step by step), I'm glad they know what they doing. It can be a long process but a good process. Pawrade is a real things if you're looking for 4 legged babies from out of town/States like me because I can't find anywhere in or near my area. I spent a last 6 mos. looking for a new 4 legged baby girl but no luck! I almost send money with no dog 3 times. (If it sounds to be good, it usually not good). I received my little 24yrs. Yorkie Terrier 2 days ago, she is so perfect. We love her. I will use Pawrade again with no problem.

I would have to say that being from the generation that is not very tech savvy, I had reservations about ordering a Puppy on the internet. I found that the lack of response from your Concierge department was very unnerving! It may be my age, but all I could think of was being scammed! I do have to add that once I spoke to another Concierge, the communications were much improved, and my nervousness of being mislead was put at ease. When I finally had the opportunity to speak to the breeder, and ask more personal questions about the puppy and parents, at that point I was confident the final stage of the process was truly going to take place. In looking back on the process, I would have to say, you have some very knowledgeable and friendly people working in your organization, and the overall process now that it's completed was Good!

Pawrade has a very easy purchasing process. The whole process is a little scary because you are making a purchase before meeting your new fur baby. There's a real person to talk to throughout the whole process. Waiting for your pup to arrive seemed like it took a long time. It was only 8 days. I was able to find the exact dog I was seeking. Female chihuahua blue Merle. Seems like the have many breeders to choose from. Dogs are always coming and going. I recommend pawrade. 10/10

Working with the folks at Pawrade - every single one of them - was an absolute pleasure! From the time a certain little puppy stole our hearts, 'til the day we picked her up from the airport, our many interactions with Pawrade people told us that they are thoroughly professional, and that the most important thing to them is the health, safety, and well-being of these little pets. No question went unanswered, no excuses made (or needed). It's all quite amazing, really, the things they do to make it all happen. Well done.

For the most part, we had a good experience. There was some confusion around the time to meet the breeder to get Jake. It appears the communication between Pawrade and the breeder wasn't great which caused our breeder to have inaccurate info and wasn't at the rendezvous location when I was told. The Pawrade liaison had a full voicemail so that didn't help. Still, we waited an extra ten minutes and the breeder showed up. Jake had a couple scabs on his head. The breeder assured us they were from scuffles with his sister who was much more feisty. Jake smelled stinky but one bath fixed that. He is a very sweet boy and has acclimated well.

My bestest boy, Maher, died December 25th. It was sudden and devastating. He was only 12. He was one of a kind and crazy smart. The house was empty and unbearably quiet. I was losing my mind. I have been looking at puppies from various local breeders for a couple years now and all we could find was so small. So, on the off chance of seeing this puppy on your site (Joshua) and based on his parents, he's not going to be super tiny, it was like an answer to a pray. I was a bit concerned buying a puppy site unseen, from a breeder I've never heard of before. The entire process was very professional and communication was taken seriously and handled quickly. The puppy is healthy and playful and handled his trip from OK to CA without a hitch. The flight nanny was very nice and took very good care of our new boy. Thanks so much guys for taking good care of us....and saving me from a total breakdown.

Our new baby is gorgeous and so, so perfect! I fell in love with him and his video online and knew he was just what we were looking for. I had no idea he would be so cuddly and sweet. I had never adopted a dog from this far away from our home before, but the process was professional, and I had nothing to worry about! I was informed all along the way from the company, breeder, and transport so I always knew that my baby was just fine. He is so healthy and happy!!
