Thanks to Carlos for his patience because this was my second trial for a French bulldog. The first try failed through scamming. But overall this process was excellent. I did not agree to the two different sale tax charges but it is over now. Thank you all for your reliable services.

The most difficult part of the entire process was deciding which puppy to welcome into my home..Once again, thank you for the beautiful furbaby that was delivered to my front door..

From start to finish, I have been nothing less than impressed with Pawrade. Their communication, information, follow up and puppy selection was all EXCELLENT and sets the bar extremally high for anyone else. I love how they work with hand selected, private breeders, and they make sure that all i's are dotted and t's crossed. My sweet Sugie (short for Sugar) arrived clean and healthy....right to my front door. The Pet Nanny driver was so kind and obviously cared about her so much. He really bonded with her during the drive from Dallas to Atlanta, and even reached out a few days later to see how she was adjusting. Every Pawrade person I have dealt with was knowledgeable and caring. I have already recommended them to several friends and family members. I did look at rescues too, but then realized that all puppies' lives matter!! I am thrilled with my sweet little baby XOXOXOX

Customer service was helpful in answering questions and concerns and assisting with purchasing the puppy online. I did not receive a response from the team in a timely matter and did not receive the updated video that was requested. The travel concierge was helpful in keeping me updated about the puppy's flight. The team made sure to provide all information about the puppy's health and procedures after receiving the puppy.

So pleased with parade my new poppy is great . The experience with Pawrade was great thank you.
From the beginning when we chose out puppy until the puppy was delivered to us, the whole customer service was amazing. We were informed by Pawrade of every step, and they were just so amazing with everything. We super recommend their services! Our puppy Dotson came super healthy and it's been such a joy to our family!
Great experience and I love Chase dearly but would of like more communication. No matter he is here and we love him.

The transaction and communication was very good! Picked up our pup at the airport on time. Puppy acted fine from the trip. We love our puppy. However the breeder did not disclose that he had a previously broken tail. Our Vet discovered it at the first checkup. Also, the puppy had such a severe case of parasites that he was put on wormer and an antibiotic.

I received a male puppy, part Shih Tzu and Bichon Frise, approximately 13 weeks old and very friendly. I am very happy with the puppy, Desmond.
Francisco and I were extremely happy 😊 and greatly appreciative of the help and con ern we were shown. I needed a lot of help navigating all the forms needed and they helped me get through it all. Everyone was kind, cheerful and knowledgeable about the process and worked hard to keep us informed and up to date on all that was happening. We have already started telling family and friends about how great we were treated by Pawrade and PetPay and how through and competent everyone was from start to finish, as well as after Choo Choo (Leandro) and Mundo (Joey) arrived at their "Forever Home". Thank You for all you have done for us and for the "Guys". Rest assured that we will tell all we know about the wonderful service and competence Pawrade and PetPay provided to us. Well irganized puppy srrived well cared for. Dexter (formerly kniwn as Jax) is still very skittish- no interest in tiys- we are hoping thus passes. He did A-ok on his new vet exam yesterday.

I was pretty nervous going into this experience, trusting this third party puppy match maker, but turns out they are legit, very caring people who hold your hand through the whole process. I found the perfect puppy for my family. Getting a puppy from a long distance away is the most nerve racking part. I had a lot of anxiety about this. Pawrade will talk you through for some reassurance. Fortunately, I was able to have someone fly in with my puppy, so she didn't have to be in cargo.

Was a very easy process, and I had my puppy 3 days after paying. Only issue was they forgot to send Her paperwork with Her, but was able to get it by email. Cali is a sweet dog, and settling in nicely here at home.

It was a mostly easy experience working with Pawrade. My puppy arrived healthy and that's what's most important. At times I feel like I wasn't able to get my questions answered. Most but not all. So far my puppy is adjusting well to their new environment!
