Pawrade was a great experience they had a ton of puppies to look through we found one and sent for info there was never any pressure from anyone they sent us updates when we decided to give Nora her forever home pawrade was pawsome payment was online no issue they sent us info on preparing for our fur baby we chose to have the puppy shipped by air we got the flight info and pawrade kept us updated and aware of everything that could happen we had no issues got Nora and she is a perfect baby adjusting well to her me home I would recommend pawrade to any and have

Overall I had a good experience with PawRade. My only critique is that there are too many hands in the cookie jar. I think it would be easier to deal with one person, not various people for various reasons. Working with one person from start to finish would be ideal. With that being said, everyone I worked with was very helpful accept when I asked for the signed document for transfer of ownership. I still have yet to receive that document or an email acknowledgment.

A first puppy purchase from Pawrade. We took a very long time to proceed with purchase, primarily because we were unsure of getting a puppy based on pictures from a website. We only have one word for all the awesome people (Dan, Destiny, the guys from the pet transport company, and the owner of Frankie) who made it possible for our pom Teddy, previously known as Frankie, to reach our doorstep - AMAZING! The process was seamless, and everything falls into place with every step being taken care of by the respective personnel from Pawrade. Teddy is a ball of bravery, sweetness, and playfulness all at once. From the moment he set foot in our home, he made himself right at home, and it was as if he knew us even before we knew him. He is our 1 yo Cheagle's bestie from Day 1. We are so blessed to have him in our lives. Thank you!

Customer service and available dogs were top notch. Arrangements on transportation of animal less than adequate. Site says typically 2 weeks and your pet is at your door, but Its obvious that waiting for more dogs to travel at once is more important than getting your puppy to you in a timely manner. I'm fine with that it is a business, but let your customer know that up front. We ended up having to pay 800 for shipping and drive 22 hours round trip to get our puppy.
