Pawrade was wonderful to work with! They made us feel safe and secure in the fact that they found reliable breeders that cared for their pups! The 800 number on the site was fast and their responses were super quick and efficient. The only hiccup with our experience was that our puppies "available date" was incorrectly put in and it delayed things a bit. Otherwise a great company and they fixed errors very fast! Would highly recommend!

My experience with Pawrade was great! I was nervous at the beginning about buying online since I'm in California and puppy was in Indiana. I was worried about scams, but everyone was so helpful and patient with me. Beth was great in answering all my questions. Renee was great updating me on flight status. Pawrade is definitely a well trusted site to buy a puppy. We named our puppy Toby he is a corgi, and is just a sweet puppy, loves to cuddle and play. I would definitely recommend.

Terrific experience and a simply adorable dog that I will love and spoil for eternity. I will admit being skeptical - paying upfront before meeting the dog or breeder is an interesting business model and practice. Up until the time I picked up the dog I was waiting for the "bait and switch" or fraud. Signs of the times perhaps. But the breeder in Indiana was clean, caring, professional and attentive. While clearly a business, it was equally clear they cared. The puppy - my puppy - Charlie is perfection and exactly as advertised and described. The process, the paperwork, the insurance, the educational material - all on point and helpful. When I turned on the driveway of the breeder Indiana, I knew I had hit the jackpot. I just activated the 30 day insurance. It was also seamless. While I used another pet insurance company in the past, this experience has been so good that I'm considering using MetLife. I love Charlie. THANK YOU

My baby girl adapted well to her new home. No issues , she's healthy, and growing , funny, loving, playful, sneaky, has just enough attitude for a baby drama princess, energetic, loves to run, and hike, she's a social butterfly, she loves the puppy spa, and puppy mobile massages, and will be going to puppy boot camp for two weeks soon. I'm in love with her. The process was great and the Pawrade team was informative and engaged with us even to this day. Thank you for bringing so much joy to our home. My new puppy is really cute. The process of getting him is pretty smooth with good instructions. I understand some new owners have zoom calls before getting the puppies, would have liked to have done that. Travel took longer than expected due to scheduling and weather conditions on the way, but the puppy is no worse for wear. On the whole, I am satisfied with the service and I found the puppy that I wanted for a long time.

Libby( now Phoebe) is the sweetest, smartest, most calm puppy girl ever. I am really enjoying my new best friend. The Pawrade adoption process was very straight forward and the folks were informative and patient. My only concern was with the transport process which took three days and she arrived very panic stricken smelling of urine and poop to high heavens, and sooooo thirsty that she literally drank 6 cups of water!! I would not use the transport system for my pet's delivery again! Otherwise, the process was great and she is simply the best!

I was hesitant about purchasing a puppy online but the process couldn't have gone smoother. The people at Pawrade communicated every step of the way. I asked a lot of questions and if they were not sure of something they researched the answer and got back to me in a timely manner (usually less than a day). I received my puppy and took her to my vet for a well puppy check. My vet was very impressed with how healthy she is.

Once we found our new puppy it was love at first sight. I have never used a concierge service to adopt a puppy and was initially weary of the process. Pawrade was very proactive in ensuring we had detailed information regarding the adoption process. I would highly recommend Pawrade to family and friends. We love our furbaby!! I adopted a Morkie (maltese + yorkie) through Pawrade and step by step I have been blown away. I was very hesitant at first because an animal's wellbeing is a big priority for me. Pawrade is the real deal. Everyone who worked with me was patient, thorough, and attentive. From the phone staff, the messaging support and the breeder herself. I flew to pick up my baby. I held off reviewing until my last vet check and I am happy to report that my new baby is happy, healthy, and was raised right from the start (came kennel trained at 13 weeks). My vet even said, "she came from a good breeder!" We would highly recommend the service to anyone looking to make their family fluffier :)

T-Bear, formerly named Coal, is an adorable, very active puppy. We just had our 72 hour vet visit and the Veterinarian who took care of our now deceased rescue Beagle is in doubt that T-Bear will be as small as his 18 pound parents. We are tired of the 2250 mile drive to Buffalo, NY annually and therefore wanted a Teacup Beagle or a Pocket Beagle. I am not sure that T-bear will be able to fly . Is he really a Teacup? He is a very curious, active puppy who has already won our hearts. I have signed up for a training class through Petsmart which I did with my Beagle who was a rescue. We subsequently did Pet Therapy Dog Training and Sherlock was a wonderful therapy dog. I may follow this path with T-Bear if he is as mellow as Sherlock. I just pray that he can go into an under the seat airline carrier.
