Received our dog esme and she's been wonderful. The live chat rescheduled her flight and she came in great. She was eating the next day, and is a super well taken care of puppy. We can tell by her attitude she was in a loving home before she got to ours. Would purchase again anytime. Shes now apart of the family :) The live chat answered any questions I had within 2 days. Appreciate all the help.

We were not made aware that at nine weeks old, he would still have his dewclaws. This is our second dog we have adopted from the same breeder. Our first dog did not have their dewclaws when she was delivered. The second Dog has his dewclaws at nine weeks old. Unacceptable for the price we paid.

Everything went quite smoothly. Although I did find it difficult to put down thousands of dollars on a new family member that I had yet to meet. It has turned out well. His new name is Sir Guinness the Menace and he is growing every day. Slowly, but surely he is fitting into our lifestyle. He’s a smart little one who wants to get his own way. Much like any toddler!

I had a really good experience. The entire time the Pawrade team was kind and helpful, they made sure I had my questions responded and understood the entire process. I was a bit scared at first without having contact with the breeder, but once I got their contact they made me feel calmer and certainly I could tell they were also worried about the puppy's future and happiness. Everything went smoothly and the puppy adapted well, is perfect, sweet and healthy, and doing amazing in her new house.

I received my puppy Evie (formerly known as Alice), an English Labrador on Sept, 6th around 1:30 in the morning. She is beautiful! Everyone at Pawrade was very helpful and patience throughout the whole process. No question was insignificant. Sometimes the amount of paperwork was a bit confusing, but the staff was always ready and willing to help. If you are looking for a beautiful forever furry friend I highly recommend Pawrade!
