We loved working with Pawrade - they were fantastic every step of the way. Jennifer, Tina and the entire team was so responsive, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. We were definitely wary of dealing with someone on the internet when there was so much involved, but after some research, and contacting Jennifer, we were quickly convinced that they were the real deal. They dealt with only reputable breeders, and stood by their puppies and process - something I was able to confirm first hand when I picked up Admiral from the breeder directly. We ended up moving way faster than normal - ie found Admiral on Wednesday and picked him up that Friday - and throughout the journey, Jennifer, TIna & the Pawrade team were there for us (even letting us know who to call over the weekend if we needed anything). If you've found your puppy on Pawrade, or are looking for a puppy raised in an ethical way, don't hesitate - we are absolutely satisfied, and won't hesitate to recommend them!

I was a bit nervous at first ordering a dog online that looked like the best dog i could possibly have. Pawrade is amazing they let me facetime with the dog to ease my doubts. After i paid for everything I got my puppy in about a week. My puppy is the most amazing boy and is exactly what i hoped for. The only thing i would tell others is make sure you are ready to give your puppy a bath if they travel far to be delivered lol. Aside from it all this is one of the best places to find you new best friend.

Adore or little Cavapoo! We'd never used an internet site to purchase an animal before and honestly this site goes above and beyond to answer any questions and get your pup in your arms! Their response time (including weekends and evenings) was so impressive - they really do care! Our little Finn is an amazing healthy pup and I would recommend this service to anyone in search of a dog. The local breeder route was too hard to find for us so we'll be using you again in the future! Thank you!!

Transaction was OK. The description was wrong. Tank was listed as 25 pound puppy, while in fact at arrival he was 49 pound puppy. Quite a difference. It is important because we are buying a puppy without first seeing it, so the description is very important and every word should be correct.

Pawrades organazation and communication was excellent. However I found it frustrating that in spite of several requests ,I was not able to communicate directly with the breeder..as I had several pertinent questions.

THANK YOU! We really enjoyed using Pawrade, and we are so excited about our new puppy. Pawrade was very professional with the transaction and available with any and all questions we had. One thing that may enhance the experience in the future is to provide more info on the specific puppies that people are interested in -- for example if you expressed interest in a certain puppy you could get more info, pictures, notes, or videos on them. When we asked for additional information on the puppies we liked, we were able to narrow down our search and pick the perfect one for us!

Communication was not great around communication (timing or pickup and during transportation). Puppy was examined less than 13 hours after arrival and came back with a parasite. Puppy was delivered smelling like pee.

Stacey, we are so sorry to hear Toby arrived not in perfect health! I confirmed he did have a negative fecal test right before he traveled, however the fecal test will only detect parasites as the time of the test. There is an incubation period of up to 10 days for some parasites, so it's possible they weren't showing yet in the fecal test. Regardless, we want to make sure you are covered under our comprehensive health guarantee. Please send us the paperwork from your vet to support@petpay.com and we will be in touch soon!

I was finally able to pick up Chloe yesterday, and the love was immediately real. Such a beautiful, sweet, and charming puppy from the start. It's apparent that she's socialized and confident. The process from beginning to end was perfect. The team at Pawrade made the whole interaction completely seamless. They quickly answered any and all of my questions. I opted to drive to pick up Chloe. The breeder was punctual, professional, and friendly. Having Chloe makes my wiener dog family feel complete ❤

There were multiple delays in getting Lola to me. Some could not be avoided, but others could have. Communication was very poor. No one kept me advised as to what was going on and I could not reach people on the phone. There's also not enough communication between the adoption crew and the transport Lola did arrive finally and appears to be in good health. She Is not the calm pup I was told she is. She is not trained as all. She won't sit, stay or walk on a leash. You should not promise things you cannot deliver. She is a sweet pup and seems to be socialized. I will give her a good home and lots of love.

As we communicated to you, the transporter that was originally scheduled to transport your puppy was involved with an accident so we had to reschedule. We try to educate our buyers that a puppy will not come fully trained and will need training and reinforcement in their new environment. We will make sure this is more apparent in our education. Stu named has been changed to Vladimir or Vladdy !! He is remarkable. Pawrade has been so professional and helpful. Everyone who I have communicated has been wonderful. The delivery of the Puppy was so remarkable. the Delivery couple was so qualified . Vladdy was clean, with zero stress !! Greatest Puppy in the World. Pawrade is an excellent service !!
