It was a good experience the only problem I had is upon receiving pup she smelled terrible and was very dirty and when I got her home discovered she had ear mites besides all she is loving and caring and is in a good home had a vet visit and is already spoil

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pawrade! From the very first message exchanged, they were incredibly attentive, helpful, and made the process super easy. The pupper is a healthy and VERY happy little dude and I could not be more thrilled! Love at first sight for sure. :D
I have only good things to say about Pawrade. They were so helpful and answered all my questions and always got back to me right away. My puppy arrived at the airport with no problems yesterday and she is a happy, healthy puppy. I would definitely use Pawrade again.

For the most part my experience could not have been better. The one exception is Aurora M., who was to be my puppy concierge. I tried to reach her all day on day 1 by email and voicemail. Finally, connected midday day 2 with breeder call set up that evening (request pics & answer ?s). On day 3, I called leaving messages for Aurora to get pictures. Finally, around 2:00 I called and Renee my travel concierge answered saying that Aurora was on vacation. She took over and worked with Jennifer getting my pictures. She then basically worked as my contact going forward on all matters. She did an excellent job on any and everything. Thanks so much helping me get a wonderful puppy.

Hi Folks, After spending 9 weeks of applications to adopt/rescue a dog, I made the choice to search for Breeder. I wanted a Corgi-mix NOT a pure breed. And so I somehow stumbled across 'PAWRADE' on computer. I asked and made sure PAWRADE is not a puppy mill. Pet Pay is the finance company that does the monetary end of adoption dog/puppy. All the folks involved in my transaction of my puppy 'Hank' were most pleasant and helpful. 28 hours now Hank puppy is with us. Hank is healthy ( as he went to Vet 4 hours after arrival to our home.) Hank is so playful and a cuddle bug for sure. He is 1/2 way house broken. We are using Crate training...best way to ' house break'. Only lock in at night time. And so all is well and we all are happy to be BFF. Hank is so intelligent...I could go on and on. Thank You , Pawrade and all the folks/breeders who participate in my finding our puppy, Hank. Pre transaction everything was great, Pawrade personnel were attentive and available literally at anytime of the day for questions or whatever. But once payment was made, we were a special case because our puppy was held by the breeder for a couple of weeks, getting Pawrade to respond was almost imposible.

Myles has a cough and the vet said he was very congested. Very scared and shy. I have had boxers for years this is not a common trait for them, which leaves me to suspect some mistreatment of him. I love dogs so this hits right to the core of me I want you to look into this. My wife and I feel we actually rescued him I am happy he is in our care to rehabilitate him and love him.

What a fantastic experience! My purchase was well worth every penny and the piece of mind that came with those assurances. I was so happy with the care and communication during my purchase of our Cane Corso puppy from a breeder across the country in Missouri ( I'm in Seattle) The breeder was obviously vetted and that gave me piece of mind. Furthermore, the staff at Pawrade from initial inquiry to the travel team, helped me to coordinate all aspects of my purchase. They relayed answers to my question with the breeder quickly and thoroughly. Like getting me more pictures of the dog, sire, dam etc. Finally they were in constant communication with me to insure I made contact with the breeder as planned on pick-up day. The whole transaction was seamless! Well Done. Happy family and Puppy here in Seattle!

I love how easy it was to get in touch with someone and the fact that I was able to Zoom with someone as well as the breeder and be able to see the pup and talk to the breeder and ask questions. It really eased my mind to know I wasn't getting scammed! The only thing that was hard was not being able to talk to the breeder directly when it came to actual meet up and certain questions I had after I purchased the pup, I understand it for safety reasons of course, but it was just hard trying to communicate through someone and waiting for a response. But Pawrade was amazing and we are very much enjoying and loving our new family member!! He's amazing!!

We added a new member to our family today, his name is Blake and he is so loveable and sweet. He's in great health and well cared for. We are just so happy with Blake. The whole process was great. Great service and very kind and professional people. They help us through every step of the process. The breeder was wonderful and took amazing care of Blake and the paper work on Blake was detailed and professional. The Drive who brought us our puppy was awesome, he keep in contact with us on where they were on the journey to bringing him here and he sent pictures of Blake during his trip. The drive was very kind and took great care of Blake. Everyone was wonderful and I would highly recommend Pawrade.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase a dog online however my entire experience was awesome. It was almost seamless from payment to document uploading for me and for the breeder. I used the air delivery option and he arrived safe and sound. Took him to the vet today for his 72 hour check up and the puppy is healthy. The pet concierge has also been a great tool whenever I have had questions. Although it might seem like a pricey option it is definitely worth it.
