We are so thrilled with our puppy and had a very positive experience with Pawrade. My only complaint would be the transport aspect. I was surprised at the amount of puppies being transported at one time with only one driver and wonder how they were all taken care of.

For the most part, very satisfied with whole experience. Cost is definitely an issue and length of time to get puppy delivered. Future customers, be advised, it will take weeks to get your puppy, not days!!

Terri, it would be nearly impossible to have the puppy health checked by a vet and then transported across the country in a matter of days. You purchased Malachi on August 8th and he was delivered to your house across the country on August 23rd. That's only 15 days and fits in to the expectation we set forward when purchasing a puppy. We are wishing you the most amazing memories to be made with this sweet little one.

We loved Carli, our initial concierge who did everything she said that she was going to do. Racheal, our travel concierge, did not call in a timely fashion, but sent us a text. Very impersonal. Then she would not take our call. Our travel team did not contact us until 11: 07 pm on the night we were supposed to hear that she left. But when we woke up the next morning our baby was only an hour away. The travel team were very good and we appreciated their politeness. Our animal came to us with a severe case of ear mites and diarrhea with blood. We are aware of the stress that travel has caused her, so our home has been quiet. We do thank your team for working together for the sake of Ara Jon. Her name means God is gracious and brings new life. If you have any other questions please contact us. Ps. Her mother was not a registered pup at all.

I cannot rave about Pawrade enough!!! The communication was excellent, they answered all of my questions and sent updates along the way. The transportation was wonderful as well- puppy arrived happy, healthy, and with all of her paperwork. I would definitely use Pawrade again 10000%!!!

Pawrade is amazing! I was hesitant to buy a puppy this way, but fell in love and there was no deterring me. I'm more of a shelter person, but I wanted a specific breed this time and Pawrade made it so easy and exciting. They answered every question I had and amazingly within minutes! I think that is why a service like this is so valuable. A breeder doesn't have time to be on the alert all the time but the staff at Pawrade does. They helped me set up delivery and my little dauchsund was delivered to my door and I'm beyond in love and she is so healthy! Thank you Pawrade for your service and the heart that you do it with!

The carrier was very pleasant and gave us an update on how she did for the ride. Let us know how she was eating and going potty. Gave us some left over food, and was on his way. I'm very happy that she was so good and happy for the entire ride.

The adoption process was alright! Had a few problems but overall okay I guess. The Transport was horrible, no communication at all. I pretty much worried about them until they where at my door! Would not recommend paying for driving transportation. So stressful! I was in Crying!

Angie, we're sorry if there was not enough communication from the drivers during the transport process. Their primary responsibilities include safely transporting the puppies and attending to their needs. While the driver did communicate his expected arrival date/time in advance, they cannot provide constant updates while on the road. We apologize if this was stressful for you but we are delighted to know Gladys arrived happy & healthy!

I can not thank Pawrade enough. After a horrible experience with a Facebook scammer we researched reputable companies and chose Pawrade. Their communication was very prompt and useful. They talked us through every step of the process. All representatives we communicated with were friendly and awesome. We collected Champ today from the airport and we were super happy with that part of the service. We are in love with Champ, our new 8 week old Aussiedoodle and appreciate everything Pawrade did to help us. Highly recommend them.

I have never had a puppy come to me with such an amazing disposition he has not stopped wagging his little tail since he got here and he's fit right in with everyone. He slept all night in my bed and we even had a nap today and he's just wonderful!

Over the last month, my family added two new members to our family. The first puppy was purchased through a traditional brick-and-mortar pet store, and the second through Pawrade. While both experiences were great, my family and I appreciate the personal touch, step-by-step process, and selection of Pawarade. Additionally, we decided to pick our puppy up personally. Doing so allowed us to meet the breeder and have time to bond with our pet on the ride home.

My experience with Pawrade was actually pretty seamless; however my experience with receiving my puppy was not. The breeder did not communicate with us at all in regards to when the puppy was picked up and when we would be receiving her. In fact on Tuesday night at 8:30 pm she still had not communicated after being told that morning that the puppy would be with us late that night. She responded at 9pm and said the transporter is in Rhode Island, you are the next drop off and she'll be there either later tonight or tomorrow morning. well Rhode Island is at least 5 hrs from our house so we knew it would be the next morning. I would strongly discourage use of this breeder in the future unless she truly understands how important it is to properly communicate information!

We talked to the breeder & a Pawrade Rep before buying our Yorkie puppy. Here is what we were told on the call: 1. He does not bark 2. He' potty-pad trained 3. He is 8lbs. 4. He sleeps through the night The travel nanny said... 1. He does not bark 2. He slept through the night Here is what we got & what the Veterinary told us the day after he was delivered to us: 1. He was over 9lbs (already bigger than both of his supposed birth dogs) - Not the 8lbs we were told 2. He barks NON-STOP at everything. 3. He is NOT potty-pad trained. He pees & poops everywhere EXCEPT on the pad. He rips up the pads & bites them as if he has NEVER seen them before. 4. He poops on the floor AFTER being walked 5. Only 1 testicle dropped so he will need an INVASIVE and EXPENSIVE surgery to get neutered. We were pressured to buy because the breeder had someone else interested We've had a puppy before, that's why we asked SPECIFIC questions. We are HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED & feel SCAMMED!
