Our puppy was delivered to us sick. He was coughing and sneezing with his nose dripping and dried secretions around both his mouth and his nose. Luckily we already had an appointment with our vet for the next day. We've had him for about a week and his cough is gone but he still has a very snotty nose. He goes back to the vet in a couple of days for another check up. Don't get me wrong, we absolutely love this little guy, but we were very disappointed in him arriving sick. We were also told that his dew claws were removed and they weren't and that he would come with his registration and again we did not receive it.

Terry, I see you have not yet filed a health claim regarding Pride's health. While your puppy left with a clean bill of health prior to departure, stress from travel can cause any number of ailments for existing but dormant parasites to flare up. Puppies of all breeds and of all sizes experience varying levels of stress when leaving their familiar environment. To ensure you receive the full benefits covered under our comprehensive health guarantee, please file a claim so we can get Pride back to perfect health! With regards to your registration papers, they should arrive after the puppy. With the amount of puppies being registered during this pandemic, the registration agencies are a little behind in processing.
