The team at Pawrade were great to work with. I received all the information I needed timely. The Transaction was easy and the fact that I was sent a receipt is great. Shout out to Devlyn and Morgan for making the process easy and friendly. The breeder was a nice lady and you could really tell her love of these pups and their parents. She had all of the information we needed in a packet ready to go when i picked up my pup. Pawrade did a good job vetting out the breeder for us and would recommend to a friend.

The overall experience using Pawrade has been a positive. I would definitely recommend using them for any future adoptions. Easy to work with, was provided constant communication about each step of the process. I like that they take all the precautions needed to make sure the health of each puppy. The only part I can see room for improvement is the handling of the puppy on the airport's part. The location where the puppy was being held was warehouse that was not climate controlled and the puppy was really hot and didn't have any water.

They made it so easy! Peter, Megan and Shannon was the team I worked with and they were amazing! The delivery team was equally amazing, sending updates and taking such good care of my fur baby. I have nothing but high praise for my experience and I was very skeptical since I had never bought a pet online before. I will say trusting the process is the key...find them, then buy them, then wait for the transport setup, then wait for delivery. It was a little nerve wracking but I found out my worry was for nothing. It went just as they said it would and I have the greatest dog ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Working with pawrade was a great experience. At first I was sceptical. I purchased another fur friend Hailey. I was so nervous calling all the time. It turned out that went so well I decided to do it again and everything worked out great. Onyx was delivered to my door. I recieved information throughout the whole process from the day I made my family addition till the day he was delivered to our family. Thank you Pawrade.

Pawrade is way over priced, I picked up a dog that would have sold for 2500 and I ended up paying over 4000. They will not give you the breeders info till they have the money because that is truly all they care about. If you decide it's just too much you lose your deposit. It's a very lengthly project, not happy

Stephanie, we understand you might be able to find a puppy for cheaper from a breeder on your own, however, there are no guarantees you will receive a healthy puppy or you won't fall victim to a scam. You felt comfortable purchasing through Pawrade because of our stellar reviews instead of taking a chance with a private breeder. The fact you chose to purchase through Pawrade and received a happy & healthy puppy speaks for itself.

We love our new puppy so much. I didn't have a problem with Pawrade at all. The only thing I recommend adding to the website is where the puppy is located. We assumed our new puppy was in Michigan since the website popped up under Michigan puppies for sale. We didn't know our puppy was in Arkansas until after we bought him. Everything else was a breeze. Everyone we talked to were so kind and helpful.

She answered all of my questions before, during and after the adoption. Her granddaughter was there when we met at the handoff and was very sweet and kind. Skeptical at first, but as I went through the process, I had more confidence in purchasing my first online puppy. I was guided through email messaging by an informed representative. All my questions were answered in depth, coordination of puppy delivery was organized and final arrangements for puppy pickup were directly arranged with the breeder. The breeder was informative, and responded quickly to any questions I had concerning pickup arrangements or details of my new anticipated puppy. My new Chihuahua puppy is amazing, healthy, trained as promised and I would buy a puppy through Pawrade again. They advocated 100% for the puppies new home placement for the pets best security, travel comfort, homecare, future health and vet care information.

Everything went smoothly. When the puppy arrived she looked horrible. Smelled, skinny, and had wet food all over her. Very disappointed in the delivery condition. After a couple of baths and some food, Amelia is doing wonderful!

This was "ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPEIRENCE" ever at finding a great fur baby! Everyone at Pawrade was there for any questions and setting up the contact with the breeder. I'm so glad we drove the 850 miles to pick up our puppy. Also met a SUPER NICE BREEDER and our puppy parents too. Was well worth the trip!!!! I would recommend this process to anyone looking for good CLEAN... HEALTHY... and SOCIALIZED PUPPIES. Our puppy bonded with us so easily, she is just a little sweet heart!!! Not Happy At All. The puppy (Gage) PJ is adorable. BUT Hearri d very dirty and his hair is matted down to his body. Ou guys advertise that the puppy is being potty trained, loves to go on walks,etc. BUT HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT a leash is or a pee pad . He lees EVERYWHERE And is Afraid of a leash. He scratches constantly on his ears and body. The ears were very dirty and I found 2 fleas. WHAT IS THE DEAL. YOU ARE SO STRICT WITH YOUR RULES. UT FOLLOW THRU ON YOUR END! When I bought him I felt like I was buying a house with all the rules and requirements. I expected a clean dog that was brushed at least once in his life, a little tiny bit pee pad familiar with clean ears and NOFLEAS. It is amazing to me that you have the nerve to make people pay so much for and animal but do not take care of it yourself. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and all of my friends and family will know about has and is happening here

Linda, we are sorry to hear you weren't happy with Gage's condition upon arrival. Please keep in mind, we do recommend a bath when you first receive your puppy as the stress from travel can cause them to get a little messy. Your puppy is still a puppy, so while the breeder was working on potty training, that is something you must continue especially since he is now in a new environment. After your initial vet visit, please send us the paperwork so we can ensure you are covered under our comprehensive health guarantee.
