“The process was pretty easy I did as for information about his time in a crate and potty training but never got reply. Even after he arrived no response. We did not receive his vaccination papers, we did not receive his registration papers and his health papers were for a dog named Billy. When we researched the breeder he was offering our dog on another site for 1400$ less. The name was Billy but his photos and birthday were the same. We do question if this is puppy mill. The puppy shows the signs of being a milled dog. The breeder is USDA licensed so we are left with questions. I don’t think we will recommend this site to anyone. What went well at first ended when the puppy arrived. It’s sad really. You just can’t trust people anymore. Our puppy is doing great. He is a sweetheart.”
