We got our pearl (now named bailey) this afternoon. She is a beautiful girl. Pawrade was excellent to work with. The transport had some issues but in the end worked out excellent. Pearl was delivered clean and seemed happy and well cared for. The folks transporting her were very nice and considerate. Thankyou to all of you who brought pearl home to us.

Pawrade was a great experience! I would definitely do it again. The team really took care of all my questions and contacted me throughout the wait for our puppy. I trust them 100%! We used Ozark transportation to transport our puppy from MO to TN and David updated us throughout the couple days he was driving here. He was quick to deliver! Thank you!! Great team!

From start to finish, our adoptoin of our sweet little doodle was easy and painless. Shes a goofy , sweet and adorable little gal. Communication with everyone was prompt and detailed. Other than having to drive into Logan at 8:30 on a Monday night to pick her up, when I had requested she be flown to a closer airport, the experience was positive in all regards.

What a fabulous experience. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, kind and just a pleasure to deal with. My boy Riggs is a great addition to our family. He is adorable, his temperament is outstanding and we are just thrilled to have him. Jennifer, Lisa, Renee and our awesome carrier Matt were beyond what we were expecteding. I am raving to all my friends about how well we were treated and how every part of this adventure from my first phone call to Pawrade to Matt handing my boy into my arms was epic. He is a healthy, happy boy who we just can't wait to experience all that he is going to offer to us. We love him already. Thank you you for such an awesome experience…you guys rock.👏👏👏👍👍👍🐾🐾🐾

This was a great experience. You guys made my life easier. The paperwork and figuring out when to travel was kind of confusing at times, but other than that you guys did amazing. Holly is lovely and fun to have. I would go through you guys again for sure. I would also highly recommend you guys to family and friends who would want a puppy.

I just got him last night and he's perfect! He came with all his papers, dog food, and a collar. Pure breed whippet puppy and exactly as pictured. Very chill energy and sweet personality. There were many times I doubted the process and got stressed when delays happened but it was worth it.

Everything went fine except I asked that my contact number be changed to my cell phone for the delivery service. However it was not and the driver had a hard time contacting me to update me on his arrival time. Everything worked out but it was a bit stressful. Manning is doing great and seems to be very happy here. Thank you

The process with Pawrade was wonderful in the beginning. However, once we purchased the puppy we had a lot of difficulty with communication. It took a few days to get updated photos and the transportation process was even worse. We had called several times wanting to know the location status of our puppy and no one had any idea and no one could connect us to anyone that could. What they were saying was scripted, not helpful and not answering our questions. At the end of the day we love our puppy and he has made a perfect fit in our home, but the process of transportation could be substantially better. We were not pleased how the communication went with Pawrade and because of this we will be hesitate from using them again.

We were hesitant to purchase our puppy from the internet but had excellent communications. Remi, our Cockapoo is just amazing. The breeder definitely had his children interact with her and she has been an amazing little puppy with great personality. The breeder had all the appropriate paperwork including a USDA paperwork so this put us at east. Tina was able to set up a Zoom call with the breeder at 6 weeks. The experience was positive and we are ecstatic with Remi. We drove the 1500 miles round trip to get Remi but it was well worth it.

Changing airport at the last minute was a tremendous problem. It was a 2 hr drive one way and I had to ask someone to come with me. Panic. Other than that I adore my puppy.
