I waited two weeks having already paid in full for Jasper and for transportation to hear about the process. The only way i heard from anyone was because I reached out and the whole time I got repetitive info. It made me insecure and unsure if I was being scammed because I had paid a lot of money. Once I received Jasper I've had endless issues going to the vet two times within the first week. He had mites and a yeast infection in his ears, blood in his stool, and a cough. I had to pay for four different medications and treatments.

I'm pleased and have no complaints with Pawrades service! I was a bit skeptical at first. I wasn't necessarily skeptical about Pawrade in particular but the idea of this transaction online was a bit untrustworthy to me. However. I took the leap and we now have a new fur family member! Pawrades employees as well as the breeder were helpful during the entire process. Responded and assisted with request/questions in a timely manner, understood my reluctance without taking it personal, courteous/friendly and for me just nice people to do business with. So thank you to the breeder, Pawrade and the ground transportation guy for assisting my Dogue De Bordeaux pup Sasha with finding and arriving to her forever home!

We are extremely pleased with the care and professionalism the process was handled. The concierge have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. The purchase of our lovely puppy went very smoothly and effectively. The Breeders are top quality as are the puppies. We love our puppy very much. I picked up Simba (formerly Calvin) from the breeder today. From the moment I first held him and got his first puppy kisses, through the entire 3 1/2 hour ride back to my home, and for several hours since then, he has already proven to be everything I could have hoped for and then some. The breeder obviously spent quality time with him, getting him started on socialization. I've never seen such a well behaved puppy. Thanks to all at Pawrade for every step along the way that led to this Pawsome day. Special shout out to Kelli, who went above and beyond to assist me. What a fantastic day this is. Today, I brought home the best puppy ever!

We found a couple of websites to find our puppy, but we trusted the reviews at pawrade. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They responded messages really quick, and they also provided a lot of information that you didn't need to ask for. The process was a little frustrating for me, first I was quoted the wrong amount for travel but we all make mistakes. Communication about Travel was a little lacking in my opinion but this is my first time so that may just be the nature of the business. While in transit there were numerous mistakes with time estimates but our drive was very nice, communicated everything and our new pup made it to us safely and that's what counts. Overall we are very happy and we are all settling in nicely, I would definitely do it all over again.

I am so happy with my puppy I adopted through Pawrade. I was initially nervous because I've always been a rescue dog person and have never worked with breeders since I've heard horror stories about how bad they can be. But Pawrade does a great job of finding reputable breeders. They answered all my questions asking the way and provided all the information I needed. The transportation was also easier than expected and the crew that was hired for driving worked around the clock to deliver my pet and several others as quickly as possible. My puppy is healthy, happy, and home. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my friends.

Puppy was dirty when we received him. Puppy was barely walking. Puppy was sick on day two. Puppy was delivered weeks late due to puppy being too small. Puppy delivery driver forget to mention the arrival time result in come in 0615. I had to come back from work for the delivery.

Every day I got a call saying my puppy would arrive at *such-such* a time but it always turned out to be the next day. I had to cancel plans because I didn't want to be no one to receive the puppy. My puppy Bubbles was covered in feces. It's no wonder, she cowers all the time and is obviously afraid of anything. Shame on you!

Couldn't recommend Pawrade enough! We were very nervous to get a dog thru a third party, but trusted the reviews and hoped for the best. So glad we did...every single person that we interacted with throughout the process was amazing. We've had Lilly since last Christmas, and been in love since the moment she arrived! She is the sweetest, most playful little fluffnugget and has filled our home with so much joy! She clearly came from a respectable, loving breeder...thank you Pawrade!
