Delivery of our puppy was delayed because of bad weather, but she arrived safely and is beautiful, loving, and perfect. Our experience with Pawrade was very good. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire procesd.

I wish communication had been more consistent. And I wish I was better informed belle was just having her crate dropped off. And at the time of her arrival, I was frustrated I wasn't able to get a hold of my concierge. Otherwise they were good at getting back to me with my questions and we were able to at least coordinate a phone call. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to and belle (now Maxy) is like a dream come true. Thank you :)

What a wonderful puppy! Pawrade and their representatives were fantastic. I have a beautiful, sweet, smart, and very healthy Boxer. He came from an excellent breeder. Transport moved miracles to have my puppy arrive before a snowstorm….and they were stellar and very professional. You can trust Pawrade!!

The Pawrade customer service was excellent to a point. Staff was very communicative and helpful until the purchase of my dog was complete. After that I received a message with the date my dog would be picked up for delivery to me and then nothing more in terms of travel updates. Estimated delivery of a dog via ground transportation is 2-4 days with an exception for unforeseen events. I understood that. However, I received no information from Pawrade after my dog was picked up from the breeder. She arrived 7 days after pick up. With all the great communication that is provided during the purchase, I was surprised that Pawrade was not more helpful during the time I waited for my dog. My only option was to wait patiently for any information from the transport company which I received about 4 days after she was picked up. It may be policy that Pawrade ends communication after the dog's pick up date but as an expecting pet owner I would have appreciated something more from them.
The individuals of all the departments were all very helpful, however the process is very complicated as you have to talk to many different people about different parts of the process. The breeder and puppy are perfect though.
I couldn't be more delighted with the Pawrade Team. They were focused, helping me find the perfect puppy to a safe and secure delivery. Even after my puppy was in my arms Pawrade was there to answer all my questions. Really can't say enough!
The process that the agency explained in order to get my pup was followed to the T . Every thing was perfect and the breeder happened to reside in Florida and we arranged to meet in a closer location. My pup is lovely and I would recommend Pawrade if you are looking for a new addition to your home.

First, your website is well organized & easy to follow; fun to see the puppies & anticipate buying one. The entire process of obtaining Nikki (previously Lavon) went smoothly. Pawrade was available to answer questions, gave concise & thorough information & clearly stated instructions. Four days prior to original flight plans the Travel Concierge made me aware of breeder's flight changes d/t stormy weather. Of course, I was disappointed yet grateful for the advanced notice. I have no regrets. And am very happy with Nikki.

After being a victim of a puppy scam I was reluctant to give pawrade a chance. I am so glad I did. This has been the best experience. Well worth the money...my puppy libby is so cute. Playful happy ever since she came in the door. Thank you so much 💓

We absolutely adore our new baby but I must say we were very disappointed at pick up as she was very dirty and smelled terrible and we had to drive 6 hours home with her in that condition. But we got her home and bathed her immediately and she's a happy girl!

Our sales (Janell), transportation (Renee), and post-sales (Lois) liaisons all provided expert, friendly, patient, and responsive customer service. Why not 5 stars? Customers pay a premium for the dog and the air-nanny service.

Pawrade was great to work with - timely communication, easy process. Puzzle Piece Carriers transport did an outstanding job in delivery a clean, happy pup, sent pics and updates along the travel. Very happy with my friendly and smart new pup.
