Honestly did not know where Nala was when I first saw her and it really didn't matter. However, the folks at Pawrade and associate driver were all very friendly and kept me up to date during the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (as a 1st time dog owner). Even after the purchase and deliver of Nala I have been given resources and support if I ever need it. I can already tell me and her are going to be lifelong pals!

We received Kenna (now named Emma), a beautiful little Westie puppy, a week plus ago. So far, so good... we love her to tears. Communication with Pawrade was always efficient and reliable. The delivery of the puppy went flawlessly (the drivers drove through the night to get her to us as quickly as possible). Aside from some tummy troubles she had upon delivery, she is adapting otherwise well to her new home.

I spoke with Janell who reassured me about any doubts and explained everything very thoroughly! We received our puppy early this morning, very happy and healthy! We couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend Pawrade to our friends and family. It's worth every cent!

We finally recieved our Cavapoo puppy today and everyone is falling in love with our new little puppy. Lynsey was super helpful with coordinating with the breeder. We started with a cargo flight for the puppy but was informed the flight would he canceled due to snow. We didnt like the idea of our puppy being stuck unattended in a warehouse so we upgeaded to the nanny service which we were very pleased with in the end. The only really negative part of our experience was in dealing with the person that coordinates the travel for the puppy. We would go days without recieving updates to our puppy's travel plans which changed multiple times iver abiyt 3 weeks. When we would hear from her the communication was nonsensical. Once we were asked to choose between pickup airports - Boston, Indianopolis, and Seattle. In short we found this part of the service to be severly lacking. I called the company explained the situationand requested a manager to call me back - it has been a week and nothing.

I am reluctant to give a rating right now; while delivery of Arthur was timely and as scheduled, he was delivered to us with a disgusting smell, soiled face, and stained paws and feet. It appears he has been standing and/or sitting in urine and feces which has stained his lower legs. We have given him two baths and while there has been some improvement, there is still some discoloration and odor. We have his vet appt set for Wednesday which is the soonest available. We check with his vet every day to see if there has been a cancellation to get him in sooner. Jack Dixon

I just received my beagle puppy yesterday and I am very happy with her. Due to long distance traveling she was and still is exhausted and was not in a good shape when she got to San Jose. The process with adoption was fine the only comment I have to make is about lack of communication from the travel department. After I fully paid for my pet no communication was made until I contacted Pawrade's agent and complained. It took 18 days for them to send the pet which is okay if there was some kind of communication with me. Roxy is very shaky and afraid of everything and hides every time she's not eating-I hope this behavior is just caused by exhaustion for traveling and getting used to her new home and not from any kind of cruel treatment by the breeder. Thank you.

From the beginning you were wonderful. We had hesitated getting another dog (our Bichon - Chelsea died one and a half years ago.) Anyway I had heard wonderful things about Pawrade and on a whim one day contacted you. We had decided not to get another dog but the next day I told my husband that if we ever did I wanted a female apricot color multipoo and I would love to name her SOPHIE. Well the very next day you sent me a picture of…….a apricot color Multipoo named SOPHIE. We had no choice. Thank you for every thing. From the beginning to the end, encouragement, support, advice you were wonderful. I have recommended your services and will continue to. Thanks again. We love SOPHIE and she is perfect and of course a genius.

The process was easy and I felt comfortable what I was really getting what I paid for. I found a couple of scams when I was searching for a French bulldog puppy. I named her Posey, she is so curious and sweet. She is such a Roly poly! We are already in love with her. My only concern was with the transportation.

Wow! Just wow! Got my puppy delivered late at night but was so worth the surprise look on my husbands face. We love our frenchie and will be using pawrade again in the future

People were always nice to talk to, Delivery was crazy and not smooth didn't know where my dog was or if she had even been picked up from the breeder, also it was stated on the website and I was told over the phone when I asked that she would be up to date on all shots, however when I took her to my vet they called the veterinary office on the medical papers that came with her. The office said she had only had one parvo shot and nothing else at all no rabies shot nothing. She was 18 weeks old when she arrived I'm not an expert but I do know one shot is not up to date for 18 weeks. I had to pay for all of her shots but it's worth the extra money she is a good puppy. My vet said she had a very good breeder. I don't mind paying for the shots I just would rather them tell me up front that she won't come with most of her shots.

Im not a person who buys online but when I saw my little guy I took a chance . I was scared but I'm glad I did because it was an awesome experience . Everyone was very professional and kind at pawrade and I want to thank everyone at pawrade for answering all of my questions and concerns through this process . We named our pup Bruno and now that he's here our family is completely and we are excited to see this little guy grow up with our kiddos . 🤗🐾🐶 Thank you!!!

Cole is now "Teddy". He is affectionate and adorable, but self control is limited. at this point. We are working on that. My biggest concern is that "Teddy" was up almost the whole night. When I put him in the crate at night, he wouldn't stop barking or howling. Then I let him loose in my bedroom to sleep, but his energy could not be contained. I tried the crate again, he started to howl mournfully. Even when I turned out the light to finally go to sleep he keep trying to jump on my bed or was running around as though he was the EverReady Bunny. He finally fell asleep about 4:15am and we got up at 7:15am. I hope this was a one time thing because I am exhausted! Any suggestions?
