Pawrade was great to work with on getting us a new family member. They kept us informed on the steps and what to expect throughout the process. Continual updates on status of the our puppy and arrival times. Great work by the team at Pawrade.
I appreciate all the time and effort that was given to me. I had a few glitches with downloading info but, with just a phone call I was given very clear instructions on getting it done. Many thanks to the transport team; giving me daily updates on Riley and handling her with such great care!

puppy arrived even earlier than was predicted very good job. We are very happy with this puppy, very smart and adapted to our other danes in less than a day. Now she hangs with them and is a great people lover. We are happy with with Pawrade and their system and thanks for our awesome puppy.
The process was easy and convenient! I was provided updates and answers to my questions timely. Would use Pawrade again and highly recommend them!

Pawrade had good communication with me about everything. Even when I got frustrated after bad attempts with the airline, they were kind and decent. However, Pawrade needs to do a better check on their breeders. There are far too many reviews that share my same complaint: the breeders are not sending healthy puppies or up-to-date records. Samson (Toby, 6mo old) arrived with an infection in both ears (not because of traveling), coccidia, and he was not potty trained like I was told. And it isn't the case of a new home and learning where the potty is. Samson is simply not trained in any aspect. I was also told he was not a chewer, yet he is. Nonetheless, as we work with him, he's getting better. He arrived with a rabies shot, but only one parvo shot, which he needs three by the time he's four months and he's six months. PetPay is working with me currently to solve the shots matter, however, I hope Pawrade considers a more strenuous breeder acceptance policy.

A wonderful experience through and through, like working with a proper puppy concierge service. Everyone I've worked with has been nice, professional, timely in their responses and follow-up, and the delivery guy was great. I'd definitely do this again!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They delivered me a sick dog with Bordetella and parasites and it cost me over $1200 just to get him seen and put on medication. This company does not require them to have them vaccinated on Bordetella and other vaccines that are similar only the main ones. Careful you may receive a sick dog like I did. I would spend an extra money and go to a breeder that is close to you. Too much stress on the puppy when they deliver them and drive them across the United States, if you're gonna do that have them delivered on airpinion
Travel went well ,,her vet visit went great , she goes back on the first of Nov ,, she is adjusting well , We are Blessed to have Diamond (Melina ) in our family ,, thank you for this great journey
