We recently purchased a bernedoodle from Pawrade. At first I was skeptical, as I had been searching for a puppy for awhile with different breeders, and I had heard about people who had been scammed. However, the Pawrade professionals were great at communicating, arranging a video call with the dog breeders and making all the arrangements for us to pick up our puppy. We drove to pick up our boy and he was there waiting. The exchange was quick, the paperwork was all ready and we got to go home with our little boy. Our puppy is healthy and a wonderful addition to our family.

Had a wonderful experience working with Tania when first making the decision to get the little guy. Unfortunately, everything after that became a bit stressful. The health guarantee contains clauses that are less than favorable, such as being required to feed the dog a certain type of food for 1 year. In this case, that food comes from a multi-level marketing company that I'm now forced into business with. Great! Once you get past the purchasing with pawrade, you begin working with Petpay. They like to call you up and scare you. Always calling with strict rules 'as a result of your health guarantee". I'd like to see Pawrade to have more of a presence in this portion of the journey as well rather than just retreat and let Petpay scare you. Ultimately though, for getting a puppy online, it's been a good experience and I felt like pawrade was always open, knowledgeable, and friendly. Albeit the health guarantee needs some work.

We find it best to educate our buyers upfront about the terms of the health guarantee so they can make a knowledgable decision and to ensure you are covered by our health guarantee. We do have a few specifics that must be met, continuing to feed the same food like you mentioned as well as visiting a licensed vet within the first 72 hours. All of this is done to ensure your new puppy receives the best support possible. We thank you for putting your trust in us!

Angela (now Sadie Mae) arrived on Friday evening, and I was so excited to meet her. After a bath, I took her to meet the rest of the family. She is an amazing puppy and has fit perfectly into our family! Thank you for giving us such a sweet and wonderful pup! Pawrade was reliable in connecting us to our breeder as well as securing our payment.
We're very happy with having our new addition to our family. He's been such a joy and firecracker who can sure make us laugh. Our 3y/o German Shepherd, Bennys now big brother is extremely fond of him and very, very protective, it took only minutes for this to take place. We couldn't be happier with the process offered here. It guaranteed a safe and peace of mind for everyone involved getting our new loved one home to us. I will use this site again in the future. I totally recommend this for anyone looking for a legit, safe and smooth process for your family.

Before your puppy left, we provided educational training with regards to new puppy ownership and the stresses a puppy endures when leaving its environment, mom and littermates. It happens from time to time, please make sure you submit your health claim in your PetPay account. We will make sure your puppy is taken care of and the health guarantee covers you.

Overall, the experience was good. However, I called 4x without a callback. We had a vet appointment within the 72 hrs, but it had to be rescheduled because the vets office had to quarantine due to Covid exposure. I wanted to ask permission to go 24 hrs beyond the requirements. I was not granted the extension and it took persistence on my part and the Breeder to get a response. Further , it is disappointing that Pawrades could not be more flexible. I was lucky to get an appt with the other vet. Regarding the pup,he is terrific and the Breeder Shelly was outstanding and supportive. Wilson is lying next to me sleeping right now.
Toby is so loveable and adjusting very well only being here a few hours, Thank you so much!

I'm not going to lie when I first found this site I was extremely nervous and worried about it being a scam, but after doing a little research I went for it. I am so happy that I made that decision. The response time and follow up from Pawrade was fast and they always made sure to explain everything. My new puppy is healthy and the sweetest thing.

From the moment we saw Rayne's picture we fell in love and started the process. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and all of our concerns and questions were answered. We chose to use an air career with a companion. It was perfect, Aaron the companion was amazing and kept us informed from the moment they left until arrival. We adopted a Dalmatian puppy from Pawrade and couldn't be happier with him. We greatly appreciated the assistance of the CSR in the reservation of our new fur family member. They were very helpful. However, once they had their money things started to go down hill. When it came to delivery of our puppy we were very upset. There was very poor communication with the breeder on their part.
