She (now named Lacy) is happy, a ball of energy, and very loving. She's getting along very well with our "teenager" cat. They play together a lot. She sleeps in a foldable large crate next to my bed. When she grows larger, she can sleep in the bed with the stairs I bought for her. Very happy with how Parade kept us informed. Thank you.

Graham, we are sorry to one of your puppy's testicles has not descended yet. Please keep in mind that it will usually move into the proper position on its own within a few months. Please keep in touch so we can monitor this issue. We do want to remind you though that Sinatra was sold as a companion only and you do not have breeding rights nor the ability to register offspring with the AKC. As always, we will be here with you to support you as your puppy grows.

We are so happy with our new healthy, happy puppy! Pawrade delivered on everything!! You are a very professional organization from start to finish. I would like to give a special thank you to Morgan, my travel concierge who kept me informed, followed up on my questions and concerns in a very timely manner, and she was so polite and extremely professional. Also, thank you Jason and Garrett for delivering my sweet smelling , clean puppy and for keeping me posted as you traveled across the United States. Finally, thank you to all the other staff at Pawrade, Wags on Wheels, and MetLife Insurance.

My new friend, renamed Kelly, arrived safely and in good health. He is the fourth Beagle named Kelly that we have raised over many years of loving Beagles. Kelly is beautiful and has learned to play with our other Beagle, whose name is Lucky. who is almost eight years of age. in January 2023. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WITH PAWRADE WAS INCREDIBLY SMOOTH. ANY QUESTIONS I HAD BEFORE PURCHASE WERE ANSWERED AND ALL STEPS IN THE PROCESS AFTER PURCHASE WERE AS EASY AS PIE. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT DEALING WITH AN ON-LINE PUPPY SERVICE BUT THE STAFF AT PAWRADE MADE ME A BELIEVER. THE COMMUNICATION WAS OFTEN AND QUICK, SO I HAD PLENTY OF INFORMATION ON HOW THE TRANSACTION WAS PROCEEDING. I HAD MY PUPPY IN MY HANDS LESS THAT 1 WEEK AFTER PURCHASE USING AIR DELIVERY. THE PEOPLE AT AMERICAN AIRLINES TOOK GOOD CARE AND WERE PLAYING WITH HIM WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK HIM UP. I CANNOT SAY ENO0UGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE PROCESS.

We could not be more pleased with the guidance and support from the Pawrade staff who lead us through the adoption process. We were amazed how quickly we found and received Our Golden Retriever puppy. All of our question were responded to quickly as we were not familiar with the process of purchasing a puppy online.
