Not a very good experience when I received the puppy she bit me several times would not let me near her her temperament was horrible breeder took puppy back not my fault I would like a refund or a partial refund

Your puppy did not bite you as you indicate, it nipped you like all puppies will at a young age because they are teething and want something to chew on. Jack Russels especially like to nip and need redirection to prevent it from becoming a habit. Unfortunately, you didn't give your puppy a chance, you called us within 30 minutes for us to pick the puppy back up and return to the breeder. We accomodated your request, however expecting a refund is not warranted.

I'm sure I was just like everybody else here in the beginning. Wondering if this was a scam? Well let me put your mind at ease, this is far from a scam! From the very first interaction to the last interaction this experience was nothing more than amazing. Renee R. Was my pet travel concierge's and she was AMAZING! I feel that Renee went the extra mile. She truly has a compassion for her job and it shows. We received our baby as scheduled without any problems. I WILL highly recommend pawrade to everyone I know. I purchased a corgi puppy from Pawrade and she just arrived to her forever home yesterday. My daughters are so in love and she is absolutely amazing! Renee was our travel representative and she was so informative. Williams puppy transport was the company who brought our baby girl home to us and they were amazing as well. So incredibly friendly. This whole process was so easy and painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to get a puppy.

Received 10 week old puppy late. Was charged a ridiculous price for the puppy. Had to escalate and make over 10 calls to the office. Escalated to manager still no call back. Was delivered a French bull dog puppy that was Diablo with (Globular skull) known as hydrocephalus. My family is devastated especially my 10 year old. How do you tell your 10 year old son the puppy of his dreams is not to make it and is going to doggie heaven. I would highly recommend not buying a dog from this company. Huge disappoint and beyond furious !! My family will now need months to recover !!!!

Eric, we are deeply saddened by Mikey's diagnosis. Please note this is not something that could have been detected by his breeder or vet in standard well visits. Unfortunately, French Bulldogs are more prone to hydrocephalus as are other brachycephalic dogs. Your puppy is covered under our health guarantee and full refund is being processed as we have already communicated to you. Once again, we are deeply sorry and understand the pain you and your family are feeling right now.
