Transaction was pretty smooth other than you guys got my dog in my brothers name. You guys seem to have a hard time with him paying for a dog for me. Would have been nice to have my dog arrive with Karl Hillmann as the owner instead of Eric Hillmann on all the paperwork. Should not have been that complicated. But bottom line my dog has arrived and is loving life and very happy. He's a great dog. Would have got a 5 star rating if you had the right owner on paperwork

Everything was awesome. Got the Pup in the Pic ... breeders were a nice family in rural Indiana ... the support info from Pawrade was stellar and reminded me of a lot of things unwould have missed. Pawrades follow up ... concierge service... everything was awesome. And I love the little guy I got ... sweet... stubborn . Adorable ... he's already breaking hearts in my building

Could not have been happier with the whole process; from start to finish, the folks at Pawrade were friendly, professional, and the communication was *excellent*! I was kept up to date every single step of the way, & they were very thorough in making sure my new puppers was going to a good home. At first, I had my doubts about getting my new puppy from a website, but the experience was amazing and I would absolutely use Pawrade again-Highly recommend! **********10 stars!!

Hello I'm Jeannie and I have the pleasure of having Jaycee in my arms I just wanted to say that I am so extremely happy with pawrade ; they were unbelievable took me step-by-step called me as I needed help responded to me via email and help me with the transition from the location where JC was to hear she is doing wonderful I wouldn't have trusted anyone but after reading the reviews and talking to pawrade they made me feel at ease .

Pawrade hit it out of the park with our yorkie "Cornelius". From the moment he came thru our door we knew he was special. He's such a treasure. The service to bring him to us was awesome. We searched high & low for the right organization to find him for us and we can't say enough about pawrade. The whole process was up front and wonderful. The staff was very attentive to our messages and any worries we might have had. It's wonderful to have the joy of a healthy puppy back in our home again. For anyone skeptical about this site, rest assure pawrade is the business you want to find your furbaby. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. BTW, Cornelius now goes by "Bentley". Pawrade was great. The whole process is like buying a house (LOL) but at least you know they are not a scam and they really make sure that the person who is receiving the dog is a real person and that they are going to take good care of their pet and that their pet is going to be well taken care of. I highly recommend them when looking for a new pet. I received my puppy in excellent condition and with all his shots and chipped and everything. I love my puppy.

This was the best thing I ever did. There are so many puppy scammers out there after 10 scammers I found Pawrade and they navigated me thru the whole process and today we have our fur baby. They help you thru the process, give you insurance, guarantee your puppy and assure you thru the transport. I highly recommend Pawrade.

This was such an easy / exciting process. The representatives were very communicative and helpful, and you can tell that Pawrade really cares about the pets they are adopting out. The delivery process also went very smoothly. The drivers sent us a Life360 link so we could watch our puppy's journey, and were good with giving us delivery estimate updates. I'd definitely use Pawrade again and recommend them to others.

At first I was warned not to buy online, but this is definitely not a scam. My puppy is home with me and the process was very efficient. My puppy came from datona beach, Florida. In the process of getting him, I got pictures and videos from the breeder, communicated with a travel agent, communicated with a liaison, was communicated with the flight nanny, and the company. The longest I wasn't communicated with was 2 days, but aside from that the communication was excellent. My puppy came healthy at 8 weeks old. Would definitely recommend.

Lucas is amazing: healthy, happy and beautiful. The support team was great. Communications with the breeder were poor and Lucas' info on the website had minor errors. I was unable to activate the three year health guarantee because local veterinarians had no available appointments for a wellness visit within the 72 hour timeslot required.

Puppy is great, breeder must have done a good job socializing and training the puppy. He alerts us when he needs to potty and the vet and groomer says he must have been managed/trained well by breeder. No socialization and interaction issues. super cute and comfortable around the whole family.

Pawrade was awesome!. They were extremely receptive to my calls and answered my questions promptly. Our new fur baby IGGY is perfect. He is loved and shows so much love to us. I had a great experience with pawrade. I received very detailed and constant information after purchasing my puppy, he came up to date with vaccines, 30 day Metlife Insurance policy and best of all he was SUPER CUTE in person! I chose ground transportation and was able to see his every move with the recommended tracking app which was nice. It's also very reassuring knowing that my puppy is legit and did not come from a mill. I would definitely recommend.
