I was super sceptical about ordering a puppy online....... However, my family saw Buddy while scrolling and all agreed that he was the puppy we were looking for. From the days before we reserved him to the days after his first vet visit, Pawrade has been excellent. Always in touch, very helpful, easy to reach someone at anytime for any issue and most importantly, Buddy is amazing. He's our perfect puppy and we couldnt be happier. I never really like to leave reviews unless i am super impressed about something or someone and in this case, i am beyond impressed. Pawrade earned and deserve more then a 5 star review. Would recommend them to anyone.

Getting our new family member Piper is a joy. Pawrade made it easy and the customer service was very caring. Transportation took longer then we expected. I would do flight next time, only an hour of transport as opposed to 3 days traveling.

The process was not only pleasant but reassuring, from the very first contact to the moment Harly was safely in my arms. All questions were answered and followed up with a written response. Each step of the process was explained in detail and handled professionally. The Breeder is to be commended for the quality of care and love of his puppies. My family and I observed a St. Bernard puppy that was shipped but he was not cared for as well as Harly.. I would highly recommend Pawtrade and associates. Entire process was pretty easy. A lot of communication. Very happy with our sweet addition to the family. Puppy birthday was different than advertised-by 5 weeks-but was not a big deal to us. Looking back I should have had pawrade confirm all details with the puppy breeder to ensure everything was as advertised. I did find it really hard to find a vet to see the dog after 72 hours of getting it-called/emailed over 25 different vet offices as soon as adoption was confirmed-ended up going to a walk in vet. Would do everything again.

I'm so blessed to have stumbled into the Pawrade website. EVERYONE have been so kind, understanding, helpful & friendly. It's rare to see all of these positive attributes in one place manifested by each individual players in the team. I am quite impressed. Because of the Pawrade team, the wish of a dying father for her daughter came true. Tears of joy were manifested by my dad & myself when he held Alegra & handed her to me. The memory of that day when Alegra arrived is surely priceless & will be remembered forever. Thank you so much, Pawrade for being instrumental in fulfilling this special wish.

Well, while waiting at the airport terminal and watching all passengers depart the plane....no pet, no pet nanny, but alot of TEARS on my part; truly thought I had been dupped!! By the grace of God, there was a kind man there that made phone calls for me, found TSA, and located my puppy that had been flown in Cargo.... Never judge a book by it's cover!! Hugs to DJgangstaBoogie for saving my day and my sanity!! My puppy was ill for several days, but all good today

April, we are sorry for the confusion! You purchased our Standard Air delivery package priced at $649 instead of our Airpanion packaged priced at $1,099. With the Standard Air package, your puppy is flown in cargo and not with a nanny in the cabin. We apologize if this was not clear beforehand. We are however happy that you recevied Grace!

It's real... I was sceptical to use pawrade, but it seemed to be the only way to get the puppy I wanted, so I took a chance and I received Fenrir my Shiba Inu puppy a week ago. His wellness check was perfect. We love our baby!!!

Hope (now Juliet) came in amazing condition, and although I was nervous to have her flown to us, a Pawrade representative helped to ease my mind and she made it here in perfect condition. Terrible experience. Do not purchase a dog through this company. They do not vet out the breeders they work with and you may be lied to regarding what you are purchasing.

Marinda, this was actually the third puppy you purchased through Pawrade. You were so happy with our service and breeders after your first two puppies you decided to purchase a third! We know your puppy arrived with kennel cough as we have been in touch with how to submit a claim through our health guarantee. This is not indicative of poor breeding and instead your puppy likely picked up someone while traveling to his new home. Regardless, we will work to ensure your puppy is happy & healthy!

I have a very cute puppy from a very good breeder and worked with very polite people at Pawrade. On the down side, the web site glitches and loops at the worst times, you pay before they start adding requirements, and they adhere to legal guidance over bet guidance on puppy health issues. I paid on the 14th, and they only ship on 8th, 18th or 28th and in my case 28th—so 2.5 weeks to get my dog. I just used an external resource. Communication has to go through the web site so it is clunky and slow. I would recommend they also post pictures of the pups parents as there is no reason they can't. If they update their web site, become less draconian on ship dates and the like I might use them again. If not, then I wouldn't.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Quick, easy, smooth purchasing process. Everyone was super helpful at every phase. Each person I interacted with was very knowledgeable. The transportation with the air companion was wonderful. My pup had a great trip and arrived stressed free! I love that Pawrade followed up with me even while awaiting my pups arrival, and that they continued to follow up afterwards he's arrived. You can tell they care about the pups and their transition into their forever homes. I've recommended this site and service to anyone who's mentioned they're looking! We absolutely love Hadley (now Bailey) and she was everything we hoped for and mostly healthy. I would recommend the the breeder and last vet check before sending would have noticed the ringworm she had on her front paw. We are treating and bathing twice daily with vet recommendations but it's a hassle we would have rather known about in advance as we do have a child and other dog that we now have to watch for.
