Great customers service, the whole process was I was walked through on health,food, exercise the do's and don't of having a young puppy. I would highly recommend them!

Using your service we are satisfied. Delivery once scheduled went through Without a hitch. Puppy was delivered on time only knock was supposed to receive a blanket and collar she didn't have either.only thing communications at the start we didn't quite understand What was happening or procedures. A little worried but then we received the all ok call and explained the process no Problems after that. Puppy is awesome and exceeded our expectations
I have wanted a toy poodle for many years. I found an adorable chocolate toy poodle on the Pawrade website and quickly sent a message that I was interested in him. All representatives from Pawrade that I worked with but especially Shannon went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and also to make sure that I had all the necessary information I needed to care for my sweet puppy. Shannon stayed in contact with me often during the process. My puppy was delivered to my house and the courier that brought him to me communicated with me often during the trip to let me know how he was doing during the travel here and sent me pictures along the way. He is happy and healthy and this whole process getting him here couldn't have gone any better. Thank you Shannon and Pawrade for making this process so easy and pleasant!!
Wonderful service beautiful puppy when the vet checked the puppy on arrival in Erie commented on the wonderful health it was in. It is very hard to trust in service on the internet but believe me this is a gem

I am so excited to have my pup! Pawrade made this such an easy transition! I would recommend them to everyone I know! I had easy contact with them and knew them by name. So helpful and friendly! And the currier service they used were top of the line! Once they picked my pup up they were giving me updates and pictures all the way till I got him! They were very friendly and did an excellent job taking care of him till he got here! I just can't say enough how great this company is!!!

Great company and experience. Puppy is doing great and you must be a little patient with ground transport.
Love my puppy you people are wonderful and Jake is wonderful he is sleeping right now you did a wonderful job with Jake you could see he is very well cared for will recommend you anytime thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Love our new fur baby. Throughout the whole process, I was kept informed. My kids a very happy and that makes me happier. Our pup took to the family immediately and we are very satisfied with this company and how they handle bringing a new family member to our home.
Wonderful experience. Received phone calls on prior arrival and what to do after the little guy gets to his new home. So happy we have a new family member.

It was a wonderful experience and a easy one in getting our puppy from Pawrade. We just love our little man. WE bought a Shepadoodle named Joey and now call him Hoagie. He is the love of our life. There now is life back into our empty nested home. Can't thank Pawrade enough for your helpfulness kindness and understanding to us.

I just want to thank everyone who made this adoption of my new French Bulldog puppy, Happy, a reality! Beth and Shannon answered all of my questions and prepared me for Happy's arrival. Renee the travel coordinator booked his itinerary and kept me posted every step of the way until Mark delivered him into my arms. I am beyond ecstatic with my new little guy. Parade took the worry and scam out of the equation. I cannot thank everyone who was involved with this special delivery!
A little bit of a nail biter but otherwise a smooth transaction
