We love our sweet little Milo ( aka OKie Boy). He is smart ,loving, so energetic and full of fun !! He fills our hearts with love and puts families on our faces .WE are completely devoted to Okie's every need.Thank you to all the many Pawrade partners that helped us find each other .

While we received our puppy August and love her. Our experience with pawrade made purchasing her quick and easy and at 1st they were great about communicating with us, answering questions we had etc. But when it came to the transportation of her we couldn't get a straight answer let alone an answer in general. I was told they were waiting for the transport to contact them with a date and time 9 days later we still heard nothing, sent an email asking for an update still nothing, until 1 day I receive a text from the transporter asking about the weather in our area... in total we waited almost a month after purchasing her before we actually received her. We were also told that the breeder would send a starter pack of food for her (so we would know what food to feed her) along with a favorite toy and or something she was familiar with.. she arrived with neither! So she was finally delivered at 8:30 pm and we had no food to feed her until the following day.
Love my new puppy.. we called him Teddy! The whole process was great.
We were so excited to get our new puppy and he is acclimating to his environment very well. I was so excited to have the option where the breeder flew him here to me in my city. The team was all very nice and accommodating. My only feedback was the delay in communication from after I purchased the puppy leading up to the actual arrival of the puppy. I seemed to have to reach out and get delayed responses in terms of pick up details.

Our new puppy is doing great thank you we changed his name to Finnegan and we call him Finn he had his vet wellness checkup today 5.6lbs doing GREAT

Pawrade helped me find the puppy of my dreams. My daughter & I are in love!
I am just in love with my new 2lb Maltipoo puppy! I'm also very impressed with the sales and service from Pawrade. It is more expensive but worth it I believe. I paid to have the breeder drive my puppy from Indiana and he arrived healthy, happy and well adjusted. Amazing. The concierge service Pawrade provided has been exceptional.

Our first time using Pawrade and at first it was a dream, then we picked up our puppy, she had a wound on her ear that was never disclosed to us and the breeder has denied any knowledge which can't be accurate if the puppy was checked out by a Vet prior to the transfer of ownership. Then once home she became sick with parasites, vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy, after several hospital visits we are still trying to make sure our puppy survives. We approached Pawrade and PetPay about the health guarantee only to be given the run around about the policy and only covering the first round of medications and never reviewing the Vet/Hospital visit summaries. So far the experience has been very poor.
