Olive arrived around 1am on Sunday. She is perfect and we are totally in love with her. Working with Pawrade was great. The only hard part was waiting for updated pics from the breeder. Highly recommend.

Tova is amazing. Everyone I talked to was so sweet and so helpful, but booking the travel was annoying to say the least. We decided to have our dog flown to us since she's from Indiana and the communication throughout the whole process was minimal at best. They said we'd have 7-9 days notice before our dog arrived, and we got 2. It was just super stressful and it didn't need to be. 😂

From the moment I selected my new fur baby, everyone from Pawrade were fantastic and very helpful..great family of people working their best to get your new pup home..your pup comes hand- to- hand drop off in the best of health. From beginning to end, there was great communication as well as great information as to the process of transportation, wellness, possible stress response and how to respond accordingly. They were thoughtful ,kind and even the breeder reached out. Our puppy is sweet, loving and playful. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I was skeptical at first, after all its so far away and lots of money, up front. I was so happily surprised when my bundle of joy was delivered into my arms. The customer service team in pawrade made me feel safe about the whole thing. The delivery people , who brought me my pet were so nice. When people ask me where did I get that precious dog, I tell them Pawrade, you'll be 100% satisfied with the process from start to finish. Love the Pawrade team!

Transaction was as expected. Delivery was much later at night than I hoped but I do understand logistics of delivering to multiple states.this was my second pup through pawrade. Overall a good experience both times.

I really was skeptical at first, after reading some of the other reviews but I went ahead and took a chance because I just couldn't let my opportunity to get our little Louie pass me by. From start to finish, including delivery and setting up the complimentary MetLife policy, the entire transaction was seamless! All terms and conditions were thoroughly outline in all of the paperwork and the staff with pawrade kept me up to date on everything.

We received Marty as promised on 20 November. We appreciate the personal care and delivery of Marty, and the excellent adoption services and information provided by Pawrade and the breeders. The only problem of note was upon arrival we noticed Marty was scratching his head a lot. We took him to the veterinarian the next day where we found out he has an ear infection in both his ears which he's currently being treated for. When he goes back on 28 November for his last Parvovirus vaccine they will do a recheck on his ears. Otherwise Marty is in great shape and is a very active and very inquisitive pup! Overall the transaction process with Pawrade and Marty's breeders was handled in a very professional manner, and resulted in an enjoyable and stress free experience for us. Thank you!

The process was easy enough, and the transfer from the breeder to my home went very well. However, the puppy had a bowel movement within about 1 hour of her arrival. I had an appointment with the veterinarian the very next morning, brought the stool sample, and when the vet received the lab results the following day, I learned that the puppy came to me with parasites. The paperwork from the vet checkup immediately prior to her transfer to me indicated that she was not infected in any way.
