Very friendly and wonderful helping staff. I was worry about getting my puppy online, but they made me feel comfortable. Super helpful. When my puppy started to come home I keep getting message of how they were doing. They send a code to follow then on the app: Life360 Very happy with the entire process.
Bailey - (not Lyle) was delivered all spiffed up and happy "to be home". This is day three and I don't think either of us can fully remember him not being here. Life is good!

Very informative, took time to explain everything to me. Made the process as smooth as possible. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is when you say your going to call me back.. please make good on your word and call me back. Other then that great company!

Best experience ever!! Everyone was so nice and responsive and we could tell that every single person involved loved animals as much as we did. We are obsessed with our perfect miniature schnauzer Oliver and will definitely go this route again when getting his sibling in the near future!! We could not be happier!!

Our beautiful labradoodle girl arrived as scheduled, healthy and ready to begin her new life. The breeder sent along instructions, collar, leash, and food. Pawrade stayed in contact throughout the process and once the puppies were being transported we always knew where they were. We are very happy with our experience and would do it all again!

I was a bit disappointed on my SECOND puppy experience. My puppy arrived with no information regarding food and NO RABIES TAG. The first experience the breeder included a folder with so much information, I was impressed and that is why I came back for my second puppy. The transport people the first time were amazing with an app so I could see the route and updates constantly. Very professional , this time it was very different and I was not impressed at all. I received a couple short texts and it was very impersonal. Just a totally different experience:(

We were very nervous about using an online site for our new family member-but we had the best possible experience. We spoke to the breeder several times before we brought our baby home, and the staff was so knowledge and supportive. 12/10!!

Loves the service. Patti is a joy and you can see the care and devotion everyone there offer. My only issue is the flight was 3 hours late and when we kept checking the link it showed on time. Even when the time had passed it still showed LANDED. Put flight was on a 3 hrs delay. Other than AA the service was 5 star

Dog was way bigger than advertised and too big for our home. Also, it was an inconvenience to have to reveal so much personal information and identification means which made me very uncomfortable. Paying almost 3k for a dog that is and could not be registered is unsatisfactory. I will have to rehouse this dog due to it being double the size expected.
Easy process, puppy is healthy and cute as can be. Got everything I needed on site and talking to reps. Met the breeder to pick him up and he was very nice as well
There was a lot of confusion on her gender How could that happen? She is wonderful and the delivery tracking was terrific. I took her to my vet for a checkup who said her shots had to be redone because they were given too early. I love her
The process of getting my puppy was easy and the representatives that helped me were very informative in regards to Zoe (now called Ada) and on what to do. They were updating me every step from the first day until the delivery of Ada. The transport and delivery went smooth; I did not have to follow up in regards to the transport. I am overall very happy I came across Pawrade to meet my furry best friend ☺️
I had such a wonderful experience with Pawrade. Every step of the way there was a really kind person who was there to answer all of my questions, responding so quickly by phone and my messaging back and forth, with all the information I needed, starting with my puppy adoption concierge, Sara, who was so helpful and sweet, to Shannon, my puppy travel concierge, to my "pawsitive pal", Carli, who gave me all the info I needed on food and what to have ready and prepared for my new puppy when she got home. It was so helpful and so hands on. They really take the time and care to make sure your puppy is in the best health and has the safest coziest travel arrangments. The two guys who delivered my puppy to my door were so great and work so hard to get these little pups to their homes in comfort and style. I honestly couldn't recommend pawrade enough.
Everything went very smoothly and our puppies arrived healthy and happy! Good communication, questions answered, and delivery as promised.

I had no idea how many steps, forms, agreements, etc. were involved in purchasing a puppy but everyone involved in the process was kind and helpful. Special kudos to Peter, our puppy concierge, who responded promptly to all my questions and concerns in a patient and supportive manner. We couldn't be happier with our little guy, Walter, who has already brightened our lives and is keeping us on our toes. Thanks to everyone in the process and to the transporters who kept us up to date during the journey to bring Walter home!
Lexi now Fiona has been awesome , She is a delightful puppy . I'm sure she will be an amazing dog . Got her from Indiana. She was very good in the car . Thanks to all the staff .

Everything went smoothly from the moment I found the pup I wanted to picking him up myself! The staff was helpful in answering any and all questions I had. They also helped lay out the best course of action to prepare for the pup's arrival home.

Only reason I did not give them 5 stars was I really wanted to talk to the breeder and for some reason I never got the contact info. The pup is healthy and a little terror right now, but I expected that out of a pup. The purchase process was a bit lengthy, and I was disappointed they do not look into Health insurance for states that do not accept their chosen company. For example, New York and a few other states do not accept the company they offer which negates a benefit from allot of people so check it out first. Contacts were polite and informative other than sited above. My purchase was a Sheep doodle, cool dog and smart as hell, training other than house training is going great, but he is less than three months right now so I will take an 80% success rate there at the point.

It was an agonizing wait but worth it. My new companion is all I hoped for. Everyone wants him but that's a no no. My pup came extremely active and he rules the nest. Pawrade you gave me an excellent friend whom I will love for life. 💕

The buying process was very slow, lack of responses and I received the Puppy perfect but without information regarding Vaccins and Dog certificate. Not a formal process, to much friction. Not happy at all.
