I'm so happy with my new puppy. Pawrade provided excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. The only thing I didn't like was their short term health guarantee. It wasn't an issue for my pup because he is very healthy, but Pawrade requires you to get into the vet within 72 hours of arrival, but COVID, all vets are booked out for weeks, so there's no way that this is possible today. Overall I'm very satisfied and I would definitely recommend Pawrade to a friend

I am very happy with the actual transaction of the new puppy and the people that I dealt with directly were great to make this happen. As far as the puppy goes, I'm very sad and not happy with the shape that these dogs are in when recieved. We have 2 dogs from here now and both have been in bad shape. The 2nd dog was awful, so skinny and stunk to high heaven and was just terrified of people. He is so malnourished it makes me very sad that dogs are kept in this condition.

We are sorry your puppies arrived a little dirty, we do recommend giving your new puppy a bath upon arrival. Additionally, the stress of travel can cause puppies to act shy when meeting their new family, but they should come in to their own soon. Please let us know if we can help in any way.

They all were great. Peter was so great. From answering any questions to getting us a updated video of our puppy 🐶 he was right on it. Being unsure of how this would all work and cautious about scams, they were always available which is big. Thank you for helping us get our new little girl. ❤

I am beyond thankful for Pawrade and staff helping make my family complete with formerly Poof now Miska. I want to personally thank Paul , Lara, Joselyn, and Mary for your exceptional customer service. You all are such a blessing in making the adoption stress free and easy ! I highly recommend Pawrade and staff in finding a purrfect furbaby. Miska is settling in very well in our home and again we are so thankful! If we're to ever add another addition , we will definitely be coming back to Pawrade!!

I never had to wait for a response if I asked a question and when it was time for my puppies transport and arrival I was notified by the breeder every step of the way. Everything is excellent, except Your customer services needs to be improved. After I completed my payment, it seems like your customer service disappeared , I was not be able to contact anyone, by phone or email, EXCEPT one person, Ms Joselyn Rivera. She helped me from the beginning to the end, answering all of my questions and keeping me update. I want you to know, this is not the complain. All I want is your company is doing better and better. Every step of the process was fully explained and lots of guidance was provided for handling her transition to our home. We were a little worried about how she would do during her long journey to us from her breeder, but she was very healthy when she arrived and had a good appetite right away.

Great website, it was easy to navigate and search for our perfect puppy. They go fast so you have to be quick with your choosing! Customer service was good and friendly. Due to the high temperatures in Tampa, we drove to the other side of the coast (Daytona Beach International) to pick up our puppy. It was an experience well worth a life time.
