This isn't the puppy I ordered and what I paid for. She came extremely itchy with marks on her she has a vet appt tomorrow but I'm highly disappointed!

Hi Krystal, we have contacted your breeder and double checked the delivery picture and the pictures you provided and confirmed you did receive the correct puppy. Please keep in mind, puppies change a lot in this early stage including some drastic changes like fur and eye color. We have also spoken with you and you were able to locate the microchip number in her paperwork. We are happy we were able to deliver a happy and healthy puppy to you and know you will have a lifetime of memories waiting!

The staff at pawrade was quite helpful.I got a wonderful little man.Who is quickly becoming a delightful addition to the family.The puppy wasn't taken as soon as possible so the breeder had a little time to work with him. So I got an almost trained pup. I have had him for a week now.And he is 90% housebroken.And he sleeps through the night.Great overall experience.

So very impressed with the communication no whole process with our girl Lucie! We almost were scammed by another company, so we approached this with caution. We are so happy to have this sweet and hilarious puppy in our home. We reached out to several independent breeders and found three who were posting stolen photos and asking for cash payments through Zelle. We found the team at Pawrade to be so communicative and kind — they left us through the process beautifully. Our pup traveled to us via ground transport. This was the only stressful part of the whole experience, but it turned out well in the end. Our puppy has been home with us for a little over one week and he is happy and thriving.

Champ is absolutely lovely! We did have some delays with delivery, but well worth the wait. He is a happy and so far healthy baby boy. The cost wasn't as transparent as I would have liked from the start, but still happy with the decision.

The people I spoke with at Pawrade were really kind and helpful! The hardest part was the transportation. I paid $1000 to have the puppy travel with a nanny. I was included on a text thread that was terribly concerning. Plans seemed to change at the last minute and there was little to no organization. When the puppy finally arrived after 8 hours of travel, the nanny had no idea if she had been fed or gone to the bathroom. Shannon and Kayce were incredible, but you may want to rethink your travel arrangements. Happy to have her home!

Stephanie, we apologize for the lack of information from the flight nanny. They do fly standby so their schedule can change at the last minute. However, they absolutely should have provided you with information with regards to the care received during transport. The whole experience was quick and easy. The staff at Pawrade was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. I was able to go pick up my puppy directly from the breeder which made me feel more comfortable as well.

i got all of the necessary paperwork done within 3 days, however they won't honor the insurance. Now i am paying thousands out of pocket. BEWARE of the site!!

After receiving your puppy and getting a clean bill of health from your veterinarian, you tried to submit a health claim for a broken limb that happened in your care. We are sorry to hear about Ozzy, however we provided a happy & healthy puppy that suffered an injury after you took ownership.

I was very hesitant at first because there are so many scam regarding buying pets online. But for the start they lived up to everything they say they will day and more. Morgan Elliott, our Customer Service Liaison was great and walked me through everything. GREAT experience hand down. We love our new pup!!

Buying the puppy was easy, delivery was a nightmare. I've tried to leave this review 3 times now and every time I try it errors out so I'm not writing any details because apparently that is what causes it to error out.

Audra, we aware you tried to reach the travel company early in the day via text and phone but they were unresponsive. Our drivers do not use the phone while they are transporting and may only do so in the evenings while they are stopped. We know they called you back later that evening to answer all your questions and are happy to know Jack arrived happy & healthy.

We are rating our experience with a 4 star due to miscommunication between Pawrade and us. We were not advise twice when the dog was being delivered. We end up cancelling a family vacation because we were told the puppy was coming home that weekend and it did not happened. We had also had bought balloons and decoration to welcome the puppy but he did not arrived the weekend we were told.

Delays happen from time to time and we try our best to communicate them so you can stay up to date. We will review your delivery so we can ensure our customers always have the latest information.

My Husband and I have been looking for a pug for over a year when we found PAWRADE. The first time I went on there I saw her, the pug that would join our family. 12 days later we picked up our baby, Bubbles and brought her home. She is in perfect health. From my first interaction with your sales rep (Devlyn, to our final homecoming , the entire process was easy and enjoyable! We are so happy with our selection and the help Pawrade provided in getting her to us! A special note about Devlyn: He was amazing!! My schedule and requirements were a bit difficult and likely frustrating, but he stuck with us the whole way. His timely and prompt responses were over and beyond the call of duty.
