The process overall was personable and easy. I love that they have checks and balances in place to ensure puppies are going to a reputable responsible family. They produced video of the puppy when we requested and answered all or questions in a timely manner. We would use them again!

We love our puppy, she is so cute and so much fun. It was very easy working with the Pawrade Staff and PetPay. The only negatives was getting information after asking 3 times from the breeder and since we bought an older puppy (6months) I wish the breeder would have maintained her coat better and gave her a grooming before she was sent to us. Other than that I would recommend Pawrade.

When our beloved Maltese, JJ passed away 6 months ago, my wife and I were not sure we would get another dog... until she found Pawrade. After extensive research, reading reviews and talking to the support team at Pawrade, we knew if we ever did get another puppy it would be here. And, it didn't take long to find our new little Havanese, Maisie. The mission statement of Pawrade is lived up to in the reality of their day to day business. They have got this down and made us feel so comfortable and secure in our purchase and the process so we could concentrate on the excitement of our new acquisition. The support team was amazing. Once purchased and approved, we were allowed to talk to the Breeder who was also amazing! Then their was the association with PetPay and the incredible Puppy Transport Company that brought our little girl right to our door! I cannot (and have not) stopped raving about this experience. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Cali Mia came home with us straight to the Vet because she has Parvovirus and Pneumonia. She is fighting for her life. So very sad.

The selection of our puppy went smoothly. I had some reservations about spending so much money to buy a dog unseen across the country. There were lots of steps to take which were fully explained. I had a fear of getting a pup from a puppy mill but pictures and conversations eased that. We chose to have our pup driven instead of the choice of flying. She arrived exactly when expected. She is healthy, clean and inspected by our vet and deemed a good little dog we are already enjoying and love very much.

This entire puppy purchase through Pawrade was top notch from start to finish. Every single person I spoke to/zoomed with was knowledgeable, efficient & provided great customer service. There are many moving parts to this process & it can be a bit overwhelming. This crew works together as a team and made sure I was in the loop every step of the way. I am so happy I found my perfect little Dorkie at the Pawrade site. 🥰

We are overjoyed to have Harley! She is learning how to be part of our family, the kids and cats are learning how to live with a puppy, and Matt and I are learning how to be puppy parents 😅 She's doing great! She's very smart and is learning very quickly. She's also very loving. She loves giving us all kisses and snuggles. The process of adopting her was very secure and in-depth. We had to sign several documents and upload our IDs, but I'm very happy to know they are this thorough and won't give a puppy to just anyone. I'm very happy to know we adopted a puppy from a reputable breeder and not from a puppy mill or pet shop. Carli and Morgan were great at helping us through the process and answered all of our questions. The family who has Harley's mom were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a wonderful exchange.

Overall it was all great. Communication was a little slow with the breeder but I understand they have multiple transactions and can't immediately cater to one person requesting one of their puppies. I was a little paranoid and scared due to viewing some reviews but I received the healthy, playful adorable puppy I paid for safe and within the timeframe they said she would get here to me.
I am very pleased with Pawrade. Our puppy was delivered healthy, happy, and well cared for. I would very much recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to purchase a new puppy.
She's perfect. They really worked hard at getting her 4 me. It was worth it. They seemed to really care about me and zalina uniting, I thank them for helping this old veteran get a puppy to help with my PTSD and emotional support therapy. I feel better already. Extremely pleased with the transaction and the adorable aussiedoodle. She is so sweet and loving. Communication was very good up until transport. They need to communicate better with the buyer during transport. I wanted to Rate a 4.5 but that's not an option so I decided to rate a 5. Thanks for the awesome pup. The process was a little daunting especially for those of us who not too tech savvy but everyone was very helpful in getting me through from start to finish
To start the puppy is great. Since this is my second puppy I am rating you against my first experience with puppy spot. My biggest complaint is the lack of amenities. When I got my first puppy he came with a puppy carries a sample of the food he was eating some gifts like puppy toy and a little bed. With this one we received nothing. The puppy was just handed to me with a folder. I am not saying that you should get everything but maybe a small gift to show a little apparition for choosing your company. Thanks again

After the loss of my 18-year-old Shih Tzu in 2020, I needed to find a new companion. I've done quite a bit of research about the breed I wanted and decided that I wanted a Shiba Inu. I searched and searched the internet for local breeders, but came across some that were very shady. One "breeder" even wanted to charge my an exponential amount for a "mixed" breed. I came across Paerade and did research for months before my final decision. I practically read every review from this company over and over again. My decision was a great choice. I received my 2 month old Shiba Inu on 8/26. His name is KING!!!!! We immediately bonded and now I have a new best friend. He truly is a handful of energy but he has calmed my nerves and he makes me smile even more now. I'm so happy he entered into my life. Thank you Pawrade!!!! Art
