Pawrade was absolutely wonderful to work with. Renee, the Travel Concierge answered every question I had and reassured me whenever I had concern. She kept me updated and informed on my puppy all the time. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking for a puppy to add to their home.

Love the puppy. ..she's adorable, sweet, playful and housetrained. I thought the communication with Pawrade could have been better....more coordinated among the various people i dealth with. I would have preferred to deal with one person for the entire process instead of 4 different people who didn't know other parts of the process. Thanks

It was very nice doing business with this company they were spot on on everything they kept me informed on how the dog was doing plus plenty of pictures I could ask any questions I wanted the dog arrived on time unharmed and playful I'm very glad my daughter sent me to this company in their direction thank you for everything and the people that delivered the dog were wonderful handle us thank you again

Our little guy arrived safely at our home. His travel team communicated and sent pictures along the way with updates. The only reason I am providing 4 stars rate than 5 is the lack of communication from the breeder when I asked questions about my pup's current routine and skills.

We had an issue with the delivery of our new puppy, she was traveling by airplane and on the day she was due to arrive she was not on the plane. The Breeder had discovered a minor health issue with the final Vet visit and was not sure we were still interested so she did not put the dog on the plane. The problem I had was that no one called or emailed us to let us know that the dog was not going to be on the plane. We went to pick up the new puppy and she was not there, we were very disappointed. This could have all been avoided if the communication was better, someone at Pawrade dropped the ball on this and we were not pleased about it.

Everything was exceptionally handled except for the puppy coming to San Diego and all the way from Missouri in a cargo plane in the hold. Very bad way to transport a very small puppy . We were under the impression that the very high plane fee included a flight nanny. Very disappointed and no one explained this is how she would travel.

After almost getting scammed by another 'organization', I found Pawrade. They were kind, understanding, diligent, and their customer service was masterful! They found me the PERFECT puppy to be trained as a certified service dog, and he was delivered across the country in perfect health and very happy. Even the transport people were so obviously dog lovers that it filled my heart! Thank you, Pawrade!

I was very happy with the process of getting my new puppy hear the couriers were great everybody kept in good contact and let me know step by step what was going on
My experience with choosing my new puppy friend was seamless from start to finish. Communication for the most part was exceptional. Renee, the travel concierge stepped in as our flight companion to help get him from the breeder to my home when previous plans fell through. She was awesome with making sure he was comfortable during his long flight to the east coast. Even freshened him up and had him smelling lavender fresh when he arrived.
The entire process has been great. I've been walked through the process from start to finish. We were placed in contact with the breeder and our pickup was smooth. Pawrade responded to all our questions in a timely manner.

Because my home has Parvo (not a puppy from Pawrade), the pup has gone to live with my daughter for the next two months in VT. She's delighted. The man who brought him from Boston to her home was terrific, even sent a photo en route. Pup was definitely NOT tired when he arrived at Anne's. Ask her but I don't believe there have been any problems with Pawrade.

I helped my parents purchase a Sheepadoodle and Pawrade was so professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure the pup was getting a good home and after we purchased the pup they followed up, called gave information, sent info., did a info call and more. After we picked up the puppy they continuously checked on the pup! Pawrade is above the rest. They care for both the pups and the families. We have had dogs our whole life and this was above an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Pawrade for your next forever friend.
I love baby Joey (Noah). He has been such a blessing and so adorable! Fun loving attitude! He loves to play hard and snuggle sweet!!.. Thank you for my sweet baby!!

Our new puppy, Lilly, arrived two days ago. So far our experience has been positive and welcoming. We received several communications from Pawrade prior to Lilly's arrival and the Breeder reached out to us to send us updates before her arrival. Lilly travelled via plane and I felt prepared to help her adjust because of the calls and messages from Shannon and Renee. She is a healthy and happy pup and we're delighted she is part of our family.
