From day one my experience with Pawrade had been nothing but amazing. Everyone from my first contact with Paul, to Lisa and then Mary has been knowledgeable, kind, supportive and quick to answer any question I had. I called on Tuesday night and Fiona (formerly Sunshine) was at her new forever home on Friday night. Only suggestion would be to ship on direct flights only to minimize the possibility of delays and to reduce the stress on the animal. Thank you Pawrade for helping me find and bring my precious little girl home.

I cannot recommend pawrade enough! Every part of this process was seamless (and less daunting) because we knew we had a team of people who were willing to help with all of our questions. Not to mention, the timeliness of everyone's response was impressive. Thank you guys for everything. We love our new baby!!!
Pawrade was very professional, friendly and responsive during the entire process, from the point of inquiring about a specific dog to the ultimate delivery of the dog. Pawrade provides a significant level of comfort the dog comes from a reputable breeder and the financial arrangements are handled safely and securely.

My experience with Pawrade has been top notch from the first communication inquiring about Cami (now named Lovey). The correspondence replies were always timely and gave me all the information I needed. The whole process was seamless, and the team I was working with were incredibly helpful, friendly and caring. Lovey arrived yesterday at Boston Logan Airport, in a secure crate and she was happy, healthy, and so loving. We could not be happier with our new little girl and for the service you provided in receiving her. Thank you so much.

Despite being nervous about purchasing a puppy from a breeder online, Pawrade was great in mitigating my fears. Their process was very rigorous and multilayered, which gave me a sense of calm, and assurances that I wasn't being duped by someone posing as a legitimate seller. Pawrade was there at the beginning of my transaction, in the middle, and right through to the very end. Interestingly, one day after my yorkie puppy had arrived, I received a follow up call from Pawrade to see how my puppy and I were doing. My puppy arrived - healthy, happy, full of energy and ready to play, eat, and poop. I highly recommend Pawrade if you are considering the purchase of a pet online.

I couldn't have worked with a nicer group of people! I've never adopted a dog from a breeder before, but they walked me through it step by step! I had several questions, but they were very patient and explained answers to all of my questions! We love our new little Golden Retriever and will always be grateful to the staff at Pawrade!🐾❤️

Beyond happy with Pawrade. It was a very smooth process from start to finish. They provide you with so much information and support. It was overwhelming at first, but it helped me a lot in the end. I highly recommend.

I have to say I was worried. But needless to say that not only was the process easy but fast. My fur baby arrived home safe and sound and not medicated asleep or anxious how I was imagining. He is such a lovely puppy full with love for my family and his now new fur sibling. I'm really happy and my Casper definitely is happy as well.

I had a great experience with Don, the puppy concierge. He has very kind and helpful. Once I purchased my puppy, I was switched to the transportation person which I did not find very helpful. I requested multiple times for communications to be texted to my phone as they were with Don, but they were always just in the message center. I coordinated the time and place of the pick up directly with the breeder.

It has ben a great pleasure dealing with the Pawrade team. I had a couple of bad experiences with other sites that turned into scams So great to deal with all of you who are so responsive to my every call and question! Dusty got here last night and he is a happy, frisky pup T You would never know his whole world has changed I just a few days. It is like he was born here. Now on to training! Thank you all!!!!

Was promised puppy in 3-4 days. Didn't get her until 2 weeks later. Called about transportation and was told I would get a call back in half an hour. After I called and left multiple messages the next day..nothing. Finally "I" got ahold of a different employee and asked for a delivery date. She said she would email a form so a family member could pick up the puppy. This never happened. Would not go with this company again. And will not recommend it anyone.

Little Lincloln (Scout) arrived safe and sound. He is a happy little pup, and dealing with Pawrade through this whole process was great. From beginning to end we were kept informed of everything going on. Everyone we dealt with to include the transporters kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a specific breed and a puppy. We love to rescue, but found it impossible to find a Lemon Beagle puppy. This worked out great, and if I ever have to do it again I will use Pawrade.
