5 STARS TO THE PUPPY! !! First of all: I LOVE MY PUPPY SO MUCH!!! She is more amazing than I ever dreamed- she's the most well-behaved little puppy, it's almost adultlike! So as far as that goes, 5 STARS !!!!! The only reason why I took one star away is because after being with us for a few days she seemed as though she was getting sick, and she was! She had pneumonia, and and had to go to the hospital. I think maybe the trip was a bit much for her or she just had an accident eating . The vet said she inhaled vomit when she got sick, causing the pneumonia. Stella (her new name) still throws up almost daily and still has a bit of a cough but she's on her way back to being healthy- thank goodness ! I was so relieved she pulled out of it and well, she's a little bit more mischievous than before, but she's fantastic - even comes when I call her! Thank you so much for her, She is my little fur baby from Heaven! Thanks for everything!!! I LOVE MY DOG!!~!!! I will give good referrals!

I have nothing but great experience using Pawrade. Like many others, I was very skeptical and hesitant to purchase a puppy from a website since there are so many scams out there. I'm so glad I called and did my own research before using Pawrade. They are a very reputable company! I am always able to talk to someone on the phone and they make sure you have all of the resources you need before getting your puppy home. My puppy arrived a few days ago and she's absolutely perfect! I definitely recommend using Pawrade and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We love our new puppy!!! However, the experience with Pawrade was disappointing. The "texting" process was frustrating as responses were slow. The transportation options weren't explained well by the representative (mostly because of contact being through text rather than live conversation) resulting in us getting our puppy two weeks after she was available. Also, the website doesn't discuss all of the fees they add on beyond the price posted for the puppy. I would not recommend Pawrade.

Christina, all of the travel options are clearly laid out on our dedicated travel page. Additionally, we spoke with you on the phone on 2 separate occasions totaling 20 minutes of talk time. Our phone number is also listed on every page of our website and we were always available to answer any questions you may have had. The only fees added on to the price of the puppy were the travel fees and local state taxes, both of which were clearly outlined during the checkout process. We are sorry to see you rated us a 1-star after delivering the exact happy & healthy puppy you purchased and will cherish for years to come.

Primarily spoke to Peter who was great all the way thru the transaction but others where not as helpful, couldn't or wouldn't answer questions, asked to speak to supervisor to answer some of these questions, never happened, felt I was lied to. I can see why when you google PAWRADE your rated a 1.2. The breeder Levi and his wife were wonderful, and we enjoyed meeting them and talking to them for about 45 mins. Lane is such a joy in our home and is a bundle of love and energy. You need more people like Peter that keep their word and are respectful.

Our little pup is so sweet and loving. The breeder did a fabulous job with the beginning of training. I highly recommend Pawrade. They did a great job with the arrangements with the breeder and the transportation. Aaron and Karen did the transport and were so good with communications. My puppy arrived happy and healthy! I can't say enough about the whole process! Thank you all!! ❤️

We are very happy with our corgi puppy! We were very nervous about getting a dog from an online third party website but Pawrade can be trusted. We are thrilled with the breeder we got our pup from in Missouri. They were very kind, provided a lot of good information and could tell that our puppy was nurtured properly. We can tell Pawrade vets their breeders and because of this we are happy to report we brought home a healthy, happy and confident puppy! Pawrade was very responsive to requests for pictures, information, and anything else we needed from them. Would definitely recommend!

For the money we already pay for flight nanny I would of rather had a direct flight for the puppy that is way too long of a trip. I would had paid more for a seat instead of stand by. And you should trim the hair a bit nicer. These pups are not cheap.

Cash is the sweetest puppy ever! He is sleeping all night in his little kennel. He is doing well in potty training and, with the exception of a yeast infection in his ears, he is in perfect health. We are very pleased with our experience with Pawrade. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with Pawrade! They were great throughout the whole process, very communicative and patient with our million questions. We were honestly a little nervous buying a puppy online, specially with all the scams that are out there, but our experience with Pawrade was perfect! We got our puppy as promised, we had picked one that wasn't quite ready yet so we had to wait a few weeks before we could actually welcome her into our home. During the whole time, Pawrade stayed in touch with us, requested pictures and video updates from the breeder and made the wait easier on us as much as they could. We received our very healthy and happy little Cavapoo, exactly as pictured. She passed the Vet checks without problems and is now getting loved and spoiled in our home. Pawrade is amazing! You won't regret using them to find the perfect puppy!

Tony was very helpful upfront answering questions and helping me understand the process. Once I paid for the puppy, communication dropped off considerably. I received contradictory information requiring me to follow up and clarify. Since receiving the puppy, I have received at least 3 different email requests to fill out the transfer or ownership documents that I have already filled out and submitted.

Everything went well from the purchase on and everyone was very pleasant to work with. When the puppy was delivered the driver was very friendly and nice to deal with. If I had one concern or complaint it would be that there would be a little better communication about the travel arangments for the puppy coming from Pawrade, because the breeder reach out to us to keep us informed which she is totally awesome.

So much miscommunication. I received an apparently ill dog with large patches of fur missing. I was handed paperwork in the name of a different dog, and food that you would give a larger dog, not the food I was told to get. I am afraid you are looking more like a puppy mill. He missed a month of heartworm prevention according to the vet paperwork. What a very sad, expensive mess. Lesson learned.
