We had an issue with the delivery of our new puppy, she was traveling by airplane and on the day she was due to arrive she was not on the plane. The Breeder had discovered a minor health issue with the final Vet visit and was not sure we were still interested so she did not put the dog on the plane. The problem I had was that no one called or emailed us to let us know that the dog was not going to be on the plane. We went to pick up the new puppy and she was not there, we were very disappointed. This could have all been avoided if the communication was better, someone at Pawrade dropped the ball on this and we were not pleased about it.
