I just want to say how much I love the newest member of our family. She is the sweetest little girl. There are a couple of things that I would like to mention. It is very possible that I missed it but I didn't see an option to pick up my puppy from the breeder. That is something that I would have preferred. Also, there is no way to ensure my sister-in-law that she did not come from a puppy mill. I realize you do your best to ensure that is not the case but it would be nice to be able to check reviews on the actual breeder. But we are very happy with Maddie. Thank you so much.

Dog is sick, been to the vet twice, started on antibiotics yesterday. Need breeder info to check health status on puppy and other dogs before the departure.

Really easy process. Shannon was an excellent communicator and made sure all my questions were answered. I would have preferred to be in direct contact with the breeder but this was still acceptable. We love our new pup!

The whole process was very smooth and stress-free. Responses from the moment I inquired about the puppy were quick, as well as coordinating payment and travel! My travel concierge Shannon went above and beyond for us, staying in contact with us when there were issues with our flight (since we live in New England and get pretty cold during the winter) and so did our breeder — he flew the puppy out to us so we could get him faster than having to wait for a flight nanny at no extra charge. We love our newest family member so much, and am very pleased with my experience overall. Thank you!!

My experience overall was great in my dealings with Pawrade everyone I felt with was extremely helpful and genuinely nice to deal with. I would recommend you to all my friends looking for a dog as a pet. The pay portion was a bit confusing after I paid my deposit. I did not easily see the other money owed. That portion could use some user friendly upgrades. The breeder who we purchased or Cocker Spaniel from was absolutely fantastic from the start to the time the puppy arrived to us the breeder gave us all great information, from food to vitamins, she had all the info and insured we were ready for the puppy. And when the plane was canceled due to weather she went the extra mile and got the puppy with the flight staff at pawrade onto another flight and to us on the same day and it was not an easy process. I am great full to the breeder and pawrade for the grate service and a puppy that received a fantastic 72 hour vet checkup. Thank you all,

We finally got our puppy, We are so in love with our little girl. The only thing that I did not like about Pawrade was the communication. I left Aurora 3 messages to call me back and the calls were never returned. But, overall the transport went very well. Thank you so much for our sweet girl. We could not be happier.

I found the responsiveness to be excellent prior to purchasing Jax and felt like all of my questions were answered. There was not as much proactive communication after we purchased Jax and there was confusion around his transportation and when he would arrive. That portion of the transaction made us uncomfortable. However, we are happy with Jax. One thing to flag - we brought him to the vet today and he has tape worm. I'll reach out to the breeder as well so the other puppies in the litter can be checked.
