We were very satisfied with pawrade service. We had no issues with obtaining our bichon puppy. We opted to have a flight nanny to accompany our puppy as he was only 4 pounds. Our flight nanny kept us informed in the day of travel. Highly recommend.

Pawrade helped me find the perfect puppy! Devlyn was a huge help and even set up a zoom call with a breeder so I could see the pup in action. They called me a few days before Ivy arrived to make sure I had all the essentials which was very helpful and comforting. Would recommend!

I found a dog I fell in love with on the internet on Wednesday and we had our new fur baby by that same Friday. The puppy was socialized, came with AKC registration papers, and is such a good gorl.
From start to finish, the decision, purchase, and transportation process to bring our pup home was nothing short of professional and informative! As new first-time dog owners, our family felt very safe picking from Pawrade's vetted breeders and the breeder we chose was wonderful. I was a little nervous about dealing with an on line broker for a dog. I talked to a few and never trusted anyone and was about to give up and wait a year for a local breeder, then I came across this company after many conversations with agents that seemed to love their jobs they gained my trust. We went through each step with their help and even talked to the breeder twice. When the day came for their transportation company pick up the dog they sent me photos and updated twice a day until she arrived. On Saturday 3/27 our Wheaten baby girl showed up right to our door. we could see she was pampered along the way. Today we brought her to our vet and was told she is a perfect healthy Puppy. I would highly recommend this service, it might come with a price but well worth it
It was our great pleasure to work with Beth and Jillian throughout the entire adoption process from the meet and greet (via Zoom) to the coordination of vet trips and travel. This really helped to facilitate a wonderful relationship with the breeder. The payment process was also seamless! We have a wonderful new family member who is just the perfect fit and to quote our family vet, 'well it appears here that you have a perfect, happy, and healthy puppy on your hands!' Our new pup is a total joy and we couldn't be more grateful for the service Pawrade provides.

I am very unhappy with the breeder who sold me Slinky. I tried to register his microchip number, but got a message that there was no account for it. I texted and called the breeder. Each time I was told that there was a mistake and that they will get me my paperwork immediately. This has been going on since March 7. I don't know what to do. My last call was 3/18. I hope you can help. I don't want to rate Pawrade until this problem is resolved.

I was so excited to see how simple the process was. Fairbanks doesn't have a large selection of breeders for his breed and I assumed getting a puppy from the lower 48 would be too difficult or unsafe for a puppy. They made the process easy and responded quickly to my many questions. Now I have a happy, healthy addition to our household! We are so excited!

Very happy with working with Pawrade to bring a new pug into our home. We'd been given the runaround from several other places, never able to purchase a puppy. Then I found Pawrade and the process was fast and smooth. They took extra special care to go out of their way to accommodate my young son who was newly diagnosed with cancer. The breeder even hand delivered her from out of state with special gifts. Highly recommend.

WE LOVE OUR PUPPY PIPER (DIXIE). SHE IS SO CUTE AND LOVABLE. WE HAVE TO GIVE THREE STARS BECAUSE OF ALL THE AGGRIVATION WE HAD TRYING TO GET A PUPPY. THE PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL BUT THEY NEED BETTER COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE BREEDERS. TO SIGN A CONTRACT AND PAY FOR A PUPPY AND HAVE THE BREEDER JUST UP AND CHANGE HER MIND WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE HOPE THAT IF THERE ARE BREEDERS LIKE THAT THEY ARE BANNED FROM THIS COMPANY. WE APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THIS AS A GOOD THING. My beautiful white German shepherd arrived on March 23rd. She showed up on time and ready to enter our family. She's was very clean and well socialized just as was described online. The breeder sent me pictures and updates on how my puppy was doing as well as answered every question I had in a timely manner while I waited for her to be available to pick up. Also A nice lady by the name of Samantha was very good about staying in contact with me and letting me know what was needed when my puppy arrived and what to expect. I very much would recommend paw rade to anyone and everyone looking for a puppy.

I was so excited initially and had full confidence in Pawrade because of the stellar reviews but it seems like they don't check out their breeders very well. Baja (my puppy) arrived with a 'vaccination record' that was hand written and not from a vet - it looks like the breeder vaccinates the dogs herself but she is not a certified vet. The package that arrived with Baja also included many religious pamphlets which was just bizarre. What's worst of all is that Baja developed a random head tremor which the vet was not able to determine cause of from examining him. I'm taking him back to the vet for further examinations and I foresee many expensive tests.

Pawrade made the process super simple and easy and we love our little guy pretzel. I'll admit I thought it may be a scam because I got scammed a few days earlier on a pet site but they were super willing to show you extra pictures/videos of your puppy if they have them and picture of their parents. They also provide you with all the information you need to get your puppy situated in your home and provide you with the tools to help them succeed their first week after their stressful travels. Our little ball of energy is a great addition to our home and I can't wait until we can start playing outside in a few weeks. I definitely will be recommending Pawrade to friends and family wanting a puppy and may even come back for another in the future. Thank you Pawrade!
