The process was easy, fast and people where always there to answer questions. Pawrade's priority is keeping the puppies safe and it was so much better than getting a puppy in any shop around us. Our little furry-baby arrived healthy, happy and with all his vaccinations. We couldn't be happier!

NEVER AGAIN! All was good until this company got paid. Important emails and texts go unanswered or not answered in a timely fashion, mistakes made on which food to feed my puppy ( was told by Pawrade to feed my puppy a food that they said the dog had been eating while still with the breeder) I picked up the puppy at the Airport and a different type food was attached to the shipping crate. I did exactly what I was instructed from Pawrade and fed my puppy the food that they had instructed me to feed the dog, which resulted with my family having to take care of a sick puppy for two weeks. This included 3 trips to the Veterinarian. (More money!) I called Pawrade and was told a mistake was made in the emails regarding which food to feed this poor dog and to feed the dog the food that came attached to the crate upon delivery. Puppy was still sick which included diarrhea all over my home/carpeting (more money to have cleaned!) More to story, on my own. No follow up from Pawrade.

The purchase process is very easy and my rep that I worked with was very quick to answer questions and reach out to the breeder on my behalf. Shipping went smoothly and it was exciting to wash the little GPS car get closer and closer with our new puppy
We changed her name to Sadie she is adorable she is learning things already cute as a button ! we love her. Pawrade is great we would reccomend them to anyone who wants a puppy.

Very responsive team, obviously all dog lovers. The adorable puppy was delivered on time and we were kept posted throughout the trip.

My puppy is currently slated for his second night in the hospital. I cannot get a response from Pawrade about Why they transitioned my dog to an 80+ Hour crate, ground shipping experience as the "less stressful" alternative to the air companion travel I booked and paid for. I was receiving generic emails about feeding my dog watermelon on the Fourth of July instead of the much more relevant communications on how exactly he was going to be transported . Huge dropped ball and I'm pissed that I failed to protect this puppy by trusting your team to responsibly transfer him to my home.
Loved the communication that was given throughout the process! Also loved the information given that helped with the puppy process before and after receiving the puppy.
My fur baby traveled so much better than I expected. Arrived clean and happy! He's a great puppy. Process was so simple, and every person in charge of the different transactions was so helpful!

I would never get a puppy anywhere else. Pawrade is amazing! Very professional, very serious and passionate about what they do. The staff is absolutely fantastic! They help us from beginning to end. Very fast getting back to us every time I had a question. My puppy was delivered this morning. We are in love with her! Thank you very much Pawrade 💕❤️
We love our new puppy, She is a sweetheart. With all the different efforts involved it was quite seamless. Insurance benefits are super clear so we will have to check on that as a lot of information is given in the process. I do recommend them as a way to meet your family pet needs.
