Kate has now been renamed Scout and she is adorable! Everyone who sees her just loves her - even the mailman stopped to play with her today. I highly recommend Pawrade. Everyone was very nice and helpful and Scout is a Real bundle of joy. My only reason for not giving five stars is because I was inundated with emails by a number of different people and didn't always understand who was asking for what. I am 72 and not a real tech person so I struggled a little with this. I would definitely recommend Pawrade and would use them again.

We had a good experience with purchasing our newest member of the family. Everyone We dealt with at Pawrade was helpful and friendly. We chose to have the puppy delivered via ground transport. The delivery service was very professional and took great care of our little one. The only complaint is with the website. The site doesn't have accounts per se. When you purchase a puppy there isn't a portal or an account section to go to on the site to see the communications. You have to save an email to be able to click on that takes you to the message section to see all communications. The website issue, while a pain, isn't a deal breaker. I have already purchased another puppy from Pawrade and would again in the future if the need should arise.

Represent that one might pay in three payments. Not true. Once you have the full Amy for puppy and once one has filler out a zillion forms . Yay! Time to ship puppy. No communication! No return calls for three days.

This is the first time I purchased out of state. I just lost my dog to cancer after 7 years, and was searching closer to home. I was unable to find the right partner. Found link to Pawrade, and was very happy with the process. Everyone was very helpful, and was in touch with me through the whole process. I am enjoying my new puppy, and would recommend Pawrade to anyone.

I took a chance on Pawrade based off the reviews. I am here to add to the positive experiences people are having!! I couldn't of asked for better experience. The staff at Pawrade actually call you and you speak with a real person. They quickly responded to my questions and made sure I had all of the information I needed to be ready for my new pup! I got a golden retriever puppy and she is just perfect!! If you're looking to get a puppy quickly and want someone to oversee the process for you, Pawrade is the way to go.

Kenny, now named Cooper, is a sweetheart. He and our other dog Chloe, who we adopted last August, get along great. He has only had 2 accidents in the house as the breeder mentioned he is 95% potty trained. Cooper is a great addition to our family.
