All I can say is that I 100% recommend pawrade to anyone who is looking for an addition to their family. Its insane how skeptic i was because theres so many scammers online but they do a secure payment not cashapp venmo zelle bitcoin. Definitely love the communication from all team members who assisted me they made me feel secure and kept in touch with me . Pawrade has a wonderful service to reduce concerns throughout the buying process. Our puppy was delivered happy and healthy and acclimated quickly once home. We could tell he was very well cared for at the breeder and is almost potty trained and proficient in sit and come commands by day 4.

Puppy arrived on time, in good health (though a bit off kilter owing to the 2.5 - 3-day Van ride). She has rested and is now in full Puppy Mode. What a wonderful little Puppy! She now has her forever home and is providing us lots of amusement and puppy kisses. We adore her and her playfulness. Female, Black Tri Aussie Shep. (Our 4th Aussie!) We have had an amazing experience. They were so helpful in finding our forever fur baby and providing us with all the information necessary to make the transition from her home to her forever home. as soon as the puppy was delivered all communication ended between the pawrade, petpay, and me. I have some following questions and concerns, for example, I never received a link or email from any party regarding the MetLife free 30-day insurance. I was not able to insure my pup. I took my pup to the veterinary appointment within the 72-hour requirement and was able to upload that information. It's really disappointing being ignored by all party's after spending more than $2,000,

It was a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of, was given lots of information. I feel and felt that this company was very honest. The personal liaison was very helpful with my concerns, and also anticipated questions I may have had. I was impressed with the fact that the dog was microchipped. I am planning on doing a lot of travel with my new dog, with that in mind I needed to know the size of the dog and of the Sire and Dam. This was the only company I found with that information. I am also excited by the month of insurance. I highly recommend this company.

What a wonderful experience working with Pawrade! From the very first inquiry to follow-up after I recieved my puppy the staff were exceptional. The staff are so courteous and polite is what makes a great company. Advice to others, trust the process. Pawrade knows what they are doing each person is an expert at what they are doing. Shout out to Dan, Shannon Gegor, Renee Smith and now the individual following up with heath and insurance. Thank you. I chose drive across country. Aaron, Karen and Son Silas with Williams Puppy transport where hilarious by sending fun anecdotes. I downloaded the app Life360 and followed them and my puppy along the way. Thanks again. One piece of advise, expand the bussiness include rescue animals as away to grow, actually any business you and the team could do if you desired, your excellent.
Very happy with communication. Would be good to include a full checklist of items needed, not just food. As a dog owner, I had everything purchased ahead of time, but a first-time owner might not think of everything. Wonderful puppy who is settling in well.

I was skeptical but could not be happier with my new puppy. The travel was delayed a bit and the waiting was hard. But she's here now and all was great at her vet visit.
Very pleased!! Received a happy and healthy well mannered pup! Pawrade goes out of their way to keep communication open at all times and makes the overall process a smooth one. They provide a lot of material to better prepare you for your pups arrival, and give great tips! This is very helpful especially if you're a first time dog owner! They are adamant about the puppies health coming first, above all else! What more could you ask for right? Would 10/10 recommend.

Everything was good but I took her to the vet yesterday and he said she will probably be 70-100 pounds which is NOT what they told before I bought her. The place where I live has a weight restriction of 45 lbs. I could get kicked out if she gets that big. I can't understand why the people at Pawrade told me she would only be 45 pounds at the most. So, needless to say I am very upset.

First, let me say, we love Snow (Yarah). She is so sweet & so smart!!! Secondly, representatives Lauren Krill, Renée R., Renée Smith, & Jade Warner represent Pawrade with excellence. They were friendly & professional. If there was any disappointment, it was with the breeder in not responding to our questions in a timely fashion. To enhance the experience for the buyer, Pawrade might develop a form for the breeder to complete, that contains some basic information regarding the pup, & submit it to the buyer upon signature of the contract (to include a current picture of the puppy). As an example, this form might contain information such as puppy's: Current Weight Brand of Food How Often & How Much Puppy Eats Favorite Snacks Brand of Shampoo Puppy Uses In general, any information that the buyer might find useful & that would help with the transition. Our vet found an umbilical hernia, which was listed on the shipping paperwork only and now we'll have to take care of it.

Received my puppy through PAWRADE was a smooth transition! I'm not gonna lie I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure if this was real or not ! I can say this was the best thing when I got my baby Kenzo ! Received our new puppy Wednesday. He never really ate but Pawrade shared with us that this was normal for the first couple days post travel. We rubbed nutri-cal on his gums 3x a day. Friday we rushed our puppy to the vet. Monday he died. Pawrade has not been helpful or supportive. We've spent over $5,000 for a puppy we had less than one week. And worse, my daughters are devastated. I wish I'd never trusted Pawrade. This was the most costly, most devastating and traumatic experience we've ever faced. The support and security I thought we paid for isn't there. We plan to pursue legal action because we did everything right and this is not fair.
