This could not have been a better experience, start to finish! Everyone I spoke with at Parade was so helpful and supportive. They stayed in constant contact throughout. They made sure I understood all the process with our puppy as the priority. On a score of 1 - 10, Pawrade gets a 15. Thank you all so much!

I am so so happy to have my little furbaby. He is so well behaved and sweet and he is amazing. Pawrade was so unbelievably helpful in helping me with all of my questions about my puppy and leading me step by step through everything. My only thing that upsets me was how long responses would take but once I expressed my concern, they worked very diligently. Specifically Janell and Lois were so kind and patient with me:)
We paid $1.1k for transport, and was pretty much force to give a tip before even receive the dog, gave the nanny $60 tip and we were harrased. You should pay more to the nanny's or stop the preassuring texts or phone calls.

This was an amazing and smooth process. We love Cannon. He did have a few ticks on him when he arrived and he seems very shy and cowards easily so I am not 100% on the breeder we got him from. None the less we love him and look forward to giving him a loving home.

The Puppy is fantastic the way you deliver him was terrible he was picked up in Missouri on Friday and he got home on Sunday. The poor puppy was in Georgia then driven to North Carolina then had a stop over in Charleston South Carolina and stayed in the same place for 11 hrs then he was drivin to northern Florida and finally he was brought home to me the lady was nice. But to keep him in a small cage for that long was horrible the puppy is a happy guy but what I paid $870.00 to bring him home how would you rate that ?

Pawrade was extremely professional from beginning to end. My dog was delivered to my home personally. She's incredible but I was surprised at how shy and scared she was people. She's very comfortable with other dogs which is great since I have two other dogs at home. She will be the third. She also had no training at all and she's four months old. She is very sensitive so I think she will learn fast. She's beautiful and I'm thrilled to have her..

I can't speak highly enough about Pawrade! At first, I was hesitant and worried about being scammed, but it clearly is not a scam. We received our wonderful husky puppy in wonderful condition. Their concierge service is legit! I would definitely purchase another puppy from Pawrade!

I am very happy with the process overall and how attentive the staff was before getting my puppy. Once I received the puppy all communication dropped off and everything regarding submitting a claim (for parasites) was made as difficult as possible and I was told it would take up to 90 days to get the reimbursement (probably only around $30) that comes with the "health guarantee." In reality there really doesn't seem to be a health guarantee, they are as stingy as possible and make the process as complicated as possible.
Pawrade was fantastic in the process of purchasing my puppy! I would purchase with them again. My only caveat is that delivery would've taken 3 weeks, so I drove to get my puppy instead. No one's fault but the breeder even stated it doesn't typically take that long either so. Other than that it was great. Shout out to Lois! She was a great mediator
Finally got our new puppy … it was a nice process the people were all very helpful always there with answers to lots of my questions. Totally wworth the wait was able to stock up and be prepared. Great choice would do it again

After many failed attempts with puppyspot veterinary checks and delivery issues, we decided to try one more time to get our new fur family member. So we looked online and saw Pawrade. We didn't want to deal with airlines and what not due to our experiences with puppyspot. However our agent Regina took it a step further and found our puppy here in California! So we looked at Sandra's profile and we couldn't be happier and excited. We made travel arrangements and WITHIN ONE WEEK, we had our new fur family in our arms, activated our 30 day MetLife insurance and drove home. Sandra has been an absolute joy and we make sure to pamper her with loves, toys, preventative care and spa days! Thank you all your efforts and care.
Everyone who helped me with my forms was incredibly patient and informative. I'm two days in with my new dog Hank and loving every second with him.

The process was amazing, I found a wonderful dog and began conversations with a Pawrade rep who explained everything and after I felt comfortable I began the payment process. After initial payment I decided to do the pet concierge where they drive the puppy directly to your home. The driver sent me a link when he picked up my puppy and I tracked his route all the way. Pawrade was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healthy loving puppy.

Good service for the most pet but the breeder lied about the expected weight of my dog saying he wouldn't be more than 20 lbs and then when i am handed my puppy i notice his paws are giant and the vet calculated estimated weight of at least 35 lbs. i paid for and was expecting a smaller mini Aussie so that was very frustrating and still no response regarding being deceived. Oh and when i kindly asked for periodic updates with videos and images of my puppy in anticipation of receiving him, i only received 2 blurry 5 sec videos.
I loved the people who I spoke with throughout the process. That being said there were things o asked for more than once that I never received ( pictures of the puppy with her litter mates, parents, etc). I'm not thrilled with breeder at moment. Puppy arrived with a UTI and eye infection. She spent her first hours with me at the ER vet and when I reached out the the healthy puppy guarantee I'm going in circles. So if that doesn't resolve soon I will not recommend Pawrade. I've spent over 1200 dollars on her. I did submit to MetLife but they max out at 500. The flight nanny was absolutely amazing. He took great care of her and was very attentive and ingested.

I was a little skeptical when I first started the process just because it's all online. But the process was easy and all of my questions were answered along the way. My puppy is perfect! I appreciate everyone's help.

The sweet little Coton de Tulear puppy named Archie (renamed Brutus) was delivered to my door one week ago today. He is just a bundle of love. He is healthy, full of energy and just a little mischievous. The veterinarian gave him a clean bill of health. He apparently had no problems with the 2 day ride to get here. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a fur baby.
