My rep at Pawrade was good. However, U set me up with a transportation company to ground ship to the door. The ground shipper never made it to the breeder in the time window after waiting a extra 2 weeks after she was ready to go. The breeder ended up driving her the majority of the way and MYSELF drove 6 hours ONE WAY to pick her up !!! The breeder ended up with the transportation money. I felt he needed extra to drive her without notice to meet us. BUT I never got a dime returned to me for driving to pick her up myself making a 12 hour day of driving miles on my new truck plus gas. Pawrade never contacted me to offer any compensation for doing that.

Hi Dana, We are sorry to see you gave us a 1 star review. During heightened Covid lockdowns we have worked around the clock to ensure our customers receive their puppy and in good health. Our partner ground shipper for this transaction was 2 hours late to pickup the puppy. Darma's Breeder was not happy and told the transportation company to cancel the pickup. We then worked throughout the night calling flight nannies and other ground shipping partners. In a show of good faith Darma's Breeder drove 23 hours to deliver Darma to you. If that isn't service we don't know what is. We paid Darma's breeder the entirety of the transportation cost or you would not have received your puppy. On top of that, we were billed a cancellation fee in addition by the ground shipper for the cancelled transport. We are happy you received your puppy happy and healthy and you were ecstatic, however, we are disappointed in the 1 star review given the sheer logistical nightmare Covid lockdowns imposed. We had no control over any of that.
