Everything about this process seemed great, up until transport day. Not much communication, driver said they'd arrive at 11:47pm, never showed up and did not notify me they were no longer coming. I didn't receive a text until the following day, they sent me the new arrival time, didn't update me again that they would be arriving later, and my puppy had clearly been laying in his and whoever else's poop/urine for quite some time. He arrived with a cough and though his lab results came back negative for parasites, his in house fecal had round worm eggs and tape worms, which I believe is a result of lack of care during transport. Was never told Grant had an umbilical hernia. My puppy was also suppose to be a pure bread Australian Shepherd. Both myself and my Vet believe he is Border Collie as well so we are doing a dna test next appointment, as that's obviously a big price difference.
