I am truly happy with Pawrade. Pawrade seems to have everything in order when it comes to adopting a pet, ensuring the pet comes from a good back ground, is healthy, taken care for in everyway for the adopters to receive the pet well. I am happy with the financial process as well, ensuring all paper work, amongst other paper work, is fully and correctly understood, filled out, all parties signed and fulfilled. I am very happy with all personnel involved working in Pawrade to ensure communication is met, everything is understood and to make sure I received my fur baby with out issues. Pawrade does such a thorough job, from making the connection, getting to know the fur baby in any possible way, to ensure the pet is healthy from the vet before transport, and even the transporters, I am so amazed at the distance they had to travel to deliver people's pets, the updates provided and much appreciated to have and the "touch down". They transporters are so knowledgeable and friendly.

You always wonder if doing something like is is some sort of scam. But after research and extensive conversations with different doggie concierge associates, this service is stellar. Our puppy was on his way. Quite a trex for such a small critter. But the gentlemen who drove the transportation service were very professional and caring. They delivered our little man healthy and happy. Now our next adventure with our new family member begins.

Lois was fantastic! Our puppy had a small skin issue and we didn't know if we could pick him up until the day of. Was difficult to plan vet appointment not knowing the info. We got our puppy so everything was good… just a few anxious moments with schedule and paperwork. Lois did a fabulous job keeping us informed as things were folded even after office hours! Kudos Lois

For us, this process was a positive experience. Pawrade seems to have all the bases covered. Excellent communication, throughout the process. Beautiful dog! Our dog even "knows" to use the training pads, when nature calls. That's a big deal! Thanks Pawrade!

We absolutely love our new English Bulldog puppy, Chester!!! Pawrade was great, but when we had already paid for our puppy, we asked for more pictures to be sent to us and only the same pictures were sent. It made me a bit skeptical but when we received our puppy, it began to make sense. He arrived with an extremely irritated right eye. He had conjunctival fluid and it was obvious. He was transported this way and it was never disclosed to us at all. We reached out and sent a message with photos, which were ignored. We took him to the vet, which confirmed and prescribed antibiotic drops. She said it could be entropion, which requires a surgical eye lift so the poor dog isn't in pain. I feel the worst for Chester. We love him no matter what and would've been fine with all this. Just doesn't bode well when you feel misleaded. I'm glad he's with us now, as we will give him all he needs. Pawrade may not be to blame here, but the breeder relationship should be monitored more closely.

Had a great experience with Pawrade, my breeder was incredible. I was able to be put in contact with my breeder who answer all my questions. The only problem I had was not being informed before I paid for the flight nanny service that they only fly stand by and not a direct flight.

I had a great experience with Pawrade. They did a fantastic job at staying in touch with me. The breeders were wonderful, and my puppy is already potty trained on a pad. I was a little worried about going through a third party, but I went with my gut on this one, bc I fell in love with my pup over facetime. It was a seamless experience and I would definitely recommend Pawrade if you're considering an addition to your family.

We are happy with our pup. The communication could have been a little better and not sure why they are not able to tell you flight information until 5 days out. It made our planning more difficult as we have a pretty busy calendar as most do. Took our pup to wellness visit and they were surprised she received 7 deworming already at 17 weeks which they said was a lot. Love our new girl and very happy with her.
