Communication was not good at all

Melanie, we are sorry to hear you felt our communication was lacking. I reviewed our call logs and see we actually spoke with you on the phone on 5 separate occasions after you purchased Jackie. Additionally, in our message center a total of 25 messages were sent/received between you and our customer care team. We're always looking for ways to improve, however in this instance we were always available for you any time you had questions. We are happy Jackie is happy and healthy as that is most important.
