Excellent experience all of the representatives that we spoke with were very helpful and detailed in answering questions all had great attitudes. Except for a slight problem with the pick up date the ground transportation went as expected and disclosed. Our little man is home and has adapted extremely well. Very satisfied with the overall process. Thank you

Sashi (Akara) got car sick first 2 hrs, projectile sick, it was all over my sleeve. Then, she was fine. In the hotel room, she was happy and playful. The next morning she got sick just a little, then no more the rest of the trip. The kids (7, 9, & 11) were ecstatic and adopted her from the start. Sashi, of course, wagged her tail profusely and licked their faces. She is such a happy, little girl!! Pawrade was amazing! Informative, supportive, etc. They gave me great advice for traveling, as we drove from IN to FL.

As I said in a prior rating for you guys, the pup is aces, sweet end just too smart. The delivery man was very professional. We love Tanner and if we ever need another pup, we'll definitely use you. Would recommend your company to others. Thanks for the great addition to our family.

This experience has been nothing short of a complete disaster. We purchased our puppy and paid for transport. I advised the rep in advance that there was one specific day that our family would be away and unable to receive her (we had concert tickets in a town 3hours away and these floor seats were booked months in advance) so they could arrange for delivery either before or after. The rep scolded me and was very condescending asking me why i didnt advise them sooner. She went on and on. I asked to speak with someone else but that went ignored and i ended up just ending the call. Then, an hour later im advised that our puppy is sick and is on meds and will be delayed by 5 days. They said it was last minute however when i asked them for the vet record it was dated 4 days earlier- which lends to their lack of credibility. Then, im told the breeders transport will be used- not true- the breeder made a post on fb- she never used this transporter and you didnt vet them. Also, the post indi

Overall it took much longer than we anticipated. Over 4 weeks from when we paid. The puppy had health issues. In my opinion a puppy shouldn't be listed if it is not cleared of worms or any other issues. We purposely set time aside to spend with our puppy and that was wasted. When we asked about getting a different puppy we were told no. Last our puppy arrived at 4am covered in urine. Paying over $700 for puppy transport sorry but we expect better than that. Thankfully our puppy is amazing. Lower your expectations on timelines and delivery. It was very frustrating for us.

We are very happy with our new puppy. The entire transaction was very smooth and easy to complete. We had one small issue but was easily fixed with customer service. The travel company used to get our puppy home was amazing and we received amazing updates on her wellbeing throughout the trip. The updates given were extremely funny with stories we truly enjoyed. Even after receiving her, Pawrade still cares about how our puppy is doing and how we are doing in our new chapter with our new addition to the family. We are thankful for Pawrade for everything they've done for us.

I was a bit skeptical purchasing a puppy online, what if I pay and they don't deliver, what if its a different puppy, what if my puppy's in poor health or malnourished when she gets here. All concerns you can ask prior, but never truly know until the puppy arrives. We'll we trusted the process, opted for the regular flight option, received our puppy Miley exactly as promised and couldn't be happier with the new addition to our family. Pawrade is a newer business trying to match the perfect puppy with the perfect home and in our case, they 100% delivered. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. Unlike a lot local breeder, they accepted credit cards not Zelle, so minimal risk. Their online portal and customer service was great. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.

I love my puppy! The only thing is that her picture was taken when she was 2 weeks old. When I picked her up at 10 weeks, her color had completely changed. It's ok though, I love her.

This process from beginning to end (when puppy arrived) was so easy and nice! The communication was perfect and the delivery company was also prompt as well as including the app to track their route in! Pretty awesome when youre waiting on your furbabe! This is a highly recommended company! Thank you for our girl she fits right in and we are so happy and now her name is, Chilli! I will be using this service now as a seller once I begin my breeding journey! LOVE THEM and GOLDENS! haha Get your puppy from them! you wont be dissapointed!

I loved how helpful the agents were and how nice everyone in this company was! This was a great experience with video chatting and seeing the puppy before purchase! The only thing I had trouble with was the transportation, but transportation was with another company and they took longer than expected and they also went to the wrong address. But everything with pawrade itself was great! My dog is soo good and healthy !
