I want to recognize Tania, from the beginning we were so worried of course about fraud because we had been searching for puppies on fb and internet and it just didn't seem right. She ensured us that everything was safe and communication was open. She kept us updated and I was never worried about not receiving lemon drop. I was very satisfied with my experience with Pawrade. We had a little miscommunication about the delivery of my puppy but I reached out to them and they took care of the problem immediately.
I highly recommend using Pawrade! The whole process was simple and explained thoroughly. We bought a puppy from one of their signature breeders, which was very important to me in order to be assured of dealing with a trustworthy breeder Of great reputation. Pawrade truly delivered and connected us with a fantastic breeder of quality pups. The breeder spent a great amount of personal time teaching me everything about the breed we chose, caring for our new baby, training tips, what products to use, etc., and all of this information is important to me hearing it from experience dog breeder. We couldn't be happier with our new little baby, and he passed his first vet check with verification of excellent health the day after his arrival. Thank you Tanya and Becky for the personal interaction and care you showed us in making sure we were matched to just the right puppy for our family.
The service was AWESOME! Beth and Brandon help me out with the online concerns that I was having. They answered all the questions that I had. They also offer a transportation service the bought my puppy Marbles now Sasha Sassy to me. They sent me a locator that allowed me to track their progress. Stephen was great he gave Sasha a bath before he delivered her to me. She was well taken care of during her long journey to Philadelphia. Jess the breeder was very nice she sent weekly pictures to me. Let me know everything in needed to know to make Sasha's transition as easy as possible. Sasha is happy little ball of fur and I can't wait to get home and see her everyday. Thank you all.
Honestly I was a little skeptical of the site, but everything went so smooth. When I emailed with questions, I got replies ASAP. This is great and secure site to get a pup from, highly recommend. I've already been asked by a few people where I got my pup. Also I like how they have an app you can download and you can see where your pup is, when your pup is in the process of being delivered (I chose pampered delivery). It helped me know how close the driver got and around what time to be ready. Everyone who works for PAWrade are great people, even the transport company they set up.
I was a little skeptical but any time I was Pawrade assured me I was in good hands. They were there through every step up until I got holly(my new pup) and I couldn't be more grateful for them, they kept their word.
This was the best experience I have ever had into buying anything! They were so attentive and always kept following up on what you were doing and making sure everything went as planned. I am so happy with my puppy, Molly Mae! She is the literal sweetest and her big sister Fynn Lee loves her too! I would 10/10 recommend to any of my friends and any one who wants to know any information!!
Even though I did receive my puppy safe and healthy, my only complaint is that the travel time took to long.
Pawrade made getting a healthy and happy puppy so easy. It was professional, well coordinated and a very pleasant experience. I got the sweetest little puppy that was raised in a home by a family. He is loved, well socialized and he has been potty training. You don't find that in a pet store or shelter. I couldn't be happier with my new family member. He's perfect! Pawrade was the best! We were put in touch with the breeder of Cavaliers, and we were so impressed with the service. They took care of us every single step of the way! The breeder went above and beyond during the whole process and stayed in great contact with us. Pictures and updates on his progress were amazing from both Pawrade and the breeder. Our breeder set us up for great success right off the bat with all of her great tips. We will adopt another one from her in the years to come for sure. Thanks for helping us find the best pet ever!!! We cannot thank Brendan, the breeder and delivery enough. We were very concerned at first about ordering a puppy online. The thought was very worrisome. We had a lot of 'What if ?' type questions . Brendan put our minds at ease but the reality was , was that that until 'Elliot' was delivered and in our hands we were nervous. We were also very, very excited for our new addition!! Brendan explained how everything would occur.. ty!
Overall the experience was good. I think that it would have gone better if the payment terms were clearly defined from the start. Your standard answer of it's in the contract was the standard answer. List out the financial steps at the beginning, outside the contract, and it would let us not remember the legal ramblings of a contract. No surprises and everyone will be happier.
Our family has received the best puppy ever. The breeder took amazing care of her. Roxie is confident and loves everyone and everything. They knew I was a nervous customer and took great care to make sure I was making the right decision to buy a puppy over the internet. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond. Our puppy is the best thing to happen in 2020!????
Happy with my puppy!! I recommend it to everybody. They delivered it almost at midnight but they did very well! My family and I are satisfied!!! I love my puppy!
The reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because of the big misunderstanding with transportation. Beth was our representative & was absolutely amazing! She went above & beyond throughout the process, & even helped us out to fix all the transportation issues. The biggest issue we had was transportation, Brian & the website. We originally wanted Gus transported through an airplane nanny, but this was because we were given other airport options other than LAX. LAX maybe one of the worst airports & having to drive to & from LA is day trip in itself. So when we received an email letting us know that Gus would be arriving in LAX on Friday at 5pm, we weren't happy. I'm so grateful for Beth & Megan who worked together to get this resolved. Gus ended up coming to us by car, & Lori communicated extremely well on transfer & arrival. Overall, besides the transportation hiccup, we had a wonderful experience. Gus is the sweetest puppy, & we are very happy to have be apart of our family.

Boa and Kim are very sweet and healthy puppies. They are very social and it is obvious they have been socialized with kids and well as adults. The breeder answered all my questions and kept me informed and provided pictures of them until I picked them up from her.
