Lilah got here around 12:30 and she spent time looking around and getting use to her surrounding. She finally decided to settle down and get some sleep . She would not sleep in the bed I got for her she slept on my bed. She was more comforable whit being right next to me. Which is fine with me. Looks like it will work out .

Wonderful website ! I was very skeptical initially, they answered all my questions over the phone. Purchasing through petpay was easy, pick up was simple. Overall would buy through them again
We are very pleased with Ms. Kitty, and appreciate the health requirements Pawrade has in place to ensure healthy puppies. The breeder was exceptionally friendly and nice. However, I was very disappointed on the communication through Pawrade after the sale. We were not given contact information to directly reach out to the breeder, and messages sent by us to her and a message sent by her to us through Pawrade on pickup day were never delivered or acknowledged. Consequently there was some angst in confirming and coordinating the meeting/delivery on July 22, 2022. Also, we never received responses to our messages requesting confirmation of receipt for required documents after delivery. Not even a courtesy email acknowledgment that all the contract requirements had (or had not) been met. It definitely gives the impression that Pawrade is only interested in the money from the sale, not in good customer service after the sale!! I am extremely disappointed in your company.

The process was really fast and customer service were really friendly helped us along the way we received the puppy in a couple of days she was super cute clean and healthy the delivery person brought the puppy inside my house really carefully he was nice as well! I would recommend pawrade to everyone I love it thank you sooo much!

We are so happy to have brought Lawrence who now goes by Orin home. The process of using your services allowed us to have peace of mind that there was an animal waiting for us on the other end. We were able to meet/greet him via zoom, then started to prep for his arrival while everything was being worked out on the other end. We really appreciate the care and time to answer all the questions that we had and would use these services again in the future.
I had an excellent interaction with Pawrade. I recently bought a Belgian Malinois from their website. The entire transaction was very smooth and professional. Peter, who I initially dealt with helped set up a video conference with the puppy. It was pretty good where all my questions were answered. The delivery mechanism also went very smooth. The pup was transported from Oklahoma to California. Its a long distance, but that went well. I will highly recommend using Pawrade

I love my new puppy. She seems to have no concept of a collar or leash, and she's 15 weeks old. She won't budge with one on. She also has pooped in her kennel,everywhere else, and has no concept of going to the bathroom outside, or on a pee pad. I was expecting more for her age and what I paid for her.

Working with Pawrade was a great experience. They answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process. My little girl Joseline (now Winnie) was exactly as described, she is the cutest little Aussiedoodle. I highly recommend using Pawrade and avoid the scams on social media!!

I appreciated all the te texts about how to do each step of the process and how Rora, now Sofie. My only concern was how secretive everyone was about the breeder. My vet was concerned over the several treatments needed for parasites from the breeder. I thot the Transport was great. Wags did a great job!

You all cared a lot when we were trying to buy Tarzan. The moment the purchase went through, all comms stopped unless I initiated it. And I had to force a conversation quickly for scheduling pickup since we had some tight timelines due to work travel. Cindy was very helpful once she was assigned. All others were not helpful at all after the purchase.
I can't say enough good about this company. Unfortunately we were scared in the past whichever of very hesitant. Communication was incredible. Our dog was driven right to our door step. CANT recommend them enough. We got a 3month old healthy cockapoo that we renamed Millie!!

Let start by saying I was happy with the over all service Pawrade. I was not happy with the transport service I was told they were running behind on the schedule by 24 hours which was okay I understand that but when I called the transport driver he gave me a whole different time and day. He said in the beginning via texted that he would be here on Friday evening but when I did hear or see anyone that evening I decided to call the number from the text message and the driver answered and said he would not make it until Sunday. He was still running behind in time. He arrived with our dog Sunday at 4:30 a.m. in a rush he was holding the dog and put him down fast in my yard, snapped a pic while I was bending down trying to meet the puppy. Signed papers and he left. Poor puppy was so scared and would not move from the spot. A puppy Siberian Husky but keep in mind he's about 25 to 30 lbs. already at 6 months old. So it was a challenge trying to pick him up and get him into our home.
