Pawrade did a perfect job with every aspect of getting our puppy to us!! Their customer service was always available for information, questions and even changes we made in transport plans. This has been the best handled "puppy-find" in my many decades of dog ownership!
This was our first time using a system like this and we where very nervous about scams. Pawrade did a excellent job of listening to those concerns and then alleviating those concerns with constant contact updates and scheduling a call with the breeder etc. they kept the communication all up to his transport and we couldn't be happier to have Chester with us in his forever home!

We adopted Don, whom is now Walter, and we are just so in love. His temperament is amazing and he is quite the snuggle bug. We would recommend Pawrade to anyone.
Absolutely fabulous is what we say about Pawrade and all their people! Great communication and guidance all the way from caring folks who love animals. Their delivery service was fantastic. Overall, we had a good experience with the company. I only wish there were better communication as far as where everything was at in the process each day, even if nothing changed. Our representatives were great and answered all questions and the process went smoothly for us.

JoAnn and I were very happy with the service that PAWRADE provided, Dan was very helpful in setting us up with Lindsey so she could arrange transport for our fur kids. It took a little turn at that point, once payment was made for transportation we needed to attempt over and over to contact Lindsey for flight information. She was very difficult to get ahold of and obtain information from. Once travel was finalized and Riley and Holly were on their way, we again were disappointed upon their arrival. Both dogs were wet and cold and forced to lay in their urine and water for a period of 8 hours, on top of a 45 minute wait and ride from the American Airlines terminal to the American Airlines cargo area. Had JoAnn and I have known the conditions we'd have made different arrangements for them. It just seemed inhumane and apparent to us that the transport of these precious dogs should have been handled differently and with better care. Far to expensive for such poor conditions.

With all the puppy scammers out there. It's finally nice to have a piece of mind, that there is still good out there. Trusting pawrade was the best thing I did; in able to find my puppy. I was so blessed with there service and the staff are so friendly always there to assist. Tony and Lindsey were there every step of the way. Highly recommend this website, if your looking for a safe way to adopt a new puppy.

Working with Pawrade to find our new pup was wonderful! The communication of the staff from first inquiry to delivery and even after was easy, smooth and they kept us informed along the way. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to find a new fur baby from a breeder.
Disappointed in the lack of communication. Also the-sign was not cooperative. It stated that I could input the name we gave to our puppy and that didn't happen. The date of the 26th was wrong,we took delivery on the 28th of Nov. The form stated one thing and when I finally received a call back I was told that it couldn't be changed. Why put that into an official document when it can't be done.
My entire team was amazing at helping me get our puppy. I will always buy from pawrade. Great customer service from start to finish!

The pick-up of Hestia "Hes" went as planned. I took Hes from the Reno airport to the Veterinarian, at Advanced Pet Care in Sparks, for the exam. Hes is in excellent health. The Vet's report should be available this week. Hes, Venus and Emi get along like sisters.

I give a 1 star i paid alot of money for a shiba inu first the breeder who i paid was unavailable for almost 4 days because of excuses i find this unacceptable we had a social contract and living in America we have commerce of trade which was not respected of this breeder or transporter delivery was changed 3 times and finally when I received my new pup it was at 5am because we have have no respect for the buyer which I said was ridiculous since they should have been her 12 hours before that which is what is was told but decided not to leave ontime this place needs to start cracking the whip and start getting people on the same page oh the puppy I bought is awesome in a day he has made himself part of the family actually learned and has provided photos and memories you can't get anywhere

Team was very professional. Easily accessible - phone/text/app. The only request unfulfilled was a video and/or pictures of our puppy within the litter. The pet insurance had opportunity for clarification. Difficult to understand a 'life' / 'vitality' insurance of the first 30 days and one year; compared to a health insurance program.

Just an all around great experience buying my Cane Corso Mastiff !!! I would probably do it all over again. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to those looking for quality full breed puppies. With less hassle than you would ever have any where else.
I highly recommend Pawrade. I have never purchased a dog from an online company before, but now that I have, I highly recommend Pawrade. Paul was my initial contact, as the "puppy concierge" and he was thorough in his knowledge and very customer friendly. Tina, customer service assistant, from Pawrade wrote continuous follow-up emails filled with information and suggestions. The monetary aspects were handled by Shannon of PetPay, and were clean, accurate, and another wonderful aspect to this adoption process. The individual customer service by Paul, Tina, and Shannon was so appreciated by me. They each responded quickly to any question or issue. I absolutely knew from the beginning of this process that it was a legitimate, respected, valuable avenue for adopting a puppy. My family and I are thrilled. Again, many thanks to the three individuals with whom I dealt.
