We love Rocky so much. The breeder and pawrade were amazing. Our only issue was the company that was providing the flight nanny. They rescheduled twice, and they were very unprofessional and ultimately canceled on us altogether. My husband flew halfway across the country to get our pup. If it wasn't for that, it would be 5 stars all the way.

The most important thing is that the puppy arrived healthy and happy. The only comment for improvement would be better clarity on the transport of the puppy. However the people that dropped the puppy off were great and the pup was well cared for.

All in all this has been a very satisfying experience. The new member of our family got here right on time, healthy as can be, and ready to play with all his heart. He is the cutest little thing and is giving us an awful lot of enjoyment so far. I would refer any of my friends to Pawrade, and I would certainly use them again should the desire arise. They were very easy to work with, and provided me the flexibility I needed to believe that I meant a lot to them.

Great service 10/10! Every little question I had was answered very politely and fast! I never was worried about anything because every question was answered. They provide great service.
Very thorough instructions by very caring people who made sure that our adoption of Winston went smoothly with a perfect outcome.
I was so skeptical at the beginning of our journey to bring Bruno (Howard) into our family due to the fact other places I contacted were scams. I stand corrected and happy I had Pawrade on my side. They informed me every step of the way. I recommended them to another family who is looking for a puppy too. Thank you Pawrade

In the beginning everything was great. We were able to track the puppy nanny and see when they were coming. We were given food that was being used for him to eat but when we ran out of the food in the ziplock we found out the food given to us (iVet) was not the same food and we were not able to transposition him to the iVet and he had diarrhea the next day. We did a puppy wellness check to make sure Rocco (Odin) was doing well the next day which we found out that her wasn't chipped. We notified pawrade and was given the number of the breeder to find out what was going on. The person from pawrade said they texted and called the breeder to find out what happened but never heard back and that's when the number was given to me. Then the next day the breeder called and said that Odin was chipped and that it might have fallen out on the 3 day road trip to us. I then emailed support to find out if I was supposed to do. This will be resolved next week

I had an amazing experience with Pawrade! I was really worried at the beginning because I did not know what sites were trustworthy, but the people were really amazing and they kindly answered every single of my phone calls and patiently gave me answers to all of my questions. They even called me to ask if I had any questions or concerns before the arrival of the puppy and he arrived sooooo well, and healthy. Amazing site and would totally recommend it.

Molly is all I could wish for in a puppy. The breeder was personally in touch with me, the nanny checked in along the way and left clear instructions for me. Transactions were handled without a hitch! 100% for Pawrade!!!

Incredible experience! At first I had some complications securing a puppy but Beth and Peter were super helpful the whole time! My puppy arrived clean, calm, and so lovable. He received grooming before hand which was a plus. April his nanny kept me updated and was so sweet upon delivering him. Highly recommend!

The first person I talked with was Janelle Hester. She put my mind at ease and together we worked to to find the perfect puppy for me. What an immense help she provided. Then after I had paid for the puppy, Sandra Turner who was so patient and walked me through the next steps of preparing for the puppy's arrival and what I needed to do. She also was so patient and kind! Renee Reamy stepped in to help me with the paperwork and what we needed. Being such a non-tech person, Renee needs a raise for all of her help. I can't thank the staff at Pawrade enough for everything they did and helped me through. I now have a puppy that won my heart at first glance and she seems to be quite happy with her new home as well. Sincerely, i thank each of these people for their help!

This whole process was so easy. They all did an amazing job. Our baby is beautiful and we love her beyond words. I can totally recommend this to anyone who wants a new puppy. It's definitely a way to go. Trust me I was nervous about fraud but this is legit and they make it so easy and so worth it.

I trusted the process, and it was fabulous!!! Everything is well organized and well maintained. All my questions were answered, and all requested info, i.e., pictures, videos, etc. were supplied quickly. Everyone that I had encountered was professional, caring, and pleasant. My pups had a long car trip home, and the van storks were excellent and kept me up to date! Not one problem. My puppy came here excited, alert, and playful. All the paperwork promised to me was rendered upon arrival. I'd recommend Pawrade to anyone who wants a great pup and a lot of support along the way!
Everyone I worked with at Pawrade was professional, very helpful and friendly 😊 I would highly recommend them to anyone! And lol most importantly my puppy is happy , healthy and oh so cute 🥰
Very happy with our new baby Cavalier whom we named Mickey! He's so sweet. I was a little apprehensive at first but Pawrade is legit and very professional. Our puppy Concierge, Regina was great and puppy nanny April was wonderful. Mickey arrived as promised. Would highly recommend this company!
