From Start to finish the process was so easy. We finally found a site that we could trust finding a puppy that was not a scam and that we didn't have to worry about their health or the breeder. We will be using Pawrade for our puppy buys in the future, we highly recommend this!

We couldn't be happier with our puppy purchase through Pawrade. The process was easy and went smoothly. We received a beautiful, healthy, Sheepadoodle with the sweetest disposition. She came groomed and vaccinated and is very easy to train.
Had a problem that was promptly taken care of with a pup that had died. Berkley (now Bentley) is a wonderful replacement.

Everyone was very helpful and encouraging. I left a few messages that weren't returned, but eventually I managed to get through. The delivery went ok, the estimate to get to me by the 2-5 pm window wasn't good. The driver did keep me well informed, but didn't get to us until 8 pm. Sometimes traffic is unpredictable, I guess! Phoebe is in great condition and we are loving her energy and love. She has obviously been cared for well by the breeder, and we look forward to many happy years with her!

Way too complicated. Transfer from Breeder was poor. There were 2 20 yr old girls who made the transfer who were 1 hr late. Did not supply 6 lb of dog food. But the puppy is fine

Pawrade staff did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process. Expectations were clear, both in writing as well as followed up by phone calls. I appreciated the team ensuring via the interview process that we were ready for a puppy in our household. After we'd chosen the puppy, Devlyn called to let us know that the gender was different than on the website and after we finished laughing, all was well. The drivers who delivered the puppy were kind and texted me an hour before arrival to let me know the timeframe when they would arrive. The GPS system ensured that I had an idea of when they would arrive in general. The puppy adjusted well to our household quickly and was obviously well socialized. Thank you for a great operational set of processes. We recommended Pawrade to a friend yesterday.

First class service they made the purchase easier for me and we were able to obtain a healthy and beautiful puppy, they were always aware of the journey and the details so that he would arrive safely at his new home definitely the best place to buy your puppy
I am so happy with my Yorkie, Mindi. I renamed her Noelle. Process was smooth except for a less than 24 hour notice of flight arrival. Communication between the breeder and nanny was excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to adopt a puppy.

This was our first time purchasing a pet over the internet and YES we definitely had a lot of questions. They were super nice and reassured us that they were there to guide us every step of the way. The process was so easy and now we are so happy to have our little girl with us!!

Everything was very smooth and easy! So happy I went with pawrade for my new fur baby.
The first star is because I received the dog, the second star is because customer service was helpful but other than that I was disappointed. A day before I was supposed to pick my dog up it was canceled because he tested positive for a parasite. I had already called off work and had his well visit check scheduled,smh. Four days later when he was cleared to travel we picked him up. As soon as we got home we noticed his fur was matted, he stunk and had to be treated for fleas. He is 5months old and should have been fully vaccinated , he only had one shot and rabies vaccine. I don't blame pawrade but I think they should make sure the breeders are following procedure and taking good care of the pups.
