You folks do a heck of a job connecting a buyer to the pet of their choice. There was a strong connection that I recognized as Garrett was placed in my arms. We bonded rapidly and by the time we arrived home, we were a thing. Your concern for Garrett is admirable. It's a big deal to give someone a pet. I think you have covered all the bases of responsibility. You did a splendid job, a team job. Garrett is healthy, you made sure of that. As I said, admirable. I sincerely appreciate what you have done and continue to do.

The people at Pawrade beginning with Tom to Destiny to Jade made all my worries go away about getting a new puppy from you. Astrid who is now called Honey is a feisty, adorable little girl who weighs 1.3 lbs if happy and healthy. I took her to the vet this morning because she hopped out of my arms into her playpen and her morning bowel movement had blood in it. The vet said she seemed fine physically but we will bring in a fecal sample tomorrow when we take Hammond now called Alfie for his well check. Excellent communication throughout. Flights got bumped and pup arrived around midnight instead of noon. But air nanny, breeder and pawrade in contact throughout. Very happy with our new puppy.

Waited too long from the original reservation until the puppy arrived home. I believe the process is too slow. We are happy that we finally have it at home.

I would never go thru Pawrade again! This was the most grueling, stressful & time wasting ever. Far too little info on the puppy. I had to ask for parents pictures, etc & several important facts were never given. Hopefully our new baby is a healthy, happy, well adjusted one.

Kelsey now known as Kai is just as promises smooth transaction and delivery. She is just the most precious girl ever and is loving her new home… A lot of people told me I was crazy to buy from a breeder who was not local your reviews proved otherwise and you never once failed me with keeping me in contact during the whole process if I ever get another fur baby Pawrade will be my only choice

Whitaker is just as advertised! Very Lovable!! We recently lost a family pet, plus I feel victim to a scam from a fictional online breeder which added insult to injury. I cannot tell you how thankful I am to have found Pawrade! I appreciate the continuous communication from the time I selected Whitaker to the time he was at my front door. overall satisfied with the process of buying our puppy. I was extremely nervous buying a puppy from this website as some of the reviews left much to be desired. It's also extremely unnerving buying a puppy without seeing it or being able to chat with the breeder. You're basically buying a dog blindly. Many requests to speak with the breeder or just get a video or picture of the dog (to ensure accurate representation of the puppy) went ignored. There is good communication from the Pawrade team members and you can always reach them to ask questions but don't expect to talk to the breeder. I read some reviews about folks getting zoom chats with the breeders of their dogs, I guess we were just unlucky. the pet nanny who flew our puppy home was amazing, I am so grateful to her. She sent me pictures and kept in touch via text the whole journey. Zander did arrive pretty dirty (I don't think he was bathed before he was sent to us) and needed a bath immediately upon coming home.

Pawrade offers access to so many breeds, that you are almost guaranteed to find the pup of your dreams. The people you work with at Pawrade are very friendly, helpful and make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Pawrade did a fantastic job. They swerved all my questions so that I was satisfied that I hd all my answers prior to signing the papers or paying any money. Even after everything was signed and paid, they were still there when delivery had to be delayed. The week of delivery I was apprised when Jasper (previously Brio) would arrive, then given the flight information so I was ready. I would highly recommend Pawrade.

The whole process was very easy except for delivery. I did not appreciate the fact that it was at 1: 00 AM in the morning, I do understand that it had to be done in order to get other puppies but for someone 73 years young it is very difficult trusting people in the middle of the night and very stressful, especially being alone.
Parker, is the best puppy l could hope for very smart and full of life thank you for taking good care of him.
You were very patient ad were very nervous until we had her in our hands.
