I cannot thank everyone enough for assisting me with my little Penny (your Rowana). Everyone I spoke with was gracious and helpful, and all seemed genuinely happy in their position at Pawrade and PetPay. If I have any criticism at all, it would be that there is some confusion on my part as to the relationship between Pawrade, PetPay, and MetLife Insurance. Are these separate entities, or one company? I'm unsure if I am creating a login for PetPay, or for MetLIfe Pet Insurance. In any case, I would recommend Pawrade to those interested in adopting a puppy in that they will be assured a healthy and happy puppy from a reputable breeder.

From the start Corbin was great. He helped us with the paperwork to get this journey started. Corbin went above and beyond what was expected. After Corbin Carli took over and was just as impressive. Keeping us up to date with what was going on with our puppy as we waited for her to arrive. I took our puppy to the vet two days after she arrived an the vet was very impressed with the breeder on how healthy our puppy was. Overall I'd give Pawrade a 10 out of 10. Lynn and I thank you with all of our heart.

After 20 minutes of receiving our puppy we found an infected bite on his neck. As we all know, the pups are supposed to be checked out by a vet prior to being put into the nanny vehicle for drop off, but come to find out, after taking our pup to the urgent vet the same evening as his arrival, the bite looked to be about 7-10 days old- meaning the puppy was obviously not fully examined or poorly examined by the exiting vet before travel. We have reached out to Pawrade with our concerns and worries. Also with any recommendation on the forced vet bill we experienced within 12 hours of receiving our puppy, but we have had no response from them. Before all of this happened, we would say that our experience with Pawrade was great, but this seems to be very unprofessional and unethical. Also- note if future purchasers ever pick the nanny travel by vehicle, please know that your pup will be in a crate, with 8 to 10 other puppies for hours with no guarantee of any care being taken.

I was a little skeptical at first acquiring a puppy via internet but I have nothing but great things to say. The communication was top notch. Every concern is as addressed and resolved. I would definitely use Pawrade again and would recommend to anyone looking for a puppy.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Pawrade. At first I was suspicious of this whole buying a dog online thing. But they were there every step of the way to answer any and all questions and put our minds at ease. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to ensure our experience was good and we had all the information we needed. The process went exactly as they said it would and there were absolutely no surprises or lack of communication. Well done to the entire Pawrade team!! Great people who value great customer service!

Everybody I worked with at Pawrade was awesome! I was a little nervous to buy a puppy just by looking at pictures and general information online. I received a quick response whenever I had a question-and I had lots of them! They checked in frequently before we received our puppy and even a few days after to see how we all were doing. She arrived safely and was happy to be here. Thank you Pawrade- we love our little Betty! (aka Zaria)

Folks I spoke with were great. Not sure I have a lot of confidence in "no puppy mill"…this appears to be left to the discretion of the breeder to be honest…when honestly all they are concerned about is money. There should be some way to validate their claim. If premise visits are too expensive, how about taking aerial shots with a drone. Or requiring membership in PETA or something similar. Also, while my dog is adorable, she is a bit skittish. Socialization should be a requirement. As well as vet administered shots….another money issue. My shot information was not properly noted on the paperwork so my vet suggested giving booster to protect Zoey. Also with female dogs, especially older ones (Zoey is 8 months old) should note when dog was in heat, and an affirmation of not pregnant. Some of the backyard breeders are just as bad as puppy mills. Unlike good-breeders,these breeders don't know or care about dogs temperament/health lineage or need to socialize. Gambling I got lucky

Pawrade gives you many details of your puppy…you have a constant stream of communication which is so helpful especially when you are waiting for them to arrive! My new little Shih Tzu whom I named… KC… came from Kansas City -so I use the initials for her name. I believe this to be a worthy company To put your trust into for your new pet!

I was very impressed with the process of purchasing a puppy and the customer service I received with Pawrade and Petpay. I was a little wary about buying a puppy sight unseen on-line with an out of state breeder and worried it could be a scam but have no fear. They are totally legit and very professional. Somebody reached out to me as soon as I expressed a serious interest in my specific puppy. The communication back and forth by phone and email was immediate and very helpful. I didn't speak directly with the breeder but I could have if needed. I asked for a current picture and video of my puppy which they got back to me the next day along with pictures of the Mom and Dad. They supplied us with a lot of pre- and post arrival information which was very useful. They were in touch every step of the way up to delivery and then checked back after a few days to see how it was all going. It has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Pawrade!

I highly recommend Pawtrade. Excellent customer service. Respond quickly to any issues or questions you may have. I would recommend ground transport as my flights were cancelled 2 times which delayed my puppy. I spoke with breeder multiple times, she sent pictures and answered all my concerns. Wonderful, safe, real way to purchase your puppy!! NO SCAM !! My puppy arrived healthy, happy and Mark Carter from Williams Puppy Transport went over and beyond. Thank you Pawtrade.

Our experience was very smooth, following each step in the process of choosing our new puppy to picking her up to join our family. If we had questions, the staff promptly either messaged answers or even called to make sure we had the information requested.
