Everyone at Pawrade was great. There was always someone to talk to if I had questions and they kept me informed of what was happening thru text and email. I love my new puppy and I am very happy with Pawrade.

Way to many people and messages. Stating similar if not same information.
Landon is perfect. A bundle of joy. The breeder was so kind. She was great explaining everything about Landon. She brought all his papers, toys, food etc. She made the transition a wonderful experience.
Wow everyone, I couldn't be happier! I was a bit worried about buying a puppy on line. I'm not good with the computer, the wonderful people in the office walked me through it. They even put up with my very slow and nonexistent internet. I wanted to fly my puppy l was excited to get her and I thought it would be less traumatic as she would be traveling pretty far. However, I couldn't get a flight very soon. So nerves and all I opted for ground delivery. I was able to track the puppy on her way. The guys texted me as well! The puppy arrived not only safe and sound, but they had given her a bath! GREAT WAY AND SERVICE TO BUY A PUPPY!
Our puppy could not be sweeter or cuter and more loving and loved! We feel so fortunate to have gotten him! He was obviously well cared for! Tony our puppy concierge was outstanding and so helpful in every way. He had to assist me many times especially with technology and was alway pleasant and and kind. He always got back to me immediately if had a question. They also provided so much helpful information! It could not have been a better experience!
I felt the communication with all of the parties involved was very satisfactory. I received prompt replies to all my inquiries. I especially want to comment the transport company and its driver Suze. They kept me aware at all times of how the trip was going, and it took only 4 days, amazing considering how many stops they made before they got to me. Ace (now Scruffy) was in excellent condition and had obviously been well cared for on the trip.

Smooth process!
Huge shoutout to Peter and the rest of the Pawrade team for connecting us with our furever baby pup. They kept us in the loop and made the experience of receiving our puppy as seem less as possible.
I was very apprehensive about flying a puppy across the United States, but Pawrade made it easy and stress free. And i received THE CUTEST PUPPY in the entire planet. I have renamed her Liza Minelli and we had an instant bond. I am so in love with her. She is smart, healthy, fun, cute, cuddly, and quickly stealing my heart. Thank you for putting up with my neurotic behavior, but I am so glad that I listened to you in the end. Tracy and Liza Minelli Happy together
The minute that I inquired about Dexter I got a phone call the next morning and they guided me every step of the way they were all very amazing I would recommend them highly
Sue, transportation person, was excellent. She helped me with the gps app. And was happy to help me. The pawrade assistant was also excellent. She was patient and thankfully she repeated the process several times. I'm thankful because I was so excited to get my puppy I was distracted. It was hard to hear all that was being said to me. I also had several follow up phone calls from Reps, reiterating the process. I was so skeptical about buying a puppy online, sight unseen. Thank you for all your efforts. She's amazing.

i was happy pretty much till i took her to vet she had kennel cough bacteria in stool now we know for sure she has a mur mur heart now i have to find a specialist to see if it can be fixed or she can die anytime also i tried that number for the 30 day insurance and they couldnt find her at all said i needed a invoice number which i dont have But I Loved the dog though shes everything i wanted i was just disappointed that i didnt get a healthy dog

The worst experience ever! I was very clear in my inquiries about why I was looking for a slightly older dog with basic potty and general obedience training. The answers I received indicated that I was making a good choice. So so so wrong—- even after a week of working with her, the dog has been howling incessantly and my nerves are shot. She clearly has not been socialized beyond what I now find out to be her farm- and not living inside with her family. I haven't slept the entire week and it has been terrible listening to this animals suffering despite all best efforts at play and distractions. She tears as soon as she sees me even now. Plus, she bit me in an entirely unprovoked incident. I suspect this was a backyard breeder who took advantage of a pet lover. Backyard breeders who fo not make their their dogs are properly socialized for their developmental stage (mine is 15 months) are no better than puppy . If Pawrade really cares, this should never have happened.

We just added a new family member through Pawrade. She is a beautiful Blue Merle Puggle with blue eyes . The entire team that helped get her to us was so "WONDERFUL" from start to delivery to my door. I appreciate everyone involved . She has brought so much joy and laughter to our home . Thank all of you so very much.

You do what you say your going to do and you are very involved with the soon to be new owners of one of your wonderful puppies. I would highly recommend you and already have to several of my friends!!! Jodi was beyond wonderful and always got back with me when I had questions, and it was so sweet when she would send me pictures of my soon to be new addition to my family!
