I have never been so pleased with every aspect of a transaction until I reserved my precious Pomsky Beau. Everyone I had the pleasure of working with was kind, professional and would respond to my questions in very little time. Beau is exactly like she was described and I am so in love with her. I am sure in about a year I will be ready to do this again. Thank you so much for making this process so easy.
Really great service. They are on top of everything, great communication. Great response time. Lois was wonderful to work with, explained everything couple of times to me till I got it, she really helped calm my nerves threw all of this. I am really happy with my sweet puppy.

Pawrade has been Amazing! There follow up & Customer Service is Perfect! We receiced our puppy right on time as agreed & she had been so well taken cared of by the breader she was so clean and well gromed! & the delivery service was kind and courteous through the whole process! In these uncertan times were customer service has fallen by the wayside, Pawrade is the shinning example of how a Great company should treat there Clients! The whole process has been perfect! From our 1st contact with Pawrade to our Baby being delivered right to our front door! Its been truly Amazing! We would highly recomend them to anyone including our on family looking for a Dog to add to there family! Sincerely, Jay C

Everyone we spoke with was extremely efficient and professional, and Barrett has a great disposition! He is sweet and cheerful, and he was obviously very well taken care of before he became ours!

Everything was great and seamless, every representative I spoke to was friendly and professional. The only reason 5 stars was not given is because when I inquired about the micro chip information, there was not much given. I think a best practice or improvement that should be made is to be notified where the puppy is registered with their microchip. When my questions regarding the micro chip couldn't be answered the breeder contacted me.

He's just like the photos and very playful, healthy and happy.
We are so in love with our sweet puppy! We had a great experience working with Lois in customer service. She went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. She was so compassionate and understanding to our needs. We also briefly worked with Kelli, In management, and she was also wonderful to work with, and was so helpful! Overall, my experience with Pawrade was great!

This is our 2nd puppy from Pawrade and they have done and exceptional job both times, we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new puppy ! They provide a great service and do all of the work, the transition was seamless and we couldn't be happier!

We are so pleased with how everything was so smooth from beginning to end. Our pup couldn't come home to us for awhile due to him not being at the age they allowed. Our concierge Carli was the best. She kept us in the loop and up to date with our Maverick. They delivered him straight to our house and the service was great! The kept us in the loop the whole trip and we were able to track them the whole time. I would absolutely recommend going through Pawrade!! We are so pleased and so happy we have our little Maverick!

Everything went well with the transaction except for it seemed a little confusing with the multiple "pay" options for financing. The transaction went smooth and we had our new baby in arms in a few days. The transportation personnel stayed in touch until she arrived.
