Everyone I talked to was very helpful. When we realized that the breeder was close to where we would be traveling on the date our puppy was available, they helped facilitate our picking her up rather than using the ground transport we were originally scheduled for. I would have given five stars, but the PetPay side was often confusing. That said, the Pawrade employees were very helpful resolving those issues for me. Also, I would have liked it more if a Zoom visit had been arranged as part of the adoption process. The overall experience was positive and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new fur baby.

I've named my sweet pug Frankie. It did not take 1.5-3 weeks for him to arrive as projected - it was 1 month to the day. I was told the delay was because of my location in NJ. They finally found a delivery service, and they picked up Frankie 9 days later than I was told (Aug 11 rather than Aug 2). He traversed the country, and then was delivered to my billing address rather than delivery address. The transport company did not even have my address. He finally arrived after midnight on 8/16. I did a lot of schedule juggling, cancelled travel plans, and stayed up late several nights to await his delivery. Communication was minimal during the whole process. My points of contact kept changing. Customer service is definitely not a priority for Pawrade after the sale.

Pawrade was amazing! They answered all my questions with patience and lots of details. They helped me stay connected with the breeder until my new puppy was ready to be delivered and after. I would highly recommend!!

Pawrade staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They respond quickly to communications throughout the buying process but are a little slower once purchase is set up. Our puppy arrived very healthy and we are having a great time with her.

Pawrade is awesome. . . we were looking for a new addition to our Black lab family and ran across Pawrade. Viola . . . we found Cooper (Mack). The Pawrade process was easy and they answered all of our questions with complete information (not canned responses). They let us know where Cooper was in his travels to his new home. The transporters kept us up to date with where they were and updated his ETA on a regular basis. They even sent us pictures when they got stuck in traffic. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone wanting to get a new puppy. You will not regret your decision. THANKS PAWRADE!!!!!

Overall good experience. I can tell the puppy came from a good breeder. She's healthy and smart. The communication was overall good except for the transportation, it was a little lacking. They picked up our pup from Oklahoma on a Tuesday and said we think we will be there over the weekend. Well pawrade told me that once the company picked up the puppy we would get an eta and a gps tracking, the transport company said that they never heard about gps and that they could give a very vague eta. I just wanted to make sure we were home (because we work full time). This is the first dog I have ever bought and not rescued because my daughter wanted this specific breed. I probably won't ever use a service like this again but if I have to recommend one I would recommend Pawrade.com

As far as the process,to obtain the dog. It was quite efficient. Dog arrived as promised..at 5am! Food that the dog was to have regularly eaten dog would not eat it. In taking dog to my vet. She was undernourished with a loose baby tooth While she came from Missouri. Her vet check came from Arizona????? The staff,themselves have done a great job...following info from breeder. Thank you

Our puppy is a great looking dog! Unfortunately, I was surprised to hear that he traveled with 15 other dogs on his way to our house and consequently was diagnosed with Coccidio parasite upon his initial vet visit which was performed within the 72 hrs window of receiving him. Puppy now has to take medication for a week making potty training a lot more difficult given his propensity for diarrhea in the setting of the parasitic infection that he did not have prior to leaving the breeder. Additionally, I was receiving group texts from other individuals that were expecting puppies during his time in transit and the text messages were being sent at ungodly hours of the morning (i.e. 330 am, 200 am). The text messages were sent from other individuals that had nothing to do with our puppy. otherwise, Pawrade is a very organized company and I was extremely satisfied with all individuals that I interacted with along the way. I was hoping to receive a puppy in good health given amt $spent

I love my new puppy! He is exactly what I wanted in a Shitzu- chocolate brown and cream colored and full of life. It was easy to pick the perfect puppy from the Pawrade website. Everyone I spoke to was informative and almost as excited as I was. It was a choice between 2 brothers that were very similar. Someone purchased the brother first, so I got the other one. At least that is what I thought. The transport people, who were delightful once they arrived and very apologetic, brought me the wrong puppy. I got the brother and the other people got the puppy I had ordered. Luckily they are so similar, we both kept the one that was brought to us. Pawrade is great but I would suggest that the transport people keep in touch with the new puppy parents, arrive when they said they would and if they will be late, let the puppy parents know right away. My puppy was scheduled for 7 am on a Thurs and arrived at 11am on Saturday without a call first. Thank you Pawrade, especially Lois

When my partner's Pembroke died, i realized just how much of a positive impact his dog had on me. I am still in the process of grieving his loss, but I knew I wanted to get a dog of my own in parallel. This is when I found Pawrade. I'm a biologist by training - and strongly believe that nature (healthy & responsible breeding) and nurture (impeccable owner-dog relationships) makes happily-ever-after. You get out what you put in, folks. Three things Pawrade did that showed me they truly care about matching healthy dogs with responsible owners: 1) My dog's genetic test results, along with both of her parents' test results were listed on her profile page. I didn't have to dig it out of a bunch of back and forth chats like I did with other sites. 2) Prospective owner screening - Pawrade had expectations of me just as I had expectations of them. This is how it should be! 3) End-to-end automated communication, payment, and instructions on what to before and after you get your dog.

WOW!!! I received my Winston a few days ago and I can't be more in love. Everything about my dealings with Pawrade and my dogs breeder has been exceptional. I received updates (including pictures) from my breeder every week. Any questions I had were answered immediately and the breeder kept my puppy for 2 months at my request as wanted to receive him when I was finished with work (I am a Special Education teacher and I was working summer school). When it was time for Winston to come home the original travel plans had to be revised and he arrived earlier. Since his arrival, EVERYBODY wants to "steal" him from me. I tell them that they can get their own through Pawrade and my breeder Jessi. Thanks again for my furbaby.
