Pawrade service was fine, even with 4 or 5 different pet concierge's, they were all nice and knowledgeable. We were a bit confused with how the Wags On Wheels worked, as it is separate from Pawrade, but it all worked out fine. Our new cavapoo showed up per plan, clean and fresh smelling, and is a great puppy. Good kudos to Karen and Aaron from Wags 🙂 We read a few negative reviews about Pawrade, mostly about keeping the breeder info hidden, which is a bit of a bother, but ok in our experience. We did find the breeder name on paperwork that came w/ our pup, and to our amazement, the breeder charged only ~30% of what Pawrade charged. So Pawrade added a 220% fee for their service, ummmm. So, buyer beware, do your research.

We purchased three puppies from this company and the last puppy arrived with severe yeast infections in both ears. I contacted the company and was told that they would cover the meds for the puppy. Now the company won’t pay for this because of their contracts. Beware of this.

This was my first time using this type of service. I will say patience and trust the process, is key. As for the puppy I found through this process, what a bundle of joy. Zero regrets or concerns. Best little guy ever. He truly completes our family and for that we are grateful. Thank you
My purchase of Savannah (new name Lexi) was hassle free. As usual, all my questions were answered and I was kept informed regarding her delivery day and time. She arrived healthy and in good spirits. Lexi is one of several pups I have purchased from Pawrade and I am always happy with my new editions.

We received our new Sheepadoodle, now named Magnolia (Maggie) in great shape. Her delivery team from Puzzle Piece Carriers were great and communicated continually throughout the two day trip from Ohio. She is happy, healthy and beautiful! The overall Pawrade experience was good, although I would have liked it to be a little more transparent with regards to the actual breaded information. I was able to determine the breaded and check out their State records after some internet sleuthing but it would have been better if this was disclosed by Pawrade. Other than that we are over the moon with Maggie.

Communication was great. Puppy is wonderful. A discount would have been appreciated since puppy has an umbilical hernia. Immediately after receiving puppy, a $300 off code was advertised. This would have been nice to have applied.

You sold me a puppy with Parvo that cost me $3000 in vet bills to save his life… then take no responsibility for your lack of quality breeders. I will make sure EVERYONE on social media, as well as the BBB, knows that Pawrade and PetPay are a total scam that brokers puppies from irresponsible breeders.

I have been in a state of depression since my first fur baby passed away. I was scrolling online and came across a Pawrade ad. Naturally, I was nervous purchasing/adopting a pet online and she was coming from a different state than I live in. However, this is a very reputable and respectable site and place to adopt any kind of pet you’re looking for. I found the perfect little one, who has truly filled the hole in my heart. I had great people guiding me through the whole process. They communicated with me in a detailed and timely response time. The process was seamless. The transportation was great. I could track where they were the whole time and the driver communicated with me at every stop. I know for a fact I will be using them to adopt a sibling for my baby in the very near future. Thanks Pawrade!!!
Pawrade made the purchase of my puppy easy and most of all protected from fraud. Payment is held by Pet.com (part of Pawrade) until the puppy is actually delivered into your arms. You are completely protected from fraud. I had constant communication, via email, Pawrade messaging or phone. I could have any questions answered regarding the purchasing process or the puppy. I was able to talk directly to the breeder who let me know how the puppy was and sent a video and pictures to me. Air transportation was arranged by Pawrade and my puppy came from Texas to WI with a nanny. She was well cared for and perfect upon arrival at the airport. Everyone I had contact with were professional, reliable, reassuring and polite. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks all for a great experience!

My initial reaction to working with Pawrade was very positive. Things kind of went downhill from there. I purchased a beagle pup and arranged to have it delivered. That was until I received a phone call from Pawrade telling me the pre delivery vet examination cleared the dog and there were no apparent complications with the hernia surgery the dog had earlier. Up until this point, no one had ever mentioned to me nor was it indicated in the pup's listing that the dog had had a hernia. With this last minute news, I decided to select a different beagle puppy and arranged to have it delivered. Things proceeded OK however, I was concerned about the pre travel vet check on this puppy so I requested a PDF copy of the vet's report to be emailed to me. I was told by a Pawrade rep that I would get a copy of the vet report when the dog was delivered. I indicated I was not content waiting until then to see the report considering what had happened with the previous pup I had selected. Part 1.

From beginning to end a wonderful experience.
