Very good experience. Easy to purchase and place. The Pawrade team does a good job at reaching out to coordinate everything with the breeder and to ensure we are prepared with all we need for the puppy as well as our obligations. They truly care about the puppies they place. Our puppy, Charlie, is very happy in his new home.

Everyone was wonderful from a Shannon, Renee & the breeder. I am so in love with my baby girl. She has made herself right at home without missing a beat from when I picked her up. I highly recommend Pawrade to anyone who is wanting to make sure they are getting a very healthy baby and a company who works with breeders to make sure your baby will go to a good home.

We purchased Rose (aussie) when she was only 1wk old. Peter is very helpful and patient 5-star service, Renee and the breeder(5-star as well) they kept in touch with us and updated us about our puppy the whole 8weeks that we were waiting for our puppy. Rose is healthy and very energetic. We can definitely trust them and would recommend Pawrade.

We love our Tiny! He's a healthy happy pup! Because he's so little travel to us wasn't as typical as other dogs. Pawrade coordinated everything and went beyond to get Tiny to us safe and healthy! The breeder was awesome and stayed in contact with us. The entire experience was really great overall. Beth and Shannon provided top level customer service and really acted like they cared about Tiny and our experience. I highly recommend Pawrade

I really liked the initial person that I worked with who told me if the puppies I was interested in were still available; however, I did not like working with the individual who helped me after I had purchased my dog. She was quick to respond, but she was not adequately responsive. I would ask multiple questions in one message, and she would only answer one. She was also very unhelpful in trying to schedule my pet to be picked up. She told me I could fly in and pick him up but never clarified the airport, so I booked a ticket to the wrong airport (the city she originally told me). Then after I had paid for it to be changed and 2 days before I was to leave, she told me I could no longer come because my dog was obviously going to be too big to fly back with me. If that was something that she or the breeder knew was a possibility before hand, I wish they would have communicated with me to save me time and money.
The minute I saw Beau I knew he was going to be a part of our family. From the first call I knew I found the right place. Morgan was wonderful. She answered all of my questions and explained the process. She gave me contact numbers so I could speak with her directly if I had any questions. Then I met Shannon our travel concierge. Shannon explained exactly what would happen next. Everything was so easy and so well coordinated. We bought our little guy on May 19 and he was vet checked and delivered on the 24th. I would recommend Pawrade in a heartbeat!

We received Gardenia (now named Meeka) after some health issues in the kennel that delayed our trip to pick her up, however they were all resolved and we were kept in the loop *great communication* and we were able to work with the breeder on the issues directly. This made things a lot easier. I recommend if you are getting a puppy that will need to travel via air freight (we had originally taken off work to go get her from the breeder); you should locate a dog grooming/washing facility nearby and have an appointment set up, as while the travel is indeed fast, in our case she arrived covered in poo, as she must have had anxiety during the flight (poor thing) and we had another 2 hour drive from the airport to the house...

I love my new Fur baby he's perfect. The process was very easy. What I didn't like was that I wasn't told that the airline don't fly puppies if it's over 85 degrees until I had purchased. I was told the puppies are in a temperature controlled area, so in my mind why if it's over 85 the puppies can't fly. I used the nanny and it was cheaper and I was very satisfied with the nanny service. The nanny send pic doing traveling. I think you should have more than 72hr to see vet because it's a pandemic. I had a hard time finding a Vet, I did but it wasn't easy. My puppy is health per the Vet very satisfied with my new baby.
We received our Cane Corso puppy (Eris (Nirobe)) on 5/22/21 and she arrived in great health and was immediately in a playful mood with my 5 year old son. The whole process was very easy and I worked with a man named Peter who was very informative and communicated every step of the way and if he didn't know something he didn't hesitate to contact the breeder with my questions, whether it be day or night. Absolutely incredible service to the beginning to the end , everyone keep me informed over the details, we are so in love with Zeus 'Enzo' , thank you all ! We have an amazing, loving, playful puppy. Lacey (Zelda) is doing great. she is adjusting and is learning to be housebroken, she is doing great so far. The experience with Pawrade was fairly smooth, we picked up our puppy in the location the breeder wanted to meet up, the transaction was good. We tried buying a puppy long before we found Pawrade, and were very pessimistic about handing a deposit to scammers on online sites, and fake breeders/sellers. OVERALL the purchase with Pawrade was great! thank you, O.P
