Our experience with Pawrade has been easy and seamless from beginning to end. Our pup arrived right on schedule and happy as can be. You can tell by her demeanor and intelligence that she came from a loving home and was bred well. We took her to the vet the next day for a well check as recommended and she is reported to be in good health. We are very happy with our smart and cuddly fluff ball of a puppy!

Throughout the whole process, I felt supported and prepared with the help from the Pawrade team! It was great to share my excitement with the team and have them be just as excited with me. This is my first time having a dog and I would highly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a pup and a positive experience. I knew about my pup's full journey up until she arrived home to me. I love my new pup! But, I was very anxious about using this company. Its suspicious to me that I wasn't asked more questions before I was approved to purchase the dog, and that I wasn't able to get more clear answers from the breeder. Unfortunately, I didn't know better before I hit "buy" and only learned later that this set-up is very unusual. I'm in love with my new puppy and that's the bottom line, but I can't recommend Pawrade to others because I don't know that I trust how they do business.
Everyone was very helpful along the way and took the time to explain everything to me. The process was very straightforward and I knew exactly what to expect and do when my puppy arrived.

So far so good. He seems to be adjusting nicely. He doesn't like the Nutra-Cal however. Started the house breaking, letting him go out numerous times.

Well, I started this process with a little bit of doubt because I had just been burned online for $280.00. But, once I spoke the staff members at Pawrade they calmed my fears about using the services to find my forever puppy. The process works!! So if want to be comforted during each step of working with a breeder, this is the ONLY company to work with. My puppy was driven in by car and hand-delivered from Indiana! The nanny was so professional and explained everything to me before leaving my Nachos- Yorkie terrier with me. She even sent pictures of my baby and her along the trip to Buffalo. I will always purchase from this company in the future if I want a new fur baby.
I think your dad policy to get wellness check done in72 hours is too soon. Most vets are scheduled two weeks or more for new clients
Gave five stars because the transaction and customer service was amazing. They kept in touch with us every step of the way regarding our puppy! He is amazing by the way! He grew a little bigger from his pictures but we love him either way! When we plan to get another, bet we will go with PAWRADE!! Thank you for our additions to the family! We couldn't be any happier!

I can't say enough great things about our Pawrade experience. Everyone we communicated with there was so friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions adequately and on a timely basis. They provided excellent instructions throughout the process so we knew what to expect and were clear about each step. The entire puppy purchse transaction was very well executed. Communication was timely, frequent, and clear. My bulldog puppy arrived in good health and good spirits. Everyone with Pawrade did a great job communicating with me and assisting me when needed. Karima appeared to be well cared for during her journey across half the country and arrived in great condition. She checked out well in her first local vet check up and is adjusting very well to her new home and family. I would use Pawrade again and recommend it to others.
From the moment I made the call, which was on a Sunday. To see if the puppy was still available and where he was located, to the delivery of our new puppy was flawless. I've actually have never purchased a puppy via internet or from a different state. So this process was new to me and to be honest I was a bit hesitant. But I was simply blessed. The process of payment, receipt of payment all the docusign documents and emails were taken care of immediately. I was constantly sent emails for updates. When my puppy was going to be picked up and then the drivers were notifying me constantly as well. From the moment they picked him up to the time he was dropped off to my front door, I was able to track him and the drivers 24-7. He was delivered clean, healthy, fully vaccinated and extremely happy to be home. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much.
