First time using this service and from start to finish it has been great i would suggest people be confident in pawrade as there are scams out there and pawrade is not one of them thank you for providing a secure way of buying a pet and keeping me informed along the way .

My puppy, Lambert-renamed by me to Stoney, is a beautiful puppy. He slept on the bed with daddy and me and my poodle, Paddy. He'll adjust to all the new smells in a day or two. Seeing the Vet Saturday. Dealing with Pawrade was fairly easy, however, I would prefer much more phone interaction than so much online transactions. Also, I had to ask 3 times to get a fax number for my Vet to fax Stoney's initial visit information as I can't seem to get the info you request to send. Destiny finally did get me the fax number for my Vet. I am still struggling to figure out how to activate the insurance. Once again, I'd prefer to speak to a person to accomplish all the requirements to adopt.

The people at Pawrade were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The only thing I would suggest is giving a detailed breakdown of how the process works once you choose a pet. I paid and shortly after recieved a lot of information about their requirements about my responsibilities as the owner, but nothing about when to expect my puppy's arrival, or how long things would take until I asked. It would have been comforting for the first thing I received after payment to be "here's exactly how our process works and how long it can take". Also if they would have checked in with me daily, instead of me checking in. Otherwise we're happy with our experience and love our puppy.
I love Pawrade. I have purchased three puppies from them. The process easy. The staff is professional. The breeders are great. All of my precious puppies are healthy and wonderful. I would recommend Pawrade to everyone!

Why was I given wrong information about date of birth and mom and dad on your website to the actual paperwork given to me at pickup? No one has reached out with several questions I asked other than her DOB is July 19 not July 18 from your website. I have asked several times for micro chip manufacturer's name even called original vet and they said breeder put it in. Tried to contact breeder but can't get a hold of him. All I have gotten is website to register but they asked for manufacturer information.
Puppy has been great Blake is the sweetest I'm so happy with y'all's service. Blake pass his health check today and got a chip installed so we never lose him!!!!

The process was fairly easy. The one issue that had me upset was the difference between my physical address & mailing address. I would think that your program would prefer to know the location where the puppy was going instead of my mailing address. I have had too many issue with the postal system & would not give them the satisfaction of payment for a postal mail box. I gave a government ID( drivers license) which should suffice. I also didn't appreciate the email that stated " we just don't give our puppies to anyone ". I found this insulting. Anyways, our puppy, we named her Pepper is with us at home. Other than that issue, I might recommend this process to others

I'm overall happy.. but I was told that my pup was potty trained and she is not. Also, I have to add she kinda seems like she was mistreated due to some of her hiccups. I'm not sure if it was the breeder or the transportation people. But definitely something happened to her.

Everything was made so easy! Started my search being nervous, very aware that there are scammers out there ready to take advantage. But the people at Pawrade quickly dispelled any worries and for the entire affair (from day 1 to the day our pup came to us) I felt I was in good hands.

I couldn't be happier. Amazing communication from pawrade. Super easy to navigate the website. They really screen there breeders. As well. Honestly out of all my dogs over the years Murphy is the best teddy bear playful pup and so well behaved already. I'd recommend this site to anyone looking for an amazing pup.
I was a little nervous buying a puppy on line, but Pawrade did everything they said they would. They were very thorough on information and helpful when I had questions. We love our little dog. A couple of times, as the delivery got closer, the phone lines were busy or we got a recording that no one could help us at this time. I'm sure it was due to being busy, etc.
It's the worst experience I've had in my life purchasing a puppy. They show puppy pictures of when the puppies are born and and are 2 or 3 weeks old they don't put updates because if they were to put it an update picture trust me I would've never spend my money on that dog It isn't a pomeranian it ended ip being a pom muxed with a corgi I had the dog for 4 days Not knowing what to do with it until I found a homeless lady that needed a friend and gave it to her I ended up losing $3000 plus 800 and change for traveling expenses And I asked you guys that I didn't want the dog to give me back my money and you guys said you don't want the dog that's fine but you can't get your money And you wanna know how you guys did 2 million thumbs down

Under promised and OVER DELIVERED!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. If you're trying to decide between another company and Pawrade, you will never regret going with Pawrade. My experience with Pawrade was exceptional from start to finish. I had just had a really terrible experience with another online puppy company and was really leery of doing business with another. Pawrade was a sweet surprise. Peter was amazing. By coincidence, he used to live in my neighborhood, and he agreed to be my new puppy's "companion". He drove from Detroit to Ohio to pick our puppy up. Then flew with him, in the cabin, in a soft crate (that I shipped to him), to SoCal. He personally delivered him to us at the airport. If that is not going above and beyond I don't know what is. Our golden retriever puppy is very healthy & happy . He arrived at 9 weeks and weighed in at a very healthy 12 pounds. He had already been introduced to a crate, so night time crate training has been a breeze.

Speaking of puppies we just love our little pup. She is lively and lovable! We just laugh at her antics! Already she is part of the family.🌴🌠

BE VERY CAREFUL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY! PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE PROCEEDING! I was so excited to meet my new puppy. The information received was a bit overwhelming and not centralized. I received my puppy and brought her home. The following couple days were increasingly stressful, as puppy demonstrated concerning symptoms. Brought puppy for wellness visit at my vet, where she was tested for Parvo, due to symptoms, and was positive. I received no support and was told to wait at least a day to know what to do and if care would be covered. In addition, I was told my vet's testing was not accurate by Charlie, who identified as Assistant Operations Manager from Pawrade. My other dogs were put at risk from being sold a puppy that had a very contagious virus. My experience has been heartbreaking, emotionally draining and a financial disaster.
