I've been wanting a mini Goldendoodle for years now, every time I wanted to pull the trigger I couldn't find a reliable breeder who didn't have a long wait. A friend of mine told me about Pawrade and I found Roland the same day! The process was easy and agents where very responsive, walking me through the whole process. They even sent reminders of what needs to be done before and after receiving our little guy. I decided to go with pampered ground transportation since he was coming from Nebraska and I didn't want him on a plain at such a young age. He was delayed a week or so due to weather conditions, which is understandable. My only complaint about the Transpo company is that they didn't notify me about this or kept me in the loop of his travel details. I had to call them often to get an update and the driver was not as responsive.

PAWRADE IS TRULY PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! From the moment we began our journey with Pawrade the experience fantastic!! Initially my girlfriend and I were just looking into bringing home a new family member and in a matter of weeks that went from a thought to a reality. We were initially interested in an Aussiedoodle and I asked for more information. I received a message the next morning and a call the next day, which was a Saturday, from Dan who didn't want me to wait till Monday to get my questions answered. The customer experience at Pawrade is second to none. From the first moment I spoke to a Pawrade representative to after I brought our pup home I felt that they all truly cared about me, my family, my pup, and the business they are in. As someone who is very particular about who I do business with Pawrade exceeded my expectations. Any future pups will come from Pawrade as well.
Buyer beware. I was told I was getting a F1 standard Aussiedoodle. At 4 months old, he has the size and weight of a Toy Assuiedoodle and not a standard (10 pounds rather than 25 pounds). My VET said there are no medical issues, so they cannot be related to his lack of weight gain.

I was a little worried about adopting a puppy online, especially when spending lots of money and not seeing the dog face to face. However, Pawrade was absolutely perfect through the whole process. They set up a zoom meeting with the breeder, answered all questions, some more than once. They were very helpful throughout and I felt more and more comfortable as the process continued. In the end we received a beautiful puppy who instantly became part of the family. We were very satisfied, start to finish.

Great service! Communication was great! Liaisons responded very quickly and we're very helpful. Only reason I'm not giving all stars is because I wish the transportation costs were a little less expensive. We ended up driving to pick our new baby up, so bringing him home wasnt as convenient as we would've liked. Setting up pet insurance was a breeze and the representative at Met life pet insurance was wonderful! Overall, I'd definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to bring a new pet into their home.

Each person that we worked with was very knowledgeable and courteous making sure we were well informed about each step of the process. My puppy is good and was trained when I got it. Thanks a lot to the breeder and to Pawrade!
Most importantly, I went through Pawrade to purchase my Great Dane puppy, Agador Spartacus previously known as Sasha and Sapphire and she is the most perfect puppy for me. My experience was not perfect and there were some challenges but rest assured that you were not scammed and like the rest of the world right now there are staffing challenges and high demand so just be patient and prepare for your new puppy :) my puppy is healthy and sweet and well socialized. I was connected with the breeder once the sale was concluding and the breeder is so amazing and helpful. I could not be happier with my decision.

From my first contact Peter was awesome with getting the ball rolling. Then between Morgan Elliott and Mary Artes. They where so helpful in so many ways. From communication with me. To getting info from the Breeder. To getting my wonderful new pup Shilo to me. There ability to not only make everything feel personal and there love for the job they do. I love that Pawrade is thorough in not only making sure these pups go to the right homes. To the breeders they work with. My breeder was amazing with updated photos. And thanks to the help of the Pawrade staff I had the privilege to find me my pups new home with me. I highly recommend using them to know your getting a healthy well cared for pup. I have had Shilo now for just over 3 days. I couldn't be happier. She had her wellness check up with the vet today. Proud to say my pup is 100% healthy. I trust my vet from over the years. Again thank you so much to everyone involved bringing me my perfect little girl/daughter/pup to my life!
