One day I came across your web site and was so impress with what I saw. I went to the golden retriever's and fell in love with Char, now known as Cali. She is so beautiful and very loving. Thank you for your wonderful service given and especially Beth, Amanda and Renee who were always helpful and there for you when needed. I also want to say thank you to the travel service provided Trina, Deana who keep in touch with us during her travels. We had three goldies all ten years apart and now Cali joined our family. Once again we are blessed and will be having golden days again.

You guys did great. There was a failure to mention that the dog we got had surgery for a hernia before we got him. Our vet visit revealed that after we asked about a scar on his tummy. He also has a cough that is being treated with antibiotics. I did not receive any AKC paperwork as was mentioned and I don't have any history on the health of his parents...

I'll admit I was a very nervous about buying a dog online but the team at Pawrade were so incredibly helpful and thorough that it made the process so much easier. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Our breeder was also willing to answer any questions and met us with a bag full of instructions, food, toys and other items to make the transition as easy as possible. We've only had our puppy for a little over 24 hours but can tell she was well taken care of and is already crate trained! I know she's going to be a wonderful addition to the family and I'm very glad we went with Pawrade to find just the right pet.

This process was really easy from start to finish. Beth Thomas, who was the person who I originally spoke with. She made the buying the puppy part easy, explained next steps, and was very knowledgeable. Amanda on the puppy concierge team was really patient and answered every question I threw at her, including sending me video and photos of the puppy and the dog parents. And last but not least, Renee on the puppy transport team made the puppy transport process smooth. I honestly didn't know at first if it was a scam, but they are LEGIT!! Midnight is everything we wanted him to be!!

Start to finish, the process was straightforward. I got a great puppy and he's happy and healthy! I wished there was more direct communication with the breeder, but that improved closer to his date of arrival. Shannon was a fantastic concierge, she was really helpful with everything. The puppy nanny was also very nice and informative when he arrived. Thank you!

This is the most professional group of people I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. Tonya was just amazing! She was available for phone calls and answers to all our questions. She was just lovely through and through. We were continuously contacted with updates and a travel concierge to guide us throughout our entire experience. Not one email or phone call went unanswered immediately. Every time I called or emailed somebody I got through right away or got an email back within minutes. The breeder was lovely and the dog we picked up is healthy and so happy! We drove from Massachusetts to Missouri. I just cannot say enough and my heart is full!!
