We purchased a Boarder Collie for close to $3000. The puppy was listed as ABCA registered and she was is not registered. She was also listed that it was microchipped and she was not. No one will return my calls from Pawrade. I have called over 10 times and they alway say they will call me right back and it been over a month and I have not gotten one call back. Can't trust this place!!! I don't recommend this place to purchase a pure bread dog.

We have been in contact with Chris post delivery to provide his registration papers for his purebred puppy. We try to explain to all buyers that registration papers may take time and always come a few weeks or months after delivery. The buyer was reimbursed for the microchip fees as that was a mistake on the listing and we were happy to make it right. We wish a lifetime of cuddles with your new puppy!

Love my puppy but I am not a fan of the ground transportation. My pup came from Indiana and I am in Massachusetts. He just came out of a van filled with loose dogs … of course he had worms and gardia… but still love him and he is such a cutie 🥰. Paw race was easy to use , helpful and easy to use . I like the security around the purchase 🥳

Super experience w/Pawrade, from the consult w/Don thru Dan's help and the Customer Service team we had a great experience despite a number of logistical challenges (not related to Pawrade or Breeder). Team was informative, responsive and flexible to a number of changes throughout the process. The brother, sister Yellow Labs we received are absolutely perfect. At their first Vet visit today, our long-time care provider, a Vet of 50 years, said these were the 2 most perfect litter mates he had seen in many years. Thank you.

Pawrade was great in communication and a selection of adorable puppies. I love my puppy and he is so smart . So Pleased with him and your service! True Grit transport was not 5 stars. They had many delays due to weather but were not so forthcoming with updates. I asked for a picture of my dog one day when there was another delay and did not receive one. How hard is it to send a photo with a phone? He was supposed to arrive December 29th and I did not receive him until 11:30 at night Monday January 3.

This experience has been amazing from start to finish. Getting Chelsia, now Mila, home was a process due to weather, but everyone involved was patient and kind. Chelsia did have an ear infection when she arrived, but the vet has her on the mend. 10/10 would definitely use Pawrade again.

I recently brought a beagle puppy named frosty and so far it's been a good experience. I was really nervous about being scammed because it's an online transaction. But I have received my puppy and he's super energetic, healthy and happy. I will definitely buy an other puppy from here when the time is right again. There was some delay in his delivery because of the holiday but it's understandable.

Hello. I located Pawrade while searching for a great dane puppy. When I selected Ruby, there were contact numbers and such and Jennifer reached back out to me quickly. She was very helpful and we spoke on the phone. She guided me through the paypet portion and I felt very secure sending the money to you that way. A receipt and contract doc were provided to me immediately. After that, Lara contacted me and then Shannon. Very helpful, ladies! I can't tell you how helpful and reassuring you all are. I fell for a scam prior to dealing with you great folks, and this was a great experience. I couldn't be happier with my new puppy. I will continue to tell others about your above and beyond service. Thank you all!

This puppy is uncontrollable. She bites hard and fights when I pick her up to put her harness on, play with her or basically anything I do. I realize that puppies need training and I have that scheduled, but this one is wild and mean. Of course, I spoke with the breeder and no refunds, so I'm out over $5,700. Her suggestion was holding her down until she submits and that's great if she doesn't bite your hand into shreds. I already have scars. I have had many puppies and she is clearly hyperactive. I would recommend that buyers beware of your service and your breeders. This is a NIGHTMARE!

Ann - we are sorry to hear you are having issues controlling your new puppy. We do highly recommend training classes for all puppies as this behavior can be easily redirected. It's impossible to predict how a puppy will behave when they leave their littermates and enter their new home.
